Currently,magnetic storage devices are encountering the problem of achieving lightweight and high integration in mobile computing devices during the information *** a result,there is a growing urgency for twodimensional half-metallic materials with a high Curie temperature(TC).This study presents a theoretical investigation of the fundamental electromagnetic properties of the monolayer hexagonal lattice of Mn_(2.X_(3)(X=S,Se,Te).Additionally,the potential application of Mn_(2.X_(3) as magneto-resistive components is *** three of them fall into the category of ferromagnetic *** particular,the Monte Carlo simulations indicate that the TC of Mn2.3 reachs 381 K,noticeably greater than room *** findings present notable advantages for the application of Mn2.3 in spintronic ***,a prominent spin filtering effect is apparent when employing non-equilibrium Green’s function simulations to examine the transport *** resulting current magnitude is approximately 2.1.^(4) nA,while the peak gigantic magnetoresistance exhibits a substantial value of 8.36×10^(16)%.It is noteworthy that the device demonstrates a substantial spin Seebeck effect when the temperature differential between the electrodes is *** brief,Mn_(2.X_(3) exhibits outstanding features as a highTC half-metal,exhibiting exceptional capabilities in electrical and thermal drives spin ***,it holds great potential for usage in spintronics applications.

Certain plant species within the Apiales order accumulate triterpenoid saponins that feature a distinctive glucose-glucose-rhamnose(G-G-R)sugar chain attached at the C-2. position of the pentacyclic triterpene *** recently,the genomic basis underlying the biosynthesis and evolution of this sugar chain has remained *** this study,we identified two novel glycoside glycosyltransferases(GGTs)that can sequentially install the sugar chain’s second D-glucose and third L-rhamnose during the biosynthesis of asiaticoside and madecassoside,two representative G-G-R sugar chain-containing triterpenoid saponins produced by Centella *** assays revealed the remarkable substrate promiscuity of the two GGTs and the key residues crucial for sugar-donor selectivity of the glucosyltransferase and rhamnosyl*** further identified syntenic tandem gene duplicates of the two GGTs in the Apiaceae and Araliaceae families,suggesting a well-conserved genomic basis underlying sugar chain assembly that likely has evolved in the early ancestors of the Apiales ***,expression patterns of the two GGTs in pierced leaves of *** were found to be correlated with the production of asiaticoside and madecassoside,implying their involvement in host defense against herbivores and *** work sheds light on the biosynthesis and evolution of complex saponin sugars,paving the way for future engineering of diverse bioactive triterpenoids with unique glycoforms.

Copper-based metal-organic frameworks(Cu-MOFs)are a promising multiphase catalyst for catalyzing C-S coupling reactions by virtue of their diverse structures and ***,the unpleasant odor and instability of the organosulfur,as well as the mass-transfer resistance that exists in multiphase catalysis,have often limited the catalytic application of Cu-MOFs in C-S coupling *** this paper,a Cu-MOFs catalyst modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)was designed to enhance mass transfer by increasing the adsorption of organic substrates using the long alkanes of ***,elemental sulfur was used to replace organosulfur to achieve a highly efficient and atom-economical multicomponent C-S coupling reaction.

The appropriate terminal attitude of missile is important to improve the damage effectiveness of fragmentation warhead against aircraft *** this paper,three missile terminal attitude selection methods are proposed to solve the problem of terminal attitude selection in different situations according to their respective evaluation *** MVE-based method uses the damage probability of each detonation point around the aircraft at a given attitude of missile to calculate the Mean Volume of Effectiveness(MVE)at the corresponding attitude,and then uses the MVE for different attitudes to select the terminal strike *** detonation position-based method addresses the case where the missile detonation position can be assessed in *** the effects of missile guidance errors and fuze activation position errors,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the damage probability of aircraft with different strike attitudes,from which the terminal strike attitude is *** BP-ANN model-based method uses the constructed Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network(BP-ANN)model instead of simulation to calculate the evaluation indexes in the corresponding cases of MVE-based method and Detonation position-based method,which can improve the efficiency of attitude *** are conducted for different scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Poly(heptazine imide)(PHI),a semicrystalline version of carbon nitride photocatalyst based on heptazine units,has gained significant attention for solar H_(2.production benefiting from its advantages including molecular synthetic versatility,excellent physicochemical stability and suitable energy band structure to capture visible ***,PHI is obtained in saltmelt synthesis in the presence of alkali metal ***,we examined the role of binary alkali metal bromides(LiBr/NaBr)with diverse compositions and melting points to rationally modulate the polymerization process,structure,and properties of *** characterizations revealed that semicrystalline PHI with a condensedπ-conjugated system and rapid charge separation rates were obtained in the presence of LiBr/***,the apparent quantum yield of hydrogen using the optimized PHI reaches up to 62.3%at 42. *** density functional theory calculation shows that the dehydrogenation of the ethylene glycol has a lower energy barrier than the dehydrogenation of the other alcohols from the thermodynamic point of *** study holds great promise for rational modulation of the structure and properties of conjugated polymeric materials.

Balancing ecological preservation with sustainable agricultural practices is a global issue. Erhai Lake has felt this challenge keenly. To address it, in 2.2., a Science and Technology Backyards(STBs) project was launched in Gusheng Village. The goal of this is to care for the environment while ensuring that farms and farmers can thrive sustainably. The uniqueness of the Erhai STB arises from its interdisciplinary integration, encompassing fields such as ecology, agronomy and social science, resulting in specifically-designed solutions for the Erhai context. While this model aligns with broader STB paradigms, its distinctive edge lies in technological innovation and robust support mechanisms for local agricultural stakeholders. This paper describes the methodology and outcomes of the STB initiative, highlighting its pivotal role in spearheading sustainable transition in Erhai. Preliminary findings underscore the potential of the STB model as an efficacious tool for harmonizing environmental conservation and agricultural practices, that are both financially and environmentally sustainable, rendering it a potential model for comparable regions in China and other counties.

A cellobiohydrolase 1 gene (cbhl) was cloned from Penicillium chrysogenum FS010 by amodified thermal asymmetric interlaced polymerase chain reaction (TAIL-PCR).DNA sequencing showsthat cbhl has an open reading frame of 1590 bp, encoding a putative protein of 52. amino acid *** amino acid sequence revealed that CBHI has a modular structure with a predicted molecular massof 56 kDa and consists of a fungal type carbohydrate binding module separated from a catalytic domain bya threonine rich linker *** putative gene product is homologous to fungal cellobiohydrolases inFamily 7 of the glycosyl hydrolases.A novel cbhl promoter (1.3 kb) was also cloned and sequenced,whichcontains seven putative binding sites (5'-SYGGRG-3') for the carbon catabolite repressor *** ofvarious carbon sources to the cbhl transcription of *** was examined by Northern analysis,suggesting that the expression of cbhl is regulated at transcriptional *** cbhl gene in cold-adaptivefungus *** was expressed as an active enzyme in Saccharomyces cerevisiae *** recombinantCBHI accumulated intracellularly and could not be secreted into the medium.

In this paper we calculate the orbits of flag manifolds of the complex classical groups under the action of the sets of fixed points of Cartan involutions, and determine all the geometric parameters corresponding to representations of the classical groups with integral infinitesimal char- acters, which are used to discuss Arthur conjecture and the Langlands classification of the irreducible admissible representations of real classical groups(see[1])
