Van der Waals heterostructures have recently emerged,in which two distinct transitional metal dichalcogenide(TMD)monolayers are stacked vertically to generate interlayer excitons(IXs),offing new opportunites for the design of optoelectronic ***,the bilayer heterostructure with type-II band alignment can only produce low quantum ***,we present the observation of interlayer neutral excitons and trions in the MoSe_(2)/MoS_(2)/MoSe_(2)trilayer heterostructure(Tri-HS).In comparison to the 8 K bilayer heterostructure,the addition of a MoSe_(2)layer to the Tri-HS can significantly increase the quantum yield of *** is believed the two symmetrical type-II band alignments formed in the Tri-HS could effectively promote the IX radiation *** analyzing the photoluminescence(PL)spectrum of the IXs at cryogenic temperature and the power dependence,the existence of the interlayer trions was *** results provide a promising platform for the development of more efficient optoelectronic devices and the investigation of new physical properties of TMDs.

Moirésuperlattices are formed by a lattice mismatch or twist angle in two-dimensional materials,which can generate periodical moirépotentials leading to strong changes in the band structure,resulting in new quantum ***,the experimental engineering of in-situ deformation of moiréheterostructures remains ***,we demonstrate a dynamic local deformation of the twisted heterostructures using a diamond anvil cell(DAC),enabling in-situ dynamic modulation of moirépotential in twisted WS_(2)–WSe_(2)heterostructures at room *** of the twisted heterostructure increases the moirépotential,causing a red shift of the moiréexciton resonance,and observed the red shift of the intralayer exciton resonance up to 16.3 meV(less than 1.1 GPa).The blue shift of the interlayer excitons of twisted WS_(2)–WSe_(2)heterostructures shows an evident transition of the pressure sensitive exciton,induced by the dominant effect of modifying the band structure on optical *** with the spectral changes of pressurized Raman,which further demonstrated that the DAC can efficiently regulate the interlayer *** results offer an effective strategy for in-situ dynamic modulation of moirépotential,providing a promising platform for the development of novel quantum devices.

Loess has unique compositions and structural characteristics and can be used for environmental *** between the surface characteristics of the Malan loess from the suburbs of Taiyuan,Shanxi Province before and after reaction with Cr(Ⅲ) solution were studied by SEM/EDS,IR and *** results showed that the Malan loess has a strong ability to remove Cr(Ⅲ) from the *** surface characteristics of loess include an effect on Cr(Ⅲ) in solution,as supported by the strong test evidence including the disappearance of Cr peak in the EDS spectrum,the disappearance of carbonate characteristic peaks in the infrared spectrogram,and the positive correlation between Fe and Cr peaks.

We report on a theoretical study of the hidden charm N＊cc states in the γp→ D＊0∧＋c reaction near threshold within an effective Lagrangian approach. In addition to the contributions from the s-channel nucleon pole, the t-channel Do exchange, the u-channel A＋ exchange and the contact term, we study the contributions from the N＊cc states with spin-parity JP=1/2- and 3/2-. The total and differential cross sections of the γp→ D＊0∧＋c reaction are predicted. It is found that the contributions of these N＊cc states give clear peak structures in the total cross sections. Thus, this reaction is another new platform to study the hidden-charm states. It is expected that our model calculation may be tested by future experiments.

The ubiquitous volatile linalool is metabolized in plants to nonvolatile *** studied Nicotiana attenuata plants which naturally vary in(S)-(+)-linalool contents,and lines engineered to produce either(R)-(-)-or(S)-(+)-***(S)-(+)-linalool production was associated with slower growth of a generalist herbivore,and a large fraction was present as nonvolatile *** found that variation in volatile linalool and its nonvolatile glycosides mapped to the same genetic locus which harbored the biosynthetic gene,NaLIS,but that free linalool varied more in environmental *** study reveals how(S)-(+)-linalool and conjugates differ in their regulation and possible functions in resistance.

The Fengcheng Formation is a crucial source rock and the primary reservoir for oil accumulation in the Mahu *** oils are distributed throughout the Fengcheng Formation,ranging from the edge to the interior of the sag in the southern Mahu *** crude oils originate from in-situ source rocks in shallowly buried areas and the inner deep *** migration,the crude oil from the inner deep sag affects the source rocks close to carrier beds,leading to changes in the organic geochemical characteristics of the source *** changes might alter source rock evaluations and oil-source *** on data such as total organic carbon(TOC),Rock-Eval pyrolysis of source rocks,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)of the saturated fraction,and considering the geological characteristics of the study area,we define the identification characteristics of source rock affected by migrated hydrocarbons and establish the various patterns of influence that migrated hydrocarbons have on the source rock of the Fengcheng Formation in the southern Mahu *** source rocks of the Fengcheng Formation are mostly fair to good,containing mainly Type II organic matter and being thermally mature enough to generate *** rocks affected by migrated hydrocarbons exhibit relatively high hydrocarbon contents(S1/TOC>110 mg HC/g TOC,Extract/TOC>30%,HC:hydrocarbon),relatively low Rock-Eval Tmax values,and relatively high tricyclic terpane contents with a descending and mountain-shaped ***,biomarker composition parameters indicate a higher thermal maturity than in-situ source *** a comparison of the extract biomarker fingerprints of adjacent reservoirs and mudstones in different boreholes,three types of influence patterns of migrated hydrocarbons are identified:the edge-influence of thin sandstone-thick mudstone,the mixed-influence of sandstone-mudstone interbedded,and the full-influence of thick sandstone-thin *** finding reminds

Versatile liquid manipulating surfaces combining patternable and controllable wettability have recently motivated considerable attention owing to their significant advantages in droplet-solid impacting behaviors,microdroplet self-removal,and liquid–liquid interface reaction ***,developing a facile and efficient method to fabricate these versatile surfaces remains an enormous *** this paper,a strategy for the fabrication of liquid manipulating surfaces with patternable and controllable wettability on Polyimide(PI)film based on femtosecond laser thermal accumulation engineering is *** of its controllable micro-/nanostructures and chemical composition through adjusting the local thermal accumulation,the wettability of PI film can be tuned from superhydrophilicity(~3.6°)to superhydrophobicity(~151.6°).Furthermore,three diverse surfaces with patternable and heterogeneous wettability were constructed and various applications were successfully realized,including water transport,droplet arrays,and liquid *** work may provide a facile strategy for achieving patternable and controllable wettability efficiently and developing multifunctional liquid steering surfaces.
