Correlation Study of Neurotransmitter and Immune Levels in Pre-Hospital Emergency Nurses with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Objective: To investigate the occurrence of PTSD in pre-hospital emergency nurses and its related factors, and to compare the differences of neurotransmitter and immune-related factors between pre-hospital emergency nurses who experienced traumatic events and those who did not develop PTSD and healthy people. How: Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Scale (PCL-C) tests were performed on pre-hospital emergency nurses in PTSD group, non-PTSD group and healthy control group, and the plasma monoamine neurotransmitters and serum cytokines were determined by double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA assay using enzyme-linked adsorption kit provided by Shanghai Xitang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Results: 1) There were statistically significant differences in PCL-C scores between PTSD group, non-PTSD group and healthy group (p α between PTSD group, non-PTSD group and healthy group (p Conclusion: Pre-hospital emergency nurses should have early psychological intervention and guidance to reduce the occurrence of PTSD in emergency and emergency nurses.

Distribution of oxide inclusions in H13 castings under super-gravity field with multi-stage rotation speeds

The 42 kg industrial H13 castings were prepared by different super-gravity fields with multi-rotation speeds,and the distribution of oxide inclusions in the castings was *** addition,the inward movement Reynolds number and inward movement time of oxide inclusions as well as the solidification time of molten steel at different positions in the castings were calculated to clarify the removal mechanism of oxide inclusions in super-gravity *** results show that the large size(i.e.,greater than 10μm)oxide inclusions are mainly concentrated in the inner and outer parts of the super-gravity castings with constant rotation speed(500 r min^(-1))and five-stage rotation speeds(500,600,750,850,and 950 r min^(-1)),respectively,while there are no large oxide inclusions in the super-gravity castings with three-stage rotation speeds(500,600,and 750 r min^(-1)).Although an increase in the particle size of inclusion and the rotation speed in super-gravity field is conducive to the increase in the inward movement Reynolds number of oxide inclusions and reduction in the inward movement time of oxide inclusions,it will reduce the local solidification time of molten *** the range of the rotation speed studied,the super-gravity field with three-stage rotation speeds has the best effect on the removal of inclusions in H13 molten steel.

在国土空间规划中引入文化生态系统服务(Cultural Ecosystem Services,CES)评估,有助于全面认识生态系统服务价值,优化生态空间布局。但是目前缺乏对空间规划中如何运用CES的路径和方法进行系统总结与展望,影响其在国土空间规划中的有效应用。通过梳理近十年来国内外CES评估应用于空间规划的研究进展,结果表明:(1)有关CES形成的理论解释从关系性和交互性视角得到深化,将CES视为人与自然交互的实践和结果,表现为CES在供给方、生产方、需求方和消费方之间的流动。(2)有关CES的概念得到了细化,促进更具操作性和规范性的CES评估理论框架形成。(3)CES评估主要包括评估生态系统服务、生态系统益处和生态系统服务价值三种进路,评估方法主要包括基于空间范围的数据获取方法、基于空间位置的数据获取方法和集成式空间分析评估方法三种。(4)CES评估与规划编制的结合方式主要包括前置于规划编制和融入规划编制全过程两种。中国的国土空间规划编制和管理中应融入CES评估,并为此提出总体思路,以及在规划编制不同阶段的具体应用目的和方法,展望数字化变革带来的潜力。

针对现有激光防御低慢小目标识别准确率差的问题,提出基于嵌入式计算机的激光防御低慢小目标识别方法。本次研究先对激光雷达目标探测、识别原理进行分析,完成基于嵌入式计算机的激光防御系统架构设计,然后通过目标局部特征提取方法及目标识别检测方法完成激光防御低慢小目标的识别设计,最后开展仿真实验证明所提方法应用效果。实验结果表明,应用所提方法开展低小慢目标的识别准确率较高,均高于91.5%,而且其特征提取平均时间小于11.3 ms,均优于对比方法。

Transcriptional regulation is essential for balancing multiple metabolic pathways that influence oil accumulation in *** far,the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that govern seed oil accumulation remain largely ***,we identified the transcriptional regulatory network composed of MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK(STK)and SEPALLATA3(SEP3),which bridges several key genes to regulate oil accumulation in *** found that STK,highly expressed in the developing embryo,positively regulates seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana).Furthermore,we discovered that SEP3 physically interacts with STK in vivo and in *** oil content is increased by the SEP3 mutation,while it is decreased by SEP3 *** chromatin immunoprecipitation,electrophoretic mobility shift assay,and transient dual-luciferase reporter assays showed that STK positively regulates seed oil accumulation by directly repressing the expression of MYB5,SEP3,and SEED FATTY ACID REDUCER 4(SFAR4).Moreover,genetic and molecular analyses demonstrated that STK and SEP3 antagonistically regulate seed oil production and that SEP3 weakens the binding ability of STK to MYB5,SEP3,and ***,we demonstrated that TRANSPARENT TESTA 8(TT8)and ACYL-ACYL CARRIER PROTEIN DESATURASE 3(AAD3)are direct targets of MYB5 during seed oil accumulation in ***,our findings provide the transcriptional regulatory network antagonistically orchestrated by STK and SEP3,which fine tunes oil accumulation in seeds.
