The initial condition of high-mass star formation is a complex area of study because of the high densities(n_(H_(2))>106cm^(-3))and low temperatures(T_(dust)<18 K)*** such conditions,many molecules become depleted from the gas phase by freezing out onto dust ***,the N-bearing and deuterated species could remain gaseous under these extreme conditions,suggesting that they may serve as ideal *** this paper,using the Plateau de Bure Interferometer and Very Large Array observations at 1.3 mm,3.5 mm,and 1.3 cm,we investigate the possible habitats for NH_(3),NH_(2)D,H^(13)CN,HC^(15)N,SO,and C^(18)O in eight massive precluster and protocluster clumps G18.17,G18.21,G23.97N,G23.98,G23.44,G23.97S,G25.38,and *** found that the NH3cores are in good agreement with the 3.5 mm peak emission,but the NH_(3)is much more extended than the 3.5 mm emission *** SO distributions agree well with the 3.5 mm peaks for the evolved star formation stage,but we did not detect any SO emission in the four earliest star formation sources.C^(18)O is a poor tracer in conditions of the cold(■18 K)and dense(■10^(4)cm^(-3))cores,e.g.,the prestellar *** also found that the NH_(2)D cores are mainly located in the temperature range of 13.0-20.0 K,and the NH_(2)D lines may be strongly depleted above 20 K.

Infrared dust bubbles play an important role in the study of star formation and the evolution of the interstellar *** this work,we study the infrared dust bubble N75 and the infrared dark cloud G38.93 mainly using the tracers C^(18)O,HCO^(+),HNC and N_(2)H^(+)observed by the 30 m IRAM *** also study the targets using data from large-scale surveys:GLIMPSE,MIPSGAL,GRS,NRAO VLA Sky Survey and Bolocam Galactic Plane *** found that the C^(18)O emission is morphologically similar to the Spitzer IRAC 8.0μm ***1.1 mm cold dust emission of G38.93 shows an elongated structure from southwest to *** ionized gas from G38.93 is surrounded by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon emission,which may be excited by radiation from *** found that the identified young stellar objects tend to cluster around G38.93 and are mostly in class II with several class I cases distributed around N75,but no class II *** also found evidence of expanding feedback,which could have triggered star formation.

The occurrence characteristics of shale oil are of great significance to the movability of shale *** this study,the occurrence characteristics of oil in the shale matrix at Funing Formation shale in Subei Basin were quantitatively evaluated by organic geochemistry and microscopic pore structure characterization *** Multiple Isothermal Stages Pyrolysis(MIS)experiment results show that the content of total oil,adsorbed oil,and free oil in the shales are 3.15-11.25 mg/g,1.41-4.95 mg/g,and 1.74-6.51 mg/g,*** which the silicon-rich shale has the best *** relative content of free oil shows an increasing trend in pores with pore diameters greater than 3 *** the relative content of free oil reaches 100%,the pore size of silicon-rich shale is about 200 nm,while that of calcium-rich shale,clay-rich shale,and siliceous mixed shale is about 10 *** occurrence law of adsorbed oil is opposite to that of free oil,which indicates that shale oil will occur in the pores and fractures in a free state in a more extensive pore size range(>200 nm).This study also enables us to further understand the occurrence characteristics of shale oil under the interaction of occurrence state and occurrence space.

We report a new high-sensitivity HⅠ mapping observation of the NGC 5055 galaxy group over an area of 1°.5×0°.75 with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope （FAST）.Our observation reveals that the warped HⅠ disk of NGC 5055 is more extended than what was previously observed by WSRT,out to23 9 （61.7 kpc）.The total HⅠ mass of NGC 5055 is determined to be～1.1×1010MΘ.We identified three HⅠ clouds with HⅠ masses of the order of～10～7MΘat the southeastern edge of the HⅠ disk,as well as a candidate high-velocity cloud with an HⅠ mass of （1.2±0.5）×10～6MΘto the north of NGC *** HⅠ content of UGCA337 is robustly detected for the first time by the FAST *** has a narrow HⅠ linewidth of W50=17.4±3.8 km s-1with a total HⅠ mass of （3.5±0.3）×10～6MΘ.Comparing the gas content and g-r color of UGCA 337 with typical low-mass dwarf galaxies,UGCA 337 appears relatively gas-poor despite its blue *** suggests that UGCA 337 may have undergone gas stripping in the *** also analyzed the possible origin of the diffuse HⅠ clouds located at the outskirts of NGC 5055,and speculate that they might be the remnant features of a merger event in the past.

BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric ***,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL-6 concentrations and clinical features in the chronic phase of early-onset schizophrenia(EOS).AIM To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 concentration and the clinical features of *** We measured serum IL-6 Levels from 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia,including 33 with age at onset0.05)after controlling for age,body mass index,and other *** symptom scores were higher in the EOS group than the AOS group(F=6.199,P=0.015).Serum IL-6 concentrations in the EOS group were negatively correlated with both total PANSS-negative symptom score(r=-0.389,P=0.032)and avolition/asociality subscore(r=-0.387,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Patients with EOS may have more severe negative symptoms than those with adult-onset schizophrenia during the chronic phase of the ***-6 signaling may regulate negative symptoms and its avolition/asociality subsymptoms among the early-onset chronic schizophrenic patients.

The first mapping observations of the cold infrared sources IRAS 02459＋6029 and 05363＋3127 in the molecular lines ^12CO（1-0））, ^13CO（1-0） and C^18O（1-0） were made using the 13.7 m millimeter wave telescope in Qinghai. Both the integrated intensity maps and position-velocity diagrams show that each has two components adjacent in both space and velocity which means possible cloud-cloud collisions in the two regions. The near-infrared color-color diagram from the 2MASS database reveals that the density of YSOs in the colliding site is much higher than in the surrounding regions. The results appear to indicate that star forming activities have taken place in the two regions due to the cloud-cloud collision. We conclude that both sources are cloud collision candidates.

In the 12CO （J=1-0） survey of 1331 cold 1RAS sources, 214 sources show profiles with multiple peaks and are selected as cloud-cloud collision candidates. In January 2005, 201 sources were detected with 12CO（1-0）, 13CO（1-0）, and c18O（1-0） emissions by the 13.7 m telescope at Purple Mount Observatory. This is the first survey of CO and its isotope lines directed toward possible cloud-cloud collision regions. According to the statistics of the 201 sources in the Galactic distribution, the 201 sources show a similar distribution to the parent sample （1331 cold IRAS sources）. These sources are located over a wide range of Galactocentric distances, and are partly associated with the star forming region. Based on preliminary criteria which describe the spectral properties of the possible cloud-cloud collision region, the 201 sources are classified into four types by the fit of the spectral profiles between the optically thick and thin lines toward each source. The survey is focused on possible cloud-cloud collision regions, and gives some evidence to help us with selecting the target region. We will continue the process of mapping and studying multi-wavelength observations for the selected region in the future.

Based on observations of 12CO (J=2–1), we select targets from archived Infrared Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) data of IRAS 02459+6029 and IRAS 22528+5936 as samples of cloud-cloud collision, according to the criteria given by Vallee. Then we use the Midcourse Space Experiment (MSX) A band (8.28 μm) images and the NRAO VLA Sky Survey (NVSS) (1.4 GHz) continuum images to investigate the association between molecular clouds traced by the CO contour maps. The distribution of dust and ionized hydrogen shows an obvious association with the CO contour maps toward IRAS 02459+6029. However, in the possible collision region of IRAS 22528+5936, NVSS continuum radiation is not detected and the MSX sources are merely associated with the central star. The velocity fields of the two regions indicate the direction of the pressure and interaction. In addition, we have identified candidates of young stellar objects (YSOs) by using data from the Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) in JHK bands expressed in a color-color diagram. The distribution of YSOs shows that the possible collision region is denser than other regions. All the evidence suggests that IRAS 02459+6029 could be an example of cloud-cloud collision, and that IRAS 22528+5936 could be two separate non-colliding clouds.

Auxin and jasmonic acid （JA） are two plant phytohormones that both participate in the regulation of many developmental processes. Jasmonic acid also plays important roles in plant stress response reactions. Although extensive investigations have been undertaken to study the biological functions of auxin and JA, little attention has been paid to the cross-talk between their regulated pathways. In the few available reports examining the effects of auxin on the expression of JA or JA-responsive genes, both synergetic and antagonistic results have been found. To further investigate the relationship between auxin and JA, we adopted an integrative method that combines microarray expression data with pathway information to study the behavior of the JA biosynthesis pathway under auxin treatment. Our results showed an overall downregulation of genes involved in JA biosynthesis, providing the first report of a relationship between auxin and the JA synthesis pathway in Arabidopsis seedlings.

Using archive data from the Millimeter Astronomy Legacy Team Survey at 90 GHz （MALT90）, carried out using the Mopra 22-m telescope, we made the first multi-transition molecular line study of infrared dark cloud （IRDC） MSXDC G331.71＋00.59. Two molecular cores were found embedded in this IRDC. Each of these cores is associated with a known extended green object （EGO）, indicating places of massive star formation. The HCO＋（1-0） and HNC （1-0） transitions show promi- nent blue or red asymmetric structures, suggesting outflow and inflow activities of young stellar objects （YSOs）. Other detected molecular lines include H13CO＋（1- 0）, C2H （1-0）, HC3N （10-9）, HNCO（40,4-30,3） and SiO （2-1）, which are typical of hot cores and outflows. We regard the two EGOs as evolving from the IRDC to hot cores. Using public GLIMPS data, we investigate the spectral energy distribution of EGO G331.71＋0.60. Our results support this EGO being a massive YSO driving the outflow. G331.71＋0.58 may be at an earlier evolutionary stage.
