Effects of Dietary Lysine on Growth Performance, Serum Concentrations of Insulin-Like Growth Factor-I (IGF-I) and IGF-I mRNA Expression in Growing Rabbits

The effects of dietary lysine on production performance,serum concentrations of metabolites,growth hormone （GH）,insulin-like growth factor-I （IGF-I） and IGF-I mRNA expression in growing rabbits were *** hundred weaned New Zealand rabbits were allocated to individual cages and randomly offered a diet containing 5.5 （L1）,6.5 （L2）,7.5 （L3）,8.5 （L4）,or 9.5 g （L5） lysine per kg *** results showed that the average daily gain （ADG） of the rabbits from L3,L4 or L5 was higher than those from L1 or L2 （P 〈 0.05）.The feed gain ratio （F/G） in the rabbits from L4 or L5 was lower than those from L1 or L2 （P 〈 0.05）.Dietary lysine did not affect serum concentrations of total protein （TP）,glucose,insulin （INS）,and growth hormone （GH）（P 〉 0.05）.The quadratic effects of lysine on the serum urea nitrogen （SUN） concentration was detected （P = 0.035）.Serum IGF-I concentrations had a trend to increase quadratically with the increasing dietary lysine （P = 0.07）.A significant correlation was found between serum IGF-I concentrations （x,ng mL-1） and ADG （y,g kg-1）： y = -0.017x2 ＋ 1.984x ＋ 20.87 （R2 = 0.8982,P = 0.003）.The relative abundance of hepatic and muscular IGF-I mRNA tended to increase with increasing dietary lysine levels （P = 0.053 and 0.082,respectively）.Providing the diets mainly consisted of corn,wheat bran and peanut vine,the most appropriate dietary lysine level for growing meat rabbits from weaning to 70 d old was found to be 8.5 g kg-1,and IGF-I may be an important factor controlling growth of weaned rabbits.

Effects of aggregate size distribution and carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties of cemented gangue backfill samples under true triaxial compression

The mechanical behavior of cemented gangue backfill materials(CGBMs)is closely related to particle size distribution(PSD)of aggregates and properties of cementitious ***,the true triaxial compression tests,CT scanning,SEM,and EDS tests were conducted on cemented gangue backfill samples(CGBSs)with various carbon nanotube concentrations(P_(CNT))that satisfied fractal theory for the PSD of *** mechanical properties,energy dissipations,and failure mechanisms of the CGBSs under true triaxial compression were systematically *** results indicate that appropriate carbon nanotubes(CNTs)effectively enhance the mechanical properties and energy dissipations of CGBSs through micropore filling and microcrack bridging,and the optimal effect appears at P_(CNT)of 0.08wt%.Taking PSD fractal dimension(D)of 2.500 as an example,compared to that of CGBS without CNT,the peak strength(σ_(p)),axial peak strain(ε_(1,p)),elastic strain energy(Ue),and dissipated energy(U_(d))increased by 12.76%,29.60%,19.05%,and90.39%,***,excessive CNTs can reduce the mechanical properties of CGBSs due to CNT agglomeration,manifesting a decrease inρ_(p),ε_(1,p),and the volumetric strain increment(Δε_(v))when P_(CNT)increases from 0.08wt%to 0.12wt%.Moreover,the addition of CNTs improved the integrity of CGBS after macroscopic failure,and crack extension in CGBSs appeared in two modes:detour and pass through the ***σ_(p)and U_(d)firstly increase and then decrease with increasing D,and porosity shows the opposite ***ε_(1,p)andΔε_(v)are negatively correlated with D,and CGBS with D=2.150 has the maximum deformation parameters(ε_(1,p)=0.05079,Δε_(v)=0.01990)due to the frictional slip effect caused by coarse *** increasing D,the failure modes of CGBSs are sequentially manifested as oblique shear failure,"Y-shaped"shear failure,and conjugate shear failure.

为适应航空装备维修保障工作由使用方自主保障向装备研制企业共同承担转变的新趋势,针对航空装备维修保障体系特点提出基于过程的维修保障管理方式,并对关键技术进行了研究。为满足业务流程关系运行期灵活构建及过程控制要求,通过扩展流程及节点定义给出业务流程的层次化建模方法,利用工作流引擎为用户提供系统归零控制。以流程时间作为成本动因,给出时间驱动的维修保障作业成本核算方法。对流程及时性和稳定性进行了分析,并建立了维修保障因素与装备使用能力的关系模型,给出业务流程影响度的分析方法。最后,开发了相应的维修保障管理系统,并给出了该系统在某航空制造企业的应用实例。

Catalytic production of high-energy-density spiro polycyclic jet fuel with biomass derivatives

High-energy-density（HED） fuel（*** used JP-10 and RJ-4）,featuring compact 3D polycyclic structure with high strain,is of critical importance for volume-limited military aircraft,since their high density and combustion heat can provide more propulsion *** reduce the reliance on petroleum source,it is highly desirable to develop renewable alternatives for the production of strained polycyclic HED fuel,but which remains a big challenge because of the inaccessibility caused by the high strain,We herein demonstrate a three-step catalytic route towards highly strained C17and C18spirofuel with biomass *** process includes catalytic aldol condensation of renewable cyclohexanone/cyclopentanone with benzaldehyde,catalytic spiro Diels-Alder（D-A） reaction of aldol adduct with isoprene,and catalytic *** key spiro D-A reaction is enabled by the catalysis of heterogeneous Lewis acidic ionic *** chloroaluminate IL,formed by benign urea and AICl3,exhibits good catalytic performance and reusability for this *** eventual hydrodeoxygenation（HDO）over Pd/C and H-Y produces strained tricyclic spirofuel with density>0.93 g/mL,combustion heat>41 MJ/L and freezing point <-40℃,which are better than the properties of tactical fuel ***,it is anticipated that the as-prepared renewable fuels have the potential to replace traditional petroleum-derived HED fuels.

Worldvolume fermions as baryons in holographic quantum chromodynamics with instantons

In this study,we investigated worldvolume fermions on the flavor brane in the D0-D4/D8 model,which is holographically equivalent to four-dimensional quantum chromodynamics with instantons or equivalently with a theta *** action involving the worldvolume fermions was obtained by the T-duality rules in string theory,and we accordingly derived their effective five-dimensional and canonical four-dimensional forms by using the systematic dimensional reduction and decomposition of the ***,we used the AdS/CFT dictionary to evaluate the two-point correlation function as the spectral function for the worldvolume fermions and interpreted the fermions as baryons by analyzing their quantum number with the baryon vertex in *** this sense,the interacted action involving the worldvolume fermions and gauge field on the flavor brane was finally derived in holography,which describes the various interactions of mesons and baryons with instantons in the large-N ***,this study provides a holographic picture to describe baryons and their interactions based on string theory,particularly in the presence of instantons or a theta angle.

Effectiveness of Precursor Emission Reductions for the Control of Summertime Ozone and PM2.5 in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region under Different Meteorological Conditions

We used observed concentrations of air pollutants,reanalyzed meteorological parameters,and results from the Goddard Earth Observing System Chemical Transport Model to examine the relationships between concentrations of maximum daily 8-h average ozone(MDA8 O_(3)),PM_(2.5)(particulate matter with diameter of 2.5μm or less),and PM_(2.5)components and 2-m temperature(T2)or relative humidity(RH),as well as the effectiveness of precursor emission reductions on the control of O_(3) and PM_(2.5) in Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei(BTH)under different summertime temperature and humidity *** observed(simulated)MDA8 O_(3) and PM_(2.5) concentrations increased as T2 went up,with linear trends of 4.8(3.2)ppb℃^(−1) and 1.9(1.5)μg m^(−3)℃^(−1),*** results showed that the decreases in MDA8 O_(3) from precursor emission reductions were more sensitive to T2 than to *** a larger proportion of volatile organic compound(VOC)emissions at higher T2 was more effective for the control of summertime O_(3) in *** the control of summertime PM_(2.5) in BTH,reducing nitrogen oxides(NOx)combined with a small proportion of VOCs was the best *** magnitude of reduction in PM_(2.5) from reducing precursor emissions was more sensitive to RH than to T2,with the best efficiency at high *** from this study are helpful for formulating effective policies to tackle O_(3) and PM_(2.5) pollution in BTH.

An efficient quantum proactive incremental learning algorithm

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned,incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge,signif-icantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process,and maintain high *** this paper,taking the MaxCut problem as our example,we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing,and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL).Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit,QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices,proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps,providing an efficient solution for ***,some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at ***,in each incremental phase,the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current *** perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs,and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR),time cost,anti-forgetting,and solv-ing *** particular,QPIL’s AR surpasses 20%of mainstream quantum baselines,and the time cost is less than 1/5 of *** idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale MaxCut and other combinatorial optimization problems.
