Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2.HER2.-positive breast cancer(BC)has been the most challenging subtype of BC,consisting of 2.%of BC with an apparent correlation with poor *** that pyrotinib,a new HER2.inhibitor,has led to dramatic improvements in prognosis,the efficacy of pyrotinib monotherapy remains largely restricted due to its acquired ***,identifying a new potential antitumor drug in combination with pyrotinib to amplify therapeutic efficacy is a pressing ***,we reported a novel combination of pyrotinib with chrysin and explored its antitumor efficacy and the underlying mechanism in HER2.positive *** determined that pyrotinib combined with chrysin yielded a potent synergistic effect to induce more evident cell cycle arrest,inhibit the proliferation of BT-474 and SK-BR-3 BC cells,and repress in vivo tumor growth in xenograft mice *** may be attributed to enhanced autophagy induced by endoplasmic reticulum ***,the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin induced ubiquitination and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)degradation by upregulating zinc finger and BTB/POZ domain-containing family protein 16(ZBTB16)in tumorigenesis of ***,we identified that miR-16-5p was a potential upstream regulator of ZBTB16,and it showed a significant inverse correlation with *** of miR-16-5p overexpression by restoring ZBTB16 significantly potentiated the overall antitumor efficacy of pyrotinib combined with chrysin against HER2.positive ***,these findings demonstrate that the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin enhances autophagy in HER2.positive BC through an unrecognized miR-16-5p/ZBTB16/G6PD axis.

The FAST All Sky HI survey(FASHI)was designed to cover the entire sky observable by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),spanning approximately 2.000 square degrees of declination between-14°and+66°,and in the frequency range of 1050-1450 MHz,with the expectation of eventually detecting more than 100000 HI *** August 2.2. and June 2.2.,FASHI had covered more than 7600 square degrees,which is approximately 35%of the total sky observable by *** has a median detection sensitivity of around 0.76 m Jy beam-1and a spectral line velocity resolution of~6.4 km s-1at a frequency of~1.4 *** of now,a total of 41741 extragalactic HI sources have been detected in the frequency range 1305.5-1419.5 MHz,corresponding to a redshift limit of z■*** cross-matching FASHI sources with the Siena Galaxy Atlas(SGA)and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS)catalogs,we found that 16972.40.7%)sources have spectroscopic redshifts and 10975(2..3%)sources have only photometric *** of the remaining 13794(33.0%)HI sources are located in the direction of the Galactic plane,making their optical counterparts difficult to identify due to high extinction or high contamination of Galactic stellar *** on current survey results,the FASHI survey is an unprecedented blind extragalactic H I *** has higher spectral and spatial resolution and broader coverage than the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA Survey(ALFALFA).When completed,FASHI will provide the largest extragalactic HI catalog and an objective view of HI content and large-scale structure in the local universe.

High-order quantum coherence reveals the statistical correlation of quantum particles. Manipulation of quantum coherence of light in the temporal domain enables the production of the single-photon source, which has become one of the most important quantum resources. High-order quantum coherence in the spatial domain plays a crucial role in a variety of applications, such as quantum imaging, holography, and microscopy. However, the active control of second-order spatial quantum coherence remains a challenging task. Here we predict theoretically and demonstrate experimentally the first active manipulation of second-order spatial quantum coherence,which exhibits the capability of switching between bunching and anti-bunching, by mapping the entanglement of spatially structured photons. We also show that signal processing based on quantum coherence exhibits robust resistance to intensity disturbance. Our findings not only enhance existing applications but also pave the way for broader utilization of higher-order spatial quantum coherence.

In this paper, some test statistics of Kolmogorov type and Cramervon Mises type based on projection pursuit technique are proposed for testing the sphericity problem of a high\|dimensional distribution. The limiting distributions of the test statistics are derived under the null hypothesis. The asymptotic properties of Bootstrap approximation are investigated and the tail behaviors of the statistics are studied.

目的分析整体化康复干预对创伤性脊髓损伤的应用效果及对患者神经源性膀胱功能恢复情况的影响。方法选择2.2.年3月至2.2.年3月神经外科脊髓脊柱病房收治的94例创伤性脊髓损伤患者,根据电脑随机数字表法分组,对照组47例予以常规护理,观察组47例予以整体化康复干预,比较2.患者的排尿症状、尿动力学、神经源性膀胱功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果观察组患者的日均漏尿次数与排尿次数均低于对照组(P2. h单次排尿量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的膀胱压与逼尿肌压均低于对照组(P<0.05),而膀胱容量及膀胱顺应性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经源性膀胱症状评分表分数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经源性膀胱生命质量量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体化康复干预在创伤性脊髓损伤中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能改善患者的排尿症状与尿动力学,而且还能促进其神经源性膀胱功能恢复,进一步提高患者生活质量。

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the china Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.12.×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a "whole genome shotgun" approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in china and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2.1..9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.2.% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. The coverage of the draft sequence, the randomness of the sequence distribution, and the consistency of BIG-ASSEM-BLER, a custom-designed software package
