Significantly Enhanced Energy Storage Performances of PEI-based Composites Utilizing Surface Functionalized ZrO_(2) Nanoparticles for High-Temperature Application

Polymer dielectrics with a high energy density and an available energy storage capacity have been playing an important role in advanced electronics and power systems. Nevertheless, the use of polymer dielectrics in harsh environments is limited by their low energy density at high temperatures. Herein, zirconium dioxide(ZrO_(2)) nanoparticles were decorated with amino group utilizing 4,4-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate)(AMEO) and successfully incorporated into polyetherimide(PEI) matrix. The dielectric properties, breakdown strength, and energy storage performances of PEI/ZrO_(2)-AMEO nanocomposites were investigated from 25 ℃ to 150 ℃. It is found that the combination of moderate bandgap ZrO_(2) with modest dielectric constant and polar groups at interface with deep trap can offer an available strategy to simultaneously increase the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of polymer dielectrics. As a result, the composites containing ZrO_(2)-AMEO exhibit excellent energy storage performance at elevated temperatures. Specially, the PEI-based composites with 3 vol% ZrO_(2)-AMEO display a maximum discharged energy density(U_(d)) of 3.1 J/cm^(3) at 150 ℃, presenting 90% higher than that of neat PEI. This study may help to better develop the polymer-based dielectric composite applied at elevated temperatures.

Both morphology and composition have a great influence on the properties and functions of materials,however,how to rational modulate both of them to achieve their synergistic effects has been a longstanding ***,we demonstrate a competitive assembling strategy for the construction of metal-free graphite carbon nitride(CN)homojunctions in which morphology and composition can be easily controlled simultaneously by only changing the ratio of assembly raw *** homojunctions are comprised of porous nanotubular S-doped CN(SCN)grafted with CN nanovesicles,which are derived from thermal polycondensation of melamine-thiocyanuric acid(M-T)/melamine-cyanuric acid(M-C)supramolecular hybrid *** unique architecture and component engineering endows the novel SCN-CN homojunction with abundant active sites,enhanced visible trapping ability,and intimate interface *** a result,the synthesized SCN-CN homojunctions demonstrate high photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution and pollutant *** developed strategy opens up intriguing opportu-nities for the rational construction of intricate metal-free heterostructures with controllable architecture and interfacial contact for applications in energy-related fields.

BACKGROUND Sarcomatoid carcinoma(SCA)of the jejunum is a rare and aggressive neoplasm affecting the smooth muscle cells of the *** study presents a recent case of jejunal SCA,detailing its diagnosis and treatment,thereby providing a reference for clinical *** SUMMARY A 65-year-old male presented to Yichang Central People's Hospital with a chief complaint of hemorrhoids.A computed tomography(CT)scan incidentally revealed multiple abnormal signals in the *** positron emission tomography/CT at Wuhan Union Hospital indicated malignant tumor progression,with a primary duodenal tumor and multiple metastases in the upper left ***,a large tumor was identified on the *** and immunohistochemical analyses of the resected specimen confirmed the diagnosis of jejunal *** patient received a combination therapy of sintilimab,nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel,and ***-up imaging demonstrated significant reduction of hepatic and peritoneal *** patient has remained stable for over one year *** This case suggests that chemotherapy,immunotherapy,plus targeted therapy may represent an optimal treatment for intestinal SCA,meriting further investigation.

Waste polyolefin plastics, accounting for 50% of all plastic waste, represent a tremendously unexploited carbon source. Efficiently upcycling polyolefin waste into value-added carbon materials for waste water treatment avoiding using noble metals is challenging but economically and environmentally sustainable. In this work, MAX-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) supported Fe selectively catalyzes polyolefin into few-layered graphene in 5 min under microwave treatment. Graphene and MAX supported Fe(Fe@MLC) can completely(99.9%)degrade chloramphenicol(CAP) within 60 min, retain robust after 10 cycles and work efficiently at a wide p H range(3.87–13.03), avoiding the usage of noble metal. Moreover, the electrochemical active surface area(ECSA) of Fe@MLC is 2.7 times higher than that of commercial Pt/C. This work provides a cheap and efficient catalyst that promotes deconstruction of plastic wastes and indirectly degrades antibiotics thereby realizes the treatment of waste water with waste plastic.

Cavity magnomechanics,exhibiting remarkable experimental tunability,rich magnonic nonlinearities,and compatibility with various quantum systems,has witnessed considerable advances in recent ***,the potential benefits of using cavity magnomechanical (CMM) systems in further improving the performance of quantum-enhanced sensing for weak forces remain largely *** we show that,by squeezing the magnons,the performance of a quantum CMM sensor can be significantly enhanced beyond the standard quantum limit (SQL).We find that,for comparable parameters,two orders of magnitude enhancement in the force sensitivity can be achieved in comparison with the case without magnon ***,we obtain the optimal parameter regimes of homodyne angle for minimizing the added quantum *** findings provide a promising approach for highly tunable and compatible quantum force sensing using hybrid CMM devices,with potential applications ranging from quantum precision measurements to quantum information processing.

目的探索早期补充硫胺素对海马神经元细胞DNA甲基化及Aβ染毒的干预作用及机制。方法新生大鼠海马神经元细胞（HNCs）体外培养，随机分为空白组、模型组及硫胺素低、中、高剂量组，进行不同剂量硫胺素干预3d,HPLC法测定HNCs细胞DNA整体甲基化，质谱法检测CaMKIIα和GluR-2启动子甲基化，继续空白B27培养液培养至细胞成熟，观察硫胺素早期干预对HNCs成熟期Aβ1-42染毒后细胞增殖率（PR%）、细胞凋亡率（AR%）的影响。结果 (1)与空白组比较，硫胺素低、中剂量组HNCs整体DNA甲基化水平均有所降低，中剂量组显著低于空白组（P<0.05）；(2)与空白组比较，硫胺素低剂量组CaMKIIα基因启动子CpG＿3、CpG＿11位点甲基化水平明显降低（P<0.05）,GluR-2基因CpG＿5、CpG＿23位点甲基化水平明显升高（P<0.05）；(3)Aβ染毒后，与空白组比较，模型组HNCs PR%显著下降、AR%明显升高（P<0.05）；与模型组比较，硫胺素干预各组Aβ染毒HNCs PR%明显升高（P<0.05），高剂量组较低、中剂量组显著升高（P<0.05）；与模型组比较，硫胺素干预各组Aβ染毒HNCs AR%明显降低（P<0.05）,3个剂量组之间两两比较差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论硫胺素早期干预，能调节神经元细胞的甲基化水平，通过降低CaMKIIα启动子甲基化水平的表观遗传学机制，提高成熟期神经元细胞的抗Aβ神经毒性作用。[营养学报，2024,46(3):248-254]
