We describe the photometric calibration of the Lunar-based Ultraviolet Telescope（LUT）, the first robotic astronomical telescope working on the lunar surface, for its first six months of operation on the lunar surface. Two spectral datasets（set A and B） from near-ultraviolet（NUV） to the optical band were constructed with 44 International Ultraviolet Explorer（IUE） standards, because of the LUT＇s relatively wide wavelength coverage. Set A was obtained by extrapolating the IUE NUV spectra（λ 〈 3200 ） to the optical band based upon the theoretical spectra of stellar atmosphere models. Set B was composed of theoretical spectra from 2000  to 8000 extracted from the same model grid. In total, seven standards have been observed in15 observational runs until May 2014. The calibration results show that the photometric performance of LUT is highly stable in its first six months of operation. The magnitude zero points obtained from the two spectral datasets are also consistent with each other, i.e., zp = 17.54 ± 0.09 mag（set A） and zp = 17.52 ± 0.07 mag（set B）.

Crust-mantle coupling in North China:Preliminary analysis from seismic anisotropy

Data from the CASN(Capital Area Seismograph Network),NSNC(National Seismograph Network of China),and IRIS(Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology) are compared with data from a temporary North China Seismic Array to obtain the background orientation of the horizontal crustal principal compressive stress at NE 95.1°±15.4° in North *** are corrected for disturbances of faults and irregular tectonics,and are used to constrain the fast SKS polarization at NE 110.2°±15.8° in North *** station analyses suggests that there is consistently more than 10° difference between the polarizations of fast shear-wave in the crust and those of fast SKS *** anisotropic phase velocities of Rayleigh waves at different periods also indicate an orientation change for fast velocity with *** suggests the crust-mantle coupling in North China follows neither the simple decoupling model nor the strong coupling ***,it is possibly some inhomogeneous combination of two models or some gradual-change model of physical *** study shows that anisotropy in the crust and mantle could be multiply characterized more correctly and crust-mantle coupling could be analyzed further,if increasing near-field shear-wave splitting data that indicate crustal anisotropy,combined with the azimuthal anisotropy of Rayleigh waves,besides the result of SKS splitting travelling through lithosphere and surface GPS measurements.

Hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymers（MIPs） were prepared using tetracycline as template,methacrylic acid as monomer and glycidilmethacrylate as pro-hydrophilic *** with common MIPs,the imprinting effect and adsorption amounts of hydrophilic MIPs for tetracycline（TC） were greatly improved in water ***,the electrochemical sensor fabricated by modifying hydrophilic MIPs on glassy carbon electrode was developed for the determination of TC in foodstuff samples.

As an important index of soil crushing performance of rotary tiller,the soil fragmentation rate is still limited to manual *** this study,an automatic detection platform for soil fragmentation rate was designed,which integrated soil intake,screening,weighing and calculation of soil fragmentation *** platform can solve the problem that the index of the soil fragmentation rate cannot be detected quickly and effectively after rotary tillage,which leads to difficulty in field quality *** platform was mainly composed of a shovel soil module,conveying module,screening module,weighing module and automatic control system,which could realize single-line and multi-point automatic soil fragmentation rate *** on the homogeneous dry slope model,the tilting angles of soil intake and soil feeding after rotary tillage on the platform were determined to be 30.10°and 26.67°,*** to the principle of flow conservation,a rotary circulation screening module was designed to obtain soil particle size grading.A method based on the principle of multi-line and multi-point measurement was developed to detect soil fragmentation *** influence of screening speed on screening effect was analyzed,and the reasonable value of screening speed was determined to be 0.5 m/s.A field performance test was carried out in October 2019 to verify the detection performance of the *** results showed that,compared with the manual test method,the maximum test error was no more than 11%,the minimum test error was less than 4%,the maximum single test time was no more than 2 min,and the total test time of each test area was no more than 30 *** efficiency of single-point detection was significantly better than the manual detection,which indicated that the design in this study met the requirements of rapid detection of soil fragmentation rate,and provided a new idea for the automatic detection of quality of rotary tillage.

An adaptive iterative learning control based on unfalsified strategy is proposed to solve high precision temperature tracking of the Chylla-Haase reactor, in which iterative learning is the main control method and the unfalsified strategy is adapted to adjust the learning rate adaptively. It is encouraged that the unfalsified control strategy is extended from time domain to iterative domain, and the basic definition and mathematics description of unfalsified control in iterative domain are *** proposed algorithm is a kind of data-driven method, which does not need an accurate system model. Process data are used to construct fictitious reference signal and switch function in order to handle different process conditions. In addition, the plant data are also used to build the iterative learning control law. Here the learning rate in a different error level is adjusted to ensure the convergent speed and stability, rather than keeping constant in traditional iterative learning control. Furthermore,two important problems in iterative learning control, i.e., the initial control law and convergence analysis, are discussed in detail. The initial input of first iteration is arranged according to a mechanism model, which can assure a good produce quality in the first iteration and a fast convergence speed of tracking error. The convergence condition is given which is obviously relaxed compared with the tradition iterative learning *** results show that the proposed control algorithm is effective for the Chylla-Haase problem with good performance in both convergent speed and stability.

Recent state-of-the-art semi-supervised learning(SSL)methods usually use data augmentations as core *** methods,however,are limited to simple transformations such as the augmentations under the instance’s naive representations or the augmentations under the instance’s semantic *** tackle this problem,we offer a unique insight into data augmentations and propose a novel data-augmentation-based semi-supervised learning method,called Attentive Neighborhood Feature Aug-mentation(ANFA).The motivation of our method lies in the observation that the relationship between the given feature and its neighborhood may contribute to constructing more reliable transformations for the data,and further facilitating the classifier to distinguish the ambiguous features from the low-dense ***,we first project the labeled and unlabeled data points into an embedding space and then construct a neighbor graph that serves as a similarity measure based on the similar representations in the embedding ***,we employ an attention mechanism to transform the target features into augmented ones based on the neighbor ***,we formulate a novel semi-supervised loss by encouraging the predictions of the interpolations of augmented features to be consistent with the corresponding interpolations of the predictions of the target *** carried out exper-iments on SVHN and CIFAR-10 benchmark datasets and the experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods when the number of labeled examples is limited.

Objective To study the interaction between polymorphisms of estrogen receptor （ER） gene and puberty on bone mineral density （BMD）. Methods One hundred and forty-six boys aged 13-17 years were divided into two groups according to their first sperrnorrhea. DNA was analyzed for Xba I and Pvu 1/genotypes by PCR-RFLP. BMD of the total body, forearm and lumbar spine was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry （DXA）. The relationship between polymorphisms of ER gene and BMD in these two groups was analyzed. Results The BMD at all sites in the sperrnorrhea group was significantly higher than that in the un-sperrnorrhea group. The independent contribution of ER genotypes to BMD at two pubertal stages was analyzed after adjusting co-variables. In the un-sperrnorrhea group, the BMD at distal 1/10 and 1/3 forearm of those carrying pp genotype was significantly higher than that of the non-carries, whereas in the sperrnorrhea group BMD in those carrying the same genotype was significantly lower than that in the non-carriers. Similar results were obtained by haplotype analysis. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that body weight, age and the first sperrnorrehea were the dominant determinants for BMD. BMD at forearm might be influenced by interaction between ER genotype and the first spermorrehea. Conclusion The polymorphisms of ER gene play a different role in BMD influenced by the first spermorrhea. Chinese boys carrying p or x allele should pay more attention to their bone mass.

Background Asthma mortality among children and adolescents at the national level in China was *** aim of this study was to analyze the mortality of asthma among children and adolescents in China using a nationally representative *** This was a descriptive study using data from the Disease Surveillance Points(DSPs)*** asthma‐related deaths among children and adolescents aged 0–19 years occurring in DSPs across China from 2008 to 2018 were *** Poisson regression models were used to compute the total,age-,gender-,region-and residence-specific asthma mortality rates and to investigate the significance of trends and factors associated with asthma *** from the National Bureau of Statistics were used to estimate the national asthma *** Total asthma mortality rate among Chinese children and adolescents fluctuated between 0.020(0.009,0.045)and 0.059(0.025,0.137)per 100,000 and showed an overall downward trend(RR,0.909;95%CI 0.854–0.968)during the study period(2008–2018).Asthma mortality rate was higher in the western China(RR 2.356,95%CI 1.513,3.669)and varied over a ninefold range among DSPs in *** estimated number of deaths decreased by 51.38%from 2008(n=148;95%CI 58,379)to 2018(n=71;95%CI 34,109).Conclusions Asthma mortality rate among children and adolescents in China was at a low level compared to rates worldwide and decreased significantly from 2008 to *** with most countries in the world,the number of asthma deaths was higher in China.

Previous investigations examining salient memories have demonstrated that personal memories that are important to individuals and contain emotional information are better remembered than neutral *** behavioral and brain-imaging experiments,the present studies explored whether the previous finding was applicable imagined *** a behavioral experiment,a free recall paradigm was used to compare the memory performance of individuals who imagined loss with that of individuals who imagined *** superior memory performance conferred by imagining loss was constrained to ordinary items of low to medium importance and did not generalize to vital ***,brain imaging evidence revealed that the activation in certain brain regions was stronger when participants were imagining the loss of ordinary items of low to medium importance compared to vital *** brain regions included cognitive effort-related areas(such as the parietal cortex and middle prefrontal cortex) and areas related to emotional experiences and emotion-related memories(such as the amygdala,parahippocampal gyrus,and posterior cingulate gyrus).Our study provides a new way of exploring the superior memory performance when imagining loss and enriches the literature on memory enhancement by contributing to a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms related to the imagining of vital losses.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer mortality *** cells(DCs)are the key factors providing protective immunity against lung tumors and clinical trials have proven that DC function is reduced in lung cancer *** is evident that the immunoregulatory network may play a key role in the failure of the immune response to terminate *** tumors likely employ numerous strategies to suppress DC-based anti-tumor ***,we summarize the recent advances in our understanding on lung tumor-induced immunosuppression in DCs,which affects the initiation and development of T-cell *** also describe which existing measures to restore DC function may be useful for clinical treatment of lung *** our knowledge of how lung cancer cells alter DC function to generate a tumor-supportive environment will be essential in order to guide the design of new immunotherapy strategies for clinical use.
