BACKGROUND For patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)carrying the ckit exon 11 mutation,imatinib(IM)at a standard dosage of 400 mg per day is the preferred first-line *** cases where treatment with IM fails,there is an urgent need for a more precise assessment method to determine whether to switch therapies or escalate the IM *** approach will enhance clinical decision-making and optimize patient *** To investigate IM plasma concentration’s role in second-line treatment decisions for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM *** Patients with advanced GIST harboring c-kit 11 mutation who experienced failure with IM 400 mg per day as first-line treatment at our hospital were retrospectively *** were categorized into a low plasma(LP)concentration group(LP group,line characteristics were compared and Kaplan-Meier curves were used to analyze the survival of *** Seventy-five patients were included in the *** the LP group(n=28),Group A(n=14)had longer overall survival(OS)than Group B(n=14)(P=0.02).No differences were observed between the two subgroups in disease control rate(DCR),objective response rate,and progression-free survival(PFS)(P>0.05).For the HP group(n=47),Group B(n=18)had a higher DCR and longer PFS than Group A(n=29)(P=0.008 and P=0.03,respectively).No difference in OS was observed between the two subgroups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Increasing IM dosage for c-kit 11-mutated advanced GISTs post-IM failure may prolong OS if plasma concentration is<1100 ng/*** tyrosine kinase inhibitors may improve DCR and PFS if≥1100 ng/mL.

Partial-label learning (PLL) is a typical problem of weakly supervised learning, where each training instance is annotated with a set of candidate labels. Self-training PLL models achieve state-of-the-art performance but suffer from error accumulation problems caused by mistakenly disambiguated instances. Although co-training can alleviate this issue by training two networks simultaneously and allowing them to interact with each other, most existing co-training methods train two structurally identical networks with the same task, i.e., are symmetric, rendering it insufficient for them to correct each other due to their similar limitations. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an asymmetric dual-task co-training PLL model called AsyCo,which forces its two networks, i.e., a disambiguation network and an auxiliary network, to learn from different views explicitly by optimizing distinct tasks. Specifically, the disambiguation network is trained with a self-training PLL task to learn label confidence, while the auxiliary network is trained in a supervised learning paradigm to learn from the noisy pairwise similarity labels that are constructed according to the learned label confidence. Finally, the error accumulation problem is mitigated via information distillation and confidence refinement. Extensive experiments on both uniform and instance-dependent partially labeled datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of AsyCo.

Applied field magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters(AF-MPDTs), with their high specific impulse and considerable thrust, are increasingly favored for large-scale space missions. This paper presents the composition, functionality, and testing methods of a high-power electric propulsion performance testing system, along with the vacuum ignition test results of a 100 kW superconducting MPD thruster. The relationships between thruster efficiency, magnetic field strength, current,and mass flow rate are analyzed. For each combination of current and flow rate in an AF-MPDT, there is an optimal magnetic field strength where the thruster efficiency reaches its peak. Under conditions of 320 A current and 60 mg/s flow rate,the optimal magnetic field strength is 0.5 T, yielding the highest thruster efficiency of 71%.

Transition metal-carbonate interfaces often act as active sites in heterogeneous catalytic *** interface between transition metal and metal carbonate exhibits a dynamic equilibrium during the CO_(2)hydrogenation reaction,involving surface carbonate hydrogenation and CO_(2)***,there have been few reports on engineering the activity of the interface between transition metal and alkaline earth metal carbonate for catalytic CO_(2)*** work demonstrated that the incorporation of CaH_(2)in Ni/CaCO_(3)enhances the CO_(2)methanation activity of the *** CO_(2)conversion for Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)reached 68.5%at 400°C,which was much higher than that of the Ni/CaCO_(3)(31.6%) and Ni/CaH_(2)-CaO (42.4%) ***,the Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)catalysts remained stable during the stability test for 24 h at 400°C and 8 *** research revealed that CaH_(2)played a crucial role in promoting the activity of the Ni-carbonate interface for CO_(2)***_(2)could modify the electronic structure of Ni and tune the structural properties of CaCO_(3)to generate medium basic sites (OH groups),which are favorable for the activation of H2and CO_(2).In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that CO_(2)activation occurs at the hydroxyl group (OH) on the CaH_(2)-modified Ni-carbonate surface,leading to the formation of CO_(3)H****,our study has confirmed that CO_(2)methanation over the Ni/CaH_(2)-CaCO_(3)catalysts proceeds via the formate pathway.

The magnetoplasmadynamic thruster(MPDT) is characterized by its high specific impulse and substantial thrust density, making it a promising propulsion system for deep space exploration missions. In both laboratory experiments and practical applications, cathode ablation has emerged as a critical concern. An optical diagnostic approach based on monochromatic radiation temperature measurement, utilizing plume emission spectra and the selection of an appropriate test band, has been successfully employed. This method provides an accurate temperature distribution across the cathode surface, offering a novel testing technique for the optimization and evaluation of magnetic plasma thruster designs.
