Two coordination polymers,namely[Mn(μ-Hcpia)(bipy)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_(n)(1)and[Cd_(3)(μ3-Hcpia)_(2)(μ-Hbiim)_(2)(μ-H_(2)biim)(H_(2)O)_(2)]n(2),have been constructed hydrothermally using H_(2)cbia(H_(2)cbia=5-(4΄-cyano-benzoxy)isophthalic acid),bipy(bipy=4,4΄-bipyridine),H_(2)biim(H_(2)biim=2,2΄-biimidazole),and manganese or cadmium chlorides at 160℃.Interestingly,the H3cpia(H3cpia=5-(4΄-carboxylphenoxy)isophthalic acid)ligand was generated by in situ hydrolysis of cyano group in H_(2)*** products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermogravimetric analyses(TGA),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** compounds crystallize in the triclinic system,space group *** 1 discloses a 1D linear chain of the 2C1 topological *** chains are assembled into a 2D supramolecular sheet through O–H∙∙∙O/N hydrogen *** 2 features a 3D framework with a 3,4,4T25 *** luminescent and catalytic properties of two compounds were *** 1 exhibits a superior catalytic activity in the cyanosilylation at room temperature.

基于TESS数据的早型食双星HD190967、HD35921、HD228854和HD100213轨道周期变化的分析研究

HD190967、HD35921、HD228854和HD100213都是O型或B型的早型双星,轨道周期分别为6.519 d、4.0024 d、1.8855 d和1.3872 d,它们都属于长周期双星.这类双星数目少,且难以获得完整的光变曲线.TESS(Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite)空间望远镜的长时标、短曝光和高精度光度测量为这4颗源提供了优质的数据.利用从TESS获取的光极小时刻和历史数据,对这4颗早型双星的轨道周期进行了分析研究.研究表明4颗源的轨道周期都有长期增加的趋势,HD228854和HD100213的轨道周期除了长期增加外还叠加了正弦变化.分析发现HD190967、HD228854和HD100213这3颗恒星轨道周期增加的原因是伴星与主星间的物质交流造成的,HD35921轨道周期增加的原因是主星星风损失.目前HD228854和HD100213的轨道周期正弦变化比较合理的解释是由于第三天体影响导致的光时轨道效应.

As one of the high-capacity anodes in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),silicon oxide(SiOx)has attracted wide attention due to its high theoretical capacity,low cost,and proper working ***,the huge volume change and the intrinsic poor conductivity of SiOx still hinder the practical *** to address the issues is the focus of current *** this work,firstly,hydrogen passivated Si nanosheets(Si6H6)were prepared from Zintl phase CaSi2,then,two-dimensional Ag nanoparticle modified SiOVC nanocomposite was prepared via a facile complex redox reaction between SieH6 and AgN03-aniline complexing *** this design,aniline was served as carbon sources,and Si6H6could be transformed to SiOx by AgN03 in mild solution *** obtained Ag modified SiOVC(SiOx/C-Ag)electrode exhibited high specific capacity(550 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.6 A·g^(-1)),superior rate,and cycling performance when served as anode for LIBs.

Silicon anodes have been extensively studied as a potential alternative to graphite ones for Li-ion ***,their commercial application is limited by the issues of the poor structural and interfacial *** this regard,one of the key strategies for fully exploiting the capacity potential of Si-based anodes is to design robust conductive binder *** the amount of binder in the electrode is small,it is,however,considered as a critical component of Si-based anodes for Li-ion *** this review,a brief summary is given from the structural and functional aspects of the existing binders for Si *** particular,three-dimensional and multifunctional polymeric binders with excellent electrical conductivity,flexibility,adhesion prepared by chemical bonding,electrostatic and coordination interactions have become the focus of research,are expected to accelerate the practical application of silicon ***,some suggestions for the future development of Si anodic binders are put forward.

【目的】克隆龙眼ATP依赖的染色质重塑相关基因DlSWC5，并分析其亚细胞定位及表达特性，为研究该基因在龙眼生长发育及早期体胚发生过程中的调控功能提供理论依据。【方法】以龙眼品种红核子体胚发生早期胚性愈伤组织（Embryogenic callus,EC）为试验材料，结合龙眼三代基因组数据，采用RT-PCR克隆DlSWC5基因cDNA序列，对其进行生物信息学分析，基于STRING数据库预测DlSWC5蛋白互作调控网络，并通过激光扫描共聚焦试验验证蛋白亚细胞定位情况。分别利用转录组测序技术和实时荧光定量PCR检测DlSWC5基因在体胚发生早期和不同组织及不同浓度吲哚乙酸（IAA）处理下EC中的表达情况。【结果】成功克隆出DlSWC5基因的cDNA序列，与基因组中DlSWC5基因CDS序列相似性达99.80%，共编码340个氨基酸残基，该蛋白不含信号肽和跨膜结构，共含有44个磷酸化位点，分子式为C1622H2599N459O542S8，相对分子质量为37458.71 Da，理论等电点（pI）为5.74。DlSWC5蛋白结构的预测结果显示，其二级结构包含48.53%的α-螺旋、40.29%的无规则卷曲、6.47%的延伸链、4.71%的β-转角，其三级结构与漾濞槭同源蛋白高度一致。蛋白互作预测结果显示，DlSWC5蛋白与PIE1、SWC2、SWC4等10个蛋白互作。亚细胞定位显示DlSWC5蛋白定位于细胞核中。DlSWC5基因的相对表达量在早期体细胞胚胎发生中无明显差异。DlSWC5基因在体胚发生早期及种子、根、茎、叶、花蕾、花、果皮、果肉、幼果等组织中均检测到表达，与对照组（0 mg/L）相比，DlSWC5基因的相对表达量在0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0 mg/L IAA处理24 h后均显著降低（P<0.05）。【结论】成功克隆了DlSWC5基因，其编码蛋白为不稳定的亲水性蛋白，呈酸性，定位于细胞核；DlSWC5基因在龙眼体胚发生早期EC阶段被IAA诱导下调表达。

通过分子动力学模拟,观察到[001]取向的四方氧化锆纳米柱在拉伸载荷下具有两个线弹性变形的应力-应变关系.这一现象是四方结构向单斜结构相变的结果 .为了进一步阐明应力-应变曲线,进行了包括晶体结构分析和原子应变计算在内的详细研究.晶格取向强烈影响塑性变形机制,即[001]和[111]取向的纳米柱在拉伸载荷下经历相变,而沿[110]取向的纳米柱导致脆性断裂.观察到显著的温度效应,随着温度从300K升高到1500K,弹性模量从573.45GPa线性降低到482.65GPa.此外,还用轻推弹性带(NEB)理论估算了相变能垒,观察到相变能垒随温度的升高而降低.这一工作将有助于加深对氧化锆的四方相到单斜相转变和纳米尺度力学行为的理解.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ruthenium-106(106Ru)plaque radiotherapy at a dose(>50 Gy)higher than recommended(29-50 Gy)for treatment of circumscribed choroidal hemangioma(CCH)in Chinese ***:This retrospective study included 25symptomatic CCH patients undergoing 106Ru plaque brachytherapy involving 25 eyes between January 2005and August *** examination was performed at the baseline and at each post-treatment follow-up visit,using best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),dilated fundus examination,and B-scan *** primary efficacy outcome measures included the changes in BCVA and hemangioma dimensions at the last followup visit from the ***:The mean follow-up duration was 28.0±26.6(range,12-110)*** the hemangiomas were located in the posterior pole except for two involving the *** mean apex dose of 106Ru plaque radiotherapy was84.4±19.7 *** mean BCVA improved from 41.4±29.3(0-97)at the baseline to 53.0±33.8(0-97)ETDRS letters at the last visit(P=0.01).The mean hemangioma height declined from 3.98±0.88(2.40-5.50)mm to 0.84±1.63(0-6.47)mm(P≤0.001),and the greatest linear diameter(GLD)reduced from 9.36±2.23(6.80-15.00)to 7.40±2.45(0-13.00)mm(P≤0.001).Hemangioma size increased in one(4%)eye with a worsened vision,and subretinal fluid completely resolved in all but one patient(4%).Radiationrelated retinopathy was observed in two patients at posttreatment 9 and 11mo,***:106Ru plaque brachytherapy at a dose(>50 Gy)higher than recommended(29-50 Gy)is an effective treatment regimen for symptomatic CCH associated with significantly improved visual acuity and a favorable safety profile in Chinese patients.

Curvature tells much about details of surfaces and is studied widely by researchers in the computer graphics com- munity. In this paper, we first explain the mean-curvature view of Dirichlet energy of triangular surfaces and introduce a curvature representation of details, and then present surfaces editing applications based on their curvature representation. We apply our method to surfaces with complex boundaries and rich details. Results show the validity and robustness of our method and dem- onstrate curvature map can be a helpful surfaces detail representation.
