Partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections

In this paper,a novel design is proposed that can realize the switch between absorption and transmission mode in the same *** structure comprises periodic arrays of metallic patterns imprinted on both sides of an FR4 ***,the varactors and PIN diodes are embedded on the top and bottom layers,*** modulating responses of active components,the full-wave simulations validate the performance of conversion of the same frequency absorption and transmission modes under normal *** proposed structure has been fabricated,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results under normal incidence.

Partial multi-label learning（PML） allows learning from rich-semantic objects with inaccurate annotations, where a set of candidate labels are assigned to each training example but only some of them are valid. Existing approaches rely on disambiguation to tackle the PML problem, which aims to correct noisy candidate labels by recovering the ground-truth labeling information ahead of prediction model induction. However, this dominant strategy might be suboptimal as it usually needs extra assumptions that cannot be fully satisfied in real-world scenarios. Instead of label correction, we investigate another strategy to tackle the PML problem, where the potential ambiguity in PML data is eliminated by correcting instance features in a label-specific manner. Accordingly, a simple yet effective approach named PASE, i.e., partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections, is proposed. Under a meta-learning framework, PASElearns to exert label-specific feature corrections so that potential ambiguity specific to each class label can be eliminated and the desired prediction model can be induced on these corrected instance features with the provided candidate labels. Comprehensive experiments on a wide range of synthetic and real-world data sets validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs),as a bridge between homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts,have attracted tremendous attention over the past *** atomically dispersed metal active sites,SACs possess maximum atom utilization efficiency and exceptionally high activity towards various catalytic reactions[1].Compared with their nanoparticle counterparts,the unique but uniform configurations of the catalytic sites endow SACs with great potential for mechanism investigation at the atomic level[2,3].Despite of these advantages,SACs are facing the problem of linear scaling relations between intermediates in terms of complicated reactions involving co-adsorption of *** is difficult for a single-atom site to participate in all catalytic steps with high efficiencies,especially for some reactions that need adjacent active sites[4].In this regard,dualatomic-site catalysts(DACs)are emerging as a fascinating frontier in heterogeneous catalysis[5].It has been verified that the synergistic effect of the adjacent atomic pairs in DACs can break the linear scaling relations and optimize the adsorption energy of different intermediates,thus improving the intrinsic catalytic ***,it is of great significance to develop a general synthetic strategy for DACs.

太赫兹涡旋波束可以提高雷达通信系统通信容量及成像系统的分辨率,如何有效地产生这种波束成为近期研究热点之一。为了克服传统方式的缺点,该文设计加工了5个工作在太赫兹频段的反射型超表面,它们可以产生±1、±2和3共5个不同模态的涡旋波束。为了避免馈源对涡旋波束的遮挡,通过平面反射阵原理控制了波束的偏转方向。超表面单元为3层结构,其中,上层为金属结构,控制上层结构中8个枝节的长度,可以在基本不改变超表面单元反射系数的情况下,调整它的反射相位。中间层为介质层,为了使超表面单元有较高的反射系数,介质层下方为一金属地。超表面单元仿真显示,其同极化反射率在90%以上,相位分布也满足超表面设计需求。超表面的仿真及测试结果表明,在340 GHz附近,不同超表面在设计的方向上产生了对应模态的涡旋波束,并且涡旋波束中的主模态能量占比最高。

To improve the resilience of railway stations,a typical station was selected as the research object,and an isolation design was ***-four groups of near-fault pulse-like ground motions were *** seismic resilience of the no-isolation railway stations(NIRS)and the isolation railway stations(IRS)were compared to provide a numerical result of the improvement in *** results show that in the station isolation design,the station's functional requirements and structural characteristics should be considered and the appropriate placement of isolation bearings is under the waiting *** the action of a rare earthquake,the repair cost,repair time,rate of harm and death of the IRS were decreased by 8.04 million,18.30 days,6.93×10^(-3)and 1.21×10^(-3),respectively,when compared to the *** IRS received a seismic resilience grade of three-stars and the NIRS only one-star,indicating that rational isolation design improves the seismic resilience of ***,for the design of stations close to earthquake faults,it is suggested to utilize appropriate isolation techniques to improve their seismic resilience.

The method can effectively deal with nonlinearities, constraints, and noises in the system, optimize the performance metric, and present an upper bound on the stable output of the system.

The oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is a crucial process in Zn-air systems,and the catalyst plays a significant role in this ***,reported catalysts often suffer from poor durability and stability during the ORR ***,we synthesized La-Fe bimetallic nanoparticles encapsulated in a N-doped porous carbon dodecahedron(La-Fe/NC)originated from ZIF-8 by a simple direct *** La-Fe/NC catalyst had a numerous mesopores and dendritic outer layer generated by carbon nanotubes(CNTs),forming a high conductivity network that helped to optimize electron transfer and mass transport in the ORR *** effect of different doping transition metals and metal ratios on the ORR activity of Zn-air batteries was *** alkaline media,the La-Fe/NC showed the highest ORR catalytic activity,with a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.879 V(***,Pt/C 0.845 V).After 5000 cycles,the E_(1/2)of the La-Fe/NC catalyst only decreased by 7 m V,and its performance in stability tests and methanol tolerance tests was superior to Pt/*** used as the air electrode in a Zn-air battery,the La-Fe/NC catalyst demonstrated an excellent specific capacity of 755 m Ah/g and a peak power density of179.8 m W/cm~*** results provide important insights for the development of high-performance Zn-air batteries and new directions for the design of ORR catalysts.

Doubly truncated data arise when the survival times of interest are observed only if they fall within certain random intervals. In this paper, we consider a semiparametric additive hazards model with doubly truncated data, and propose a weighted estimating equation approach to estimate the regression coefficients, where the weights are estimated both parametrically and nonparametrically. The asymptotic properties of the resulting estimators are established. Simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed estimators perform well in a finite sample. An application to Parkinson's disease data is provided.
