Intravesical Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG)is the gold standard therapy for intermediate/high-risk nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer(nMIBC).However,the response rate is~60%,and 50%of non-responders will progress to muscle-invasive *** induces massive local infiltration of inflammatory cells(Th1)and ultimately cytotoxic tumor *** searched for predictive biomarker of BCG response by analyzing tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)polarization in the tumor microenvironment(TME)in pre-treatment ***-treatment biopsies from patients with nMIBC who received adequate intravesical instillation of BCG(n=32)were evaluated retrospectively by *** polarization was assessed by quantifying the T-Bet+(Th1)and GATA-3+(Th2)lymphocyte ratio(G/T),and the density and degranulation of EPX+*** addition,PD-1/PD-L1 staining was *** results correlated with BCG *** most non-responders,Th1/Th2 markers were compared in pre-and post-BCG *** was 65.6%in the study *** responders had a higher G/T ratio and a greater number of degranulated EPX+*** combined into a Th2-score showed a significant association with higher scores in responders(p=0.027).A Th2-score cut-off value>48.1 allowed discrimination of responders with 91%sensitivity but lower ***-free survival was significantly associated with the Th2-score(p=0.007).In post-BCG biopsies from recurring patients,TILs increased Th2-polarization,probably reflecting BCG failure to induce a pro-inflammatory status and,thus,a lack of ***-L1/PD-1 expression was not associated with the response to *** results support the hypothesis that a preexisting Th2-polarized TME predicts a better response to BCG,assuming a reversion to Th1 polarization and antitumor activity.

青稞苗期耐低氮能力的品种差异分析

以8个代表性品种为材料,分析低氮胁迫下青稞苗期的农艺性状和耐低氮能力。结果表明:低氮胁迫下各青稞农艺性状都出现显著差异。所有青稞中株高、植株鲜质量、植株干质量都明显下降,根长、根鲜质量、根干质量都明显上升。但不同品种的根冠比变化差异不同,通过对各农艺性状分析发现,植株和根的鲜质量和干质量更能反映青稞的耐低氮能力,其中根干质量是筛选耐低氮青稞的最重要农艺性状,可以作为青稞耐低氮资源筛选的重要指标。多指标综合分析结果表明,各青稞耐低氮能力为‘昆仑15’>‘黄青1号’>‘肚里黄’>‘昆仑14’>‘昆仑18’>‘二道眉白青稞’>‘洛隆宗’>‘特邬’。

为深入了解兔支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bb),试验将病兔体内分离得到的菌株进行菌株鉴定、生长曲线测定、致病性研究、药敏试验及耐药基因检测,期望了解该菌的生长规律,为临床用药及防控奠定基础。通过Gram染色镜检、分离培养、16S rDnA序列分析对分离菌株进行鉴定,测定了该分离株的生长曲线、半数致死量、耐药性并对分离菌株进行β-内酰胺酶耐药基因的检测。结果表明:分离得到1株革兰氏阴性杆菌,命名为P201215,该分离株的16S rDnA基因序列与GenBank中支气管败血波氏杆菌(登录号为nR113628.1)的同源性为99%。分离株的对数生长期为2~9 h,9 h后进入平台期;对KM小鼠的半数致死量为1.19×107 CFU。药敏试验结果显示,分离株对部分头孢菌素类药物耐药,对大部分β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、四环素类及氨基糖苷类药物敏感,PCR检测未检出超广谱β-内酰胺酶耐药基因。

We report on an experiment performed at the FLASH2 free-electron laser(FEL)aimed at producing warm dense matter via soft x-ray isochoric *** the experiment,we focus on study of the ions emitted during the soft x-ray ablation process using time-of-flight electron multipliers and a shifted Maxwell–Boltzmann velocity distribution *** find that most emitted ions are thermal,but that some impurities chemisorbed on the target surface,such as protons,are accelerated by the electrostatic field created in the plasma by escaped *** morphology of the complex crater structure indicates the presence of several ion groups with varying *** find that the ion sound velocity is controlled by the ion temperature and show how the ion yield depends on the FEL radiation attenuation length in different materials.

A simple and effcient method for the synthesis of new glycolipids containing oligosaccharide and two long alkyl chains n-4(dialkyl-L-glutamatecarbony lethylcarbonylamino)butyl]lactobionamide has been developed in moderate *** successfully selected succinic anhydride which could condese with dialkyl L-glutamates in almost quantitative *** aminolysis of lactonolactone with 1,4-diaminobutane could be carried out in quantitative yield. The glycolipids prepared by this method have three amino acid residues between hydrophobic segment and hydrophilic moiety of the glycolipid which can be consideeeered to maintain the steric conformation of lipase in enzymatic reactions.

Kinetic and spectral studies of EHPG systems using chemi-and electrochemiluminescence methods

The systems containing EHPG, EHPG-OCH3 and EHPG-nH-Ac and Tb(Ⅲ) ions were used to study chemiluminescence (CL) and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) processes. In the CL studies the Fenton system (Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-H2O2) was used as a source of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Kinetic CL curves and CL spectral distributions were recorded. On the basis of the results obtained, it was demonstrated that Tb(Ⅲ) acted as a sensitizer. Similarly obtained CL decays in the systems of Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-EHPG (or its derivatives)-H2O2 and Fe(Ⅱ)/(Ⅲ)-EHPG (or its derivatives)-Tb(Ⅲ)-H2O2, independently on the Tb(Ⅲ) concentration, showed that the lanthanide ions did not influence the kinetics of the oxidation of EHPG (or its derivatives) in the Fenton systems. The CL intensity increased with the increasing concentration of Tb(Ⅲ) ions, which were the main emitters in the reaction systems. Spectrophotometric and luminescent studies of the systems before and after the additions of hydrogen peroxide proved that the excitation of the lanthanide ion was a result of energy transfer from the excited products of the oxidation of EHPG or its derivatives to the uncomplexed Tb(Ⅲ) ions. ECL was generated on the surface of a nonstructural modified aluminum electrode with the use of K2S2O8, H2O2 or Kn3 as coreactants in aqueous solution. In these studies we employed Al electrodes covered with a 2-4 nm layer of Al2O3 doted with Tb(Ⅲ) or Dy(Ⅲ) ions. The electrodes were polarized using cathodic and anodic pulses of various amplitude and frequency. The relative ECL efficiencies were determined as a function of electric pulse parameters, electrolyte compositions and the thickness of barrier or porous layer of the Al2O3 electrode.
