The effectiveness of photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting is significantly restricted by insufficient light harvesting,rapid charge recombination,and slow water reduction *** the presence of amorphous phases in the interfaces hinders the overcome of these inherent limitations,a photoelectrode must be built ***,we artificially controlled the crystallographic orientation of indium tin oxide(ITO)to determine the orientation with the smallest lattice mismatch at the Cu_(2)O interface,thus significantly reducing the amorphous phase in the early stage of electrodeposition ***[222]/[400]mixed orientation ITO primarily exposed the{400}surface planes and accelerated charge transfer by forming an optimal interface with preferentially grown(111)oriented Cu_(2)O and minimized amorphous *** addition,the ITO surface energy was calculated using density functional theory to theoretically verify which plane is more active for growing the photoactivation *** rationally designed ITO/Cu_(2)O/Al-dope Zn O/TiO_(2)/Rh-P device,with each layer serving a specific purpose,achieved a photocurrent density of 8.23 mA cm^(-2)at 0 VRHEunder AM 1.5 G illumination,providing a standard method for effective solar-to-hydrogen conversion photocathodes.

目的探讨吉马酮抑制蛋白酪氨酸激酶2(Janus kinase 2,JAK2)/信号转导子与激活子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)信号通路对食管癌细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭的影响。方法甲基噻唑蓝(methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium,MTT)法检测不同浓度(0、10、20、40、80、160和320μmol/L)的吉马酮分别处理人食管癌细胞Eca109和KYSE450以及人食管上皮细胞Het-1A后的细胞存活率。将Eca109细胞分为对照组(常规培养)、吉马酮低剂量组(40μmol/L吉马酮干预24 h)、吉马酮中剂量组(80μmol/L吉马酮干预24 h)、吉马酮高剂量组(160μmol/L吉马酮干预24 h)、Coumermycin A1组(10μmol/L JAK2激活剂coumermycin A1+160μmol/L吉马酮干预24 h)和AG490组(50μmol/L JAK2抑制剂AG490+160μmol/L吉马酮干预24 h)。Transwell检测细胞迁移和侵袭能力。平板克隆实验检测细胞克隆能力。流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡和周期。Western blot检测JAK2、磷酸化JAK2(phos-JAK2,p-JAK2)、STAT3、p-STAT3、ki-67、Bax、Bcl-2和p53表达情况。结果与0μmol/L比较,10、20、40、80、160和320μmol/L的吉马酮处理下,Eca109和KYSE450细胞存活率均呈浓度依赖性降低(均P0.05)。由于吉马酮对Eca109细胞效果更明显,后续选择Eca109细胞并采用40、80和160μmol/L吉马酮浓度进行作用机制研究。与对照组比较,吉马酮低、中和高剂量组Eca109细胞迁移、侵袭、克隆个数以及p-JAK2、p-STAT3、ki-67和Bcl-2蛋白表达均降低(均Pki-67和Bcl-2蛋白表达均增加,Eca109细胞G_(0)/G_(1)期比例、早期凋亡率和总凋亡率以及Bax和p53表达均降低(均Pki-67和Bcl-2表达均降低,Eca109细胞G_(0)/G_(1)期比例、早期凋亡率和总凋亡率以及Bax和p53表达均升高(均P<0.05)。结论吉马酮可通过抑制JAK2/STAT3通路抑制食管癌细胞的增殖和侵袭能力,并促进细胞凋亡。

This study sought to conduct a bibliometric analysis of acupuncture studies focusing on heart rate variability(HRV)and to investigate the correlation between various acupoints and their effects on HRV by utilizing association rule mining and network analysis.A total of 536 publications on the topic of acupuncture studies based on *** disease keyword analysis revealed that HRV-related acupuncture studies were mainly related to pain,inflammation,emotional disorders,gastrointestinal function,and hypertension.A separate analysis was conducted on acupuncture prescriptions,and Neiguan(PC6)and Zusanli(ST36)were the most frequently used *** core acupoints for HRV regulation were identified as PC6,ST36,Shenmen(HT7),Hegu(LI4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Jianshi(PC5),Taichong(LR3),Quchi(LI11),Guanyuan(CV4),Baihui(GV20),and Taixi(ki3).Additionally,the research encompassed 46 reports on acupuncture animal experiments conducted on HRV,with ST36 being the most frequently utilized *** research presented in this study offers valuable insights into the global research trend and hotspots in acupuncture-based HRV studies,as well as identifying frequently used combinations of *** findings may be helpful for further research in this field and provide valuable information about the potential use of acupuncture for improving HRV in both humans and animals.

Solid-state fiber dye-sensitized solar cells(SS-FDSSCs) have been the subject of intensive attention and development in recent years. Although this field is only in its infancy, metal–organic frameworks(MOFs) are one such material that has been utilized to further improve the power conversion efficiency of solar cells. In this study, MOF-integrated DSSCs were shown to have potential in the development of solar cell devices with efficiency comparable to or better than that of conventional solar cells. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of SS-FDSSCs was improved by embedding MOF-801 into a mesoporous-TiO_(2)(mp-TiO_(2)) layer, which was used as a photoanode in SS-FDSSCs, which are inherently flexible. The PCE of the MOF-integrated SS-FDSSCs was 6.50%, which is comparable to that of the reference devices(4.19%).The MOF-801 enhanced SS-FDSSCs decreased the series resistance(R_(s)) value, resulting in effective electron extraction with improved short-circuit current density(J_(SC)), while also increasing the shunt resistance(R_(sh)) value to prevent the recombination of photo-induced electrons. The result is an improved fill factor and, consequently, a higher value for the PCE.

Due to the proliferation of Internet and Intranet,the distributed storage systems have received a lot of attention. These systems span a large number of machines and store huge amount of data for a lot of *** the distributed storage systems,a row can be directly accessed using a row *** concentrate on a problem of efficient processing of queries whose predicate is on a column but not a row *** this paper,we present a cache management technique,called DICE which maintains query results of range queries to support the next range *** accelerate the search time of the cached query results,we use modified Interval Ski *** addition,we devise a novel cache replacement policy since DICE maintains an interval rather than a data *** our cache replacement policy considers the properties of intervals,our proposed technique is more efficient than traditional buffer replacement *** experimental result demonstrates the efficiency of our proposed technique.

The development of new heterostructures with high photoactivity is a breakthrough for the limitation of solar-driven water ***,we first introduce indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3))nanorods(NRs)as a novel electron transport layer for bismuth vanadate(BiVO_(4))with a short charge diffusion ***_(2)O_(3)NRs reinforce the electron transport and hole blocking of BiVO_(4),surpassing the state-of-the-art photoelectrochemical performances of BiVO_(4)-based ***,a tannin-nickel-iron complex(TANF)is used as an oxygen evolution catalyst to speed up the reaction *** final TANF/BiVO_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)NR photoanode generates photocurrent densities of 7.1 mAcm^(−2) in sulfite oxidation and 4.2 mA cm^(−2) in water oxidation at 1.23 V versus the reversible hydrogen ***,the“artificial leaf,”which is a tandem cell with a perovskite/silicon solar cell,shows a solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of 6.2%for unbiased solar water *** reveal significant advances in the photoactivity of TANF/BiVO_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)NRs from the tailored nanostructure and band structure for charge dynamics.

In?uence of Carbon Equivalent Value on the Weld Bead Bending Properties of High-Strength Low-Alloy Steel Plates

The contribution of chemical compositions in terms of carbon equivalent value（CEV） on impending crack propagation during weld bead bend tests（WBBTs） was studied with five different high-strength lowalloy steel plates that underwent different rolling processes. The test showed that cracks developed at the weld joint, easily passed through the coarse-grain heat-affected zone（CGHAZ）, and finally were arrested within the heat-affected zone（HAZ）. An apparent decrease in the average crack length, which consequently indicated improvement in crack arrestability, was found with decreasing CEV. In addition,the relatively fine microstructure in the HAZ of low-CEV steel plates helped in preventing the crack from further propagation. Special emphasis was placed on the empirical expectation of critical CEV above which WBBT might fail.

To estimate the short-term results of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(RALRP)during the learning curve,in terms of surgical,oncological and functional outcomes,we conducted a prospective survey on *** July 2007,a single surgeon performed 63 robotic prostatectomies using the same operative *** data,including pathological and early functional results of the patient,were collected prospectively and *** with the accumulation of the cases,the total operative time,setup time,console time and blood loss were significantly *** major complication was present in any *** was needed in six patients;all of them were within the initial 15 *** positive surgical margin rate was 9.8%(5/51)in pT2 *** most frequent location of positive margin in this stage was the lateral aspect(60%),but in pT3 disease multiple margins were the most frequent(41.7%).Overall,53(84.1%)patients had totally continent status and the median time to continence was 6.56 *** 17 patients who maintained preoperative sexual activity(Sexual Health Inventory for Men≥17),stage below pT2,followed up for>6 months with minimally one side of neurovascular bundle preservation procedure,12(70.6%)were capable of intercourse postoperatively,and the mean time for sexual intercourse after operation was 5.7 *** this series,robotic prostatectomy was a feasible and reproducible technique,with a short learning curve and low perioperative complication *** during the initial phase of the learning curve,satisfactory results were obtained with regard to functional and oncological outcome.
