银杏叶胶囊辅助降血脂功能人体试食研究

目的观察银杏叶胶囊在推荐剂量下辅助降血脂作用的安全性和有效性。方法筛选出符合标准的高脂血症患者110人,随机分为试食组(55例)和对照组(55例)。试食组每天2次,每次1粒,服用银杏叶胶囊,对照组服用安慰剂。结果试食前后各项安全检测指标,如血压、血象、心率、排泄物、血糖浓度、肝脏和肾脏功能等平均数值均处于正常范围,试食过程中未出现过敏情况及不良反应。试食组服用银杏叶胶囊60 d后血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)的水平明显降低,自身试食前后及组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试食组临床观察的总有效率(84.9%)明显高于对照组(44.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊对受试者健康无明显损害,且在试验剂量下具有辅助降血脂功效。

BACKGROUND: CT perfusion has been reported to have great advantages in detecting hepatic diseases. However, currently there are no studies showing the potential value of multi-slice CT perfusion with the deconvolution model method in diagnosing early hemodynamic changes caused by liver tumors. This study was undertaken to determine if early hemodynamic changes caused by liver tumors can be depicted with the perfusion imaging of multi-slice CT. METHODS: Ten New Zealand white rabbits before and after VX2 liver tumor inoculation served as the experimental animals. Ten normal rabbits served as controls. All underwent multi-slice CT perfusion for the measurement of hepatic blood flow (HBF), hepatic blood volume (HBV), mean transit time (MTT), permeability of capillary vessel surface (PS) and hepatic artery index (HAI). RESULTS: With the exception of MTT, which decreased significantly at the tumor periphery, HBF, HBV,. PS and HAI increased significantly compared with the surrounding normal tissue. All these changes occurred at days 5-9 after tumor inoculation. Statistically significant changes in these values were detected with tumor growth. CONCLUSIONS: The hemodynamic changes in the liver caused by rabbit VX2 liver tumor can be detected after tumor inoculation, and functional CT can evaluate the physiological characteristics of early tumor angiogenesis.

目的建立超高效液相色谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)快速测定蜂胶提取物中的14种化学成分,结合多元统计分析方法对不同厂家的蜂胶提取物质量进行综合评价。方法收集来自不同厂家的17批蜂胶提取物样品,采用UPLC采集色谱图,甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,同时测定咖啡酸、p-香豆酸、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸、咖啡酸苯乙酯、阿替匹林C、槲皮素、山奈素、芹菜素、异鼠李素、乔松素、白杨素、高良姜素的含量,运用统计学软件进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)、聚类分析(clustering analysis,CA)、偏最小二乘-判别分析(partial least squares-discriminant analysis,PLS-DA),筛选分析质量差异标志物。通过熵权法计算各指标权重,将结果应用于优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)和秩和比法(rank sum ratio,RSR)构建综合评价模型,评价不同批次的蜂胶提取物质量优劣。结果14个指标成分在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9992),平均加样回收率是96.37%~102.21%,相对标准偏差小于2%。化学计量学结果表明17批样品聚为4类,同一个厂家的样品聚为一类,不同厂家的样品存在明显差异,3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸、异阿魏酸、槲皮素、高良姜素、阿替匹林C、咖啡酸苯乙酯可能是影响厂家质量差异的潜在标志物。通过熵权-TOPSIS、熵权-RSR以及两者相结合的方式构建的综合质量评价模型,对不同批次蜂胶提取物的质量优劣排序结果较为一致。结论基于UPLC的多指标测定方法准确便捷,结合PCA、CA、PLS-DA和TOPSIS-RSR建立的评价模式能够有效分析不同厂家的差异性,为蜂胶提取物的整体质量评价提供参考。

Background Multi-slice CT liver perfusion has been widely used in experimental studies of hemodynamic changes in liver lesions, and is usually performed as an adjunct to a conventional CT examination because of its high temporal and spatial resolution, simple protocol, good reproducibility, and ability to measure hemodynamic changes of liver tissues at the capillary level. Experimental rat models, especially those of induced liver cancer, are often used in studies of hemodynamic changes in liver cancer. Carcinogenesis in rats has a similar pathological progression and characteristics resembling those in human liver cancer; as a result, rat models are often used as ideal animal models in the study of human liver cancer. However, liver perfusion imaging in rats is difficult to perform, because rats＇ livers are so small that different concentrations, flow rates, and dose of contrast agents during the CT perfusion scanning can influence the quality of liver perfusion images in rats. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to investigate the optimal scan protocol for the imaging of hepatic perfusion using a deconvolution mathematical method in rats by comparing the results of rats in different injection conditions of the contrast agent, including concentration, rate and time. Methods Plain CT scan conditions in eighty 2-month-old male Wistar rats were 5.0 mm slice thickness, 5.0 mm interval, 1.0 pitch, 120 kV tube voltage, 60 mA tube current, 512x512 matrix, and FOV 9.6 cm. Perfusion scanning was carried out with different concentrations of diatrizoate （19%, 38%, 57%, and 76%）, different injection rates （0.3 and 0.5 ml/s）, and different injection times （1, 2-3, 4-5, and 6 seconds）. The above conditions were randomly matched and adjusted to determine the best perfusion scan protocol. Three-phase contrast-enhanced scanning was performed after CT perfusion. Histological examination of the liver tissues with hematoxylin and eosin stains was done after CT scanning. Results

Influence of education and working background on physicians' knowledge of secondary prevention guidelines for coronary heart disease: results from a survey in China

Background and objective： In clinical practice, the standard of secondary prevention for coronary heart disease （CHD） is quite disappointing in China. The physicians＇ shortage of knowledge of secondary prevention guidelines is thought to be a key factor contributing to the inadequate and delayed translation of guidelines into clinical practice. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of physicians＇ characteristics, including their educa- tion and work experience, on their knowledge of secondary prevention in China. Methods： A representative ques- tionnaire survey was made of physicians from cardiology departments in 35 tertiary hospitals in China. The survey contained 19 questions on knowledge of guideline recommendations for the secondary prevention of CHD. We col- lected basic information about the physicians, including their educational degree, clinical practice duration/work experience and geographic region. Results： In total, 864 physicians participated in the survey. Eight hundred and thirty-seven completed questionnaires were analyzed. For 6 of the 19 questions, physicians with a postgraduate degree were more likely to answer correctly than those without such a degree. For 11 of the 19 questions, physicians with more than three years＇ clinical experience were more likely to answer correctly than those who had less than three years＇ experience. For 5 of the 19 questions, *** eastern areas were more likely to answer correctly than those from mid/western areas. The mean total score of correct answers to the questionnaire was 11.69 points. Edu- cational degree and clinical practice duration affected total scores significantly while practice location did not （β=0.500, P=0.004; ,β=0.979, P=0.000; and 8=0.228, P=0.162, respectively）. Even if a relatively low score of 12 is taken as a threshold level of acceptable knowledge （defined as a pass）, the pass rate of all physicians was only 53.9%. Herein,Co/CoO heterojunction nanoparticles(NPs)rich in oxygen vacancies embedded in mesoporous walls of nitrogen-doped hollow carbon nanoboxes coupled with nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT)are well designed through zeolite-imidazole framework(ZIF-67)carbonization,chemical vapor deposition,and O_(2) plasma *** a result,the threedimensional NHCNBs coupled with NCNTs and unique heterojunction with rich oxygen vacancies reduce the charge transport resistance and accelerate the catalytic reaction rate of the P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT,and they display exceedingly good electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR,halfwave potential[EORR,1/2=0.855 V *** hydrogen electrode])and oxygen evolution reaction(OER,overpotential(η_(OER,10)=377mV@10mA cm^(−2)),which exceeds that of the commercial Pt/C+RuO_(2) and most of the formerly reported ***,both the aqueous and flexible foldable all-solid-state rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs)assembled with the P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT catalyst reveal a large maximum power density and outstanding long-term cycling ***-principles density functional theory calculations show that the formation of heterojunctions and oxygen vacancies enhances conductivity,reduces reaction energy barriers,and accelerates reaction kinetics *** work opens up a new avenue for the facile construction of highly active,structurally stable,and cost-effective bifunctional catalysts for ZABs.

Future changes in precipitation and water availability over the Tibetan Plateau projected by CMIP6 models constrained by climate sensitivity

Precipitation projections over the Tibetan Plateau (TP) show diversity among existing studies, partly due to model uncertainty. How to develop a reliable projection remains inconclusive. Here, based on the IPCC AR6-assessed likely range of equilibrium climate sensitivity (ECS) and the climatological precipitation performance, the authors constrain the CMIP6 (phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project) model projection of summer precipitation and water availability over the TP. The best estimates of precipitation changes are 0.24, 0.25, and 0.45 mm d(-1) (5.9 %, 6.1 %, and 11.2 %) under the Shared Socioeconomic Pathway (SSP) scenarios of SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, and SSP5-8.5 from 2050-2099 relative to 1965-2014, respectively. The corresponding constrained projections of water availability measured by precipitation minus evaporation (P-E) are 0.10, 0.09, and 0.22 mm d(-1) (5.7 %, 4.9 %, and 13.2 %), respectively. The increase of precipitation and P-E projected by the high-ECS models, whose ECS values are higher than the upper limit of the likely range, are about 1.7 times larger than those estimated by constrained projections. Spatially, there is a larger increase in precipitation and P-E over the eastern TP, while the western part shows a relatively weak difference in precipitation and a drier trend in P-E. The wetter TP projected by the high-ECS models resulted from both an approximately 1.2-1.4 times stronger hydrological sensitivity and additional warming of 0.6 degrees C-1.2 degrees C under all three scenarios during 2050-2099. This study emphasizes that selecting climate models with climate sensitivity within the likely range is crucial to reducing the uncertainty in the projection of TP precipitation and water availability changes.

Adversarial implementations of cryptographic primitives called kleptographic attacks cause the leakage of secret information. Subliminal channel attacks are one of the kleptographic attacks. In such attacks, backdoors are embedded in implementations of randomized algorithms to elaborately control randomness generation, such that the secrets will be leaked from biased outputs. To thwart subliminal channel attacks, double-splitting is a feasible solution, which splits the randomness generator of a randomized algorithm into two independent generators. In this paper, we instantiate double-splitting to propose a secure randomness generation algorithm dubbed SRG using two physically independent generators: ordinary and public randomness generators. Based on public blockchains, we construct the public randomness generator,which can be verified publicly. Hashes of a sufficient number of consecutive blocks that are newly confirmed on a blockchain are used to produce public randomness. In SRG, outputs from the two generators are taken as inputs of an immunization function. SRG accomplishes immunization against subliminal channel ***, we discuss the application strategies of SRG for symmetric and public-key encryption.
