This paper has proposed a generalized quantum state sharing protocol of an arbitrary two-particle state using non-maximally GHZ states and generalized Bell state *** sender Alice performs two-particle generalized Bell state measurements on her two particles in the state sharing process and the controller takes measurements on his particles and transfers the quantum information to the receiver with entanglement swapping by the cooperation of the other *** is found that the use of nonmaximally entangled state in quantum state sharing has enabled the secure sharing of the quantum state.

提出了基于串行同源的故障通告机制,针对相同源节点的连接进行故障通告,并引入串行机制,在网络故障恢复率和故障恢复时间2.指标取得理想的折衷。通过扩展RSVP-TE协议实现该机制,搭建了15个节点的自动交换光网络仿真实验平台。实验数据表明,与传统的故障通告机制相比,该机制在一定程度上避免了网络恢复过程中资源预留冲突的问题,在5000条连接的网络中,网络故障恢复率提高2.%,故障恢复时间缩短近15%。

Based on current load balance and minimum interference routing technology, a least interference optimization based dynamic multi-path routing algorithm (LI-DMA) in automatically switched optical network (ASON) is proposed. LI-DMA employs least interference technology and takes future demands into consideration while calculating routing paths. In LI-DMA, the link cost is dynamically adjusted according to its residual capacity and criticality, and the traffic is distributed to several disjoint paths equally while loading the connections. Simulation results show that, compared with conventional routing algorithms, LI-DMA can efficiently decrease the blocking probabilityof network and achieve better performance of load balance.

Risk-disjoint routing is an efficient way to improve network survivability. In this article, a partial risk-disjoint routing algorithm based on link availability （PRDRA-LA） is proposed based on the complete risk-disjoint routing algorithm （CRDRA）. While calculating the protection path with PRDRA-LA, the links that share risks with the links in the working path are filtered by link availability. In addition, the risk disjoint degree between the protection path and the working path can be adjusted freely. Simulation results showed that when compared with CRDRA, routing connections with PRDRA-LA can achieve improved survivability while the number of connections that can be successfully routed over the current network is kept from serious decline.

In the optical networks, the dynamicity, the complexity and the heterogeneity have dramatically increased owing to the deployment of advanced coherent techniques, and the optical cross-connect {2. and diverse network infrastructures pose great challenges in the optical network management and maintenance for the network operators. In this review, we propose a "3 S" architecture for AI-driven autonomous optical network, which can aid the optical networks operated in "self-aware" of network status, "self-adaptive" of network control, and "self-managed" of network operations. To support these functions, a number of artificial intelligence(AI)-driven techniques have been investigated to improve the flexibility and the reliability from the device aspect to network aspect. Adaptative erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA) controlling is an example for the device aspect, which provides a power self-adaptive capability according to the network *** the link aspect, adaptive fiber nonlinearity compensation, optical monitoring performance and quality of transmission estimation are developed to monitor and alleviate the link-dependent signal impairments in an automatic way. From the network aspect, traffic prediction and network state analysis methods provide the self-awareness, while automatic resource allocation and network fault management powered by AI enhance the self-adaptiveness and self-management capabilities. Benefit from the sufficient network management data,powerful data-mining capability and matured computation units, these AI techniques have great potentials to provide autonomous features for optical networks, including the network resource scheduling and the network customization.

This paper demonstrates a theoretical investigation on clock extraction from carrier-suppressed returnto-zero(CSRZ) modulation format data at 40 Gbit/s by using a semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)-based ring laser. A completely numerical analysis about the clock characteristics at 40 Gbit/s is done, which is an effective guide for the experiment and necessary to optimize system performance. The crucial parameters, including the pulse width, energy of the CSRZ data signals and influence of SOA bias current, are analyzed because they determine the quality of the recovered clock pulses. Meanwhile, simulation results show that high-quality clock extraction from 2.7–1 pseudo-random binary sequence(PRBS) CSRZ data at 40 Gbit/s can be achieved by using higher power assisting continuous-wave(CW) light into a SOA-based ring laser.

Quantum technology establishes a foundation for secure communication via quantum key distribution （QKD）. In the last two decades, the rapid development of QKD makes a global quantum communication network feasible. In order to construct this network, it is economical to consider small-sized and low-cost QKD payloads, which can be assembled on satellites with different sizes, such as space stations. Here we report an experimental demonstration of space-to-ground QKD using a small-sized payload, from Tiangong-2.space lab to Nanshan ground station. The 57.9-kg payload integrates a tracking system, a QKD transmitter along with modules for synchronization, and a laser communication transmitter. In the space lab, a 50MHz vacuum＋weak decoy-state optical source is sent through a reflective telescope with an aperture of 2.0mm. On the ground station, a telescope with an aperture of 12.0mm collects the signal photons. A stable and high-transmittance communication channel is set up with a high-precision bidirectional tracking system, a polarization compensation module, and a synchronization system. When the quantum link is successfully established, we obtain a key rate over 100bps with a communication distance up to 719km. Together with our recent development of QKD in daylight, the present demonstration paves the way towards a practical satellite-constellation-based global quantum secure network with small-sized QKD payloads.
