Two novel coordination compounds of Zn(Ⅱ) with Ph_3P+(CH_2)_2CO-_2(L), namely, [ZnL_4(H_2O)_2]·(ClO_4)_2·2H_2O(compound 1) and [Zn_2Cl_4(μ-L-O,O′)_2](compound 2), have been prepared. The single crystal X-ray structure analysis of these compounds indicates that in compound 1 the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four monodentate carboxylato groups on the equatorial plane and two aqua ligands occupy the axial coordination positions. The pendant oxygen atoms form strong hydrogen bonds with the aqua molecules which results in the stability of this structure. In compound 2, two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylato groups, showing a skew-bridge mode, and thus enabling a long Zn(Ⅱ)…Zn(Ⅱ) separation. As we know, it is a dinuclear coordination compound with the longest Zn…Zn separation.

Nanomaterial-based artificial enzymes（nanozymes） have shown great potential for application in colori- metric sensing. In this paper, the nanocomposites of CeO2 and reduced graphene oxide（rCK）） were fabricated via a one-pot hydrothermal process, in which CeO2 nanoparticles were well anchored on the surface of rGO. The prepared CeO2/rGO nanocomposites exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the oxidation of 3,3＇,5,5＇-tetramethylbenzidine（TMB） in the presence of 02. Compared with the individual CeO2 nanoparticles, the nanocomposites had a higher affinity and adsorptivity towards the substrate TMB, which was due to the combination of rGO. In addi- tion, based on the oxidase-like activity of CeO2/rGO nanocomposites, a facile and sensitive colormetric sensor for ascorbic acid（AA） was investigated. The detection limit of AA was low（0.15μmol/L） and the linear detection range was between 0.5μmol/L and 40μmol/L. Fttrthermore, the colorimetric system was used for the detection of AA in medicine and food analysis, such as tablets, beverage and milk powder.

Sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)are ubiquitous anaerobic microorganisms that play signifi cant roles in the global biogeochemical *** wetlands,one of the major habitats of SRB,exhibit high sulfate-reducing activity and thus play signifi cant roles in organic carbon remineralization,benthic geochemical action,and plant-microbe *** studies have provided credible evidence that the functional rather than the taxonomic composition of microbes responds more closely to environmental ***,in this study,functional gene prediction based on PacBio single molecular real-time sequencing of 16S rDNA was applied to determine the sulfate-reducing and organic substrate-decomposing activities of SRB in the rhizospheres of two typical coastal wetland plants in North and South China:Zostera japonica and Scirpus *** this end,some physicochemical characteristics of the sediments as well as the phylogenetic structure,community composition,diversity,and proportions of several functional genes of the SRB in the two plant rhizospheres were *** *** a meadow had a higher dissimilatory sulfate reduction capability than the ***-comprising saltmarsh,owing to its larger proportion of SRB in the microbial community,larger proportions of functional genes involved in dissimilatory sulfate reduction,and the stronger ability of the SRB to degrade organic substrates *** study confi rmed the feasibility of applying microbial community function prediction in research on the metabolic features of SRB,which will be helpful for gaining new knowledge of the biogeochemical and ecological roles of these bacteria in coastal wetlands.

Conspecific seagrass living in differing environments may develop different root system acclimation *** applied X-ray computed tomography(CT)for imaging and quantifying roots systems of Zostera japonica collected from typical oligotrophic and eutrophic sediments in two coastal sites of northern China,and determined sediment physicochemical properties that might influence root system morphology,density,and *** trophic status of sediments had little influence on the *** root length,and diameters of root and ***,*** in oligotrophic sediment developed the root system with longer rhizome node,deeper rhizome distribution,and larger allocation to below-ground tissues in order to acquire more nutrients and relieve the N *** the lower root and rhizome densities of *** in eutrophic sediment were mainly caused by fewer shoots and shorter longevity,which was resulted from the more serious sulfide *** results systematically revealed the effect of sediment trophic status on the phenotypic plasticity,quantity,and distribution of *** root system,and demonstrated the feasibly of X-ray CT in seagrass root system research.

Osteoarthritis(OA)is characterized by cartilage degradation,pain,and synovitis.1 Joint inflammation driven by cytokines has been demonstrated to cause cartilage degradation and pain.2 However,approaches to neutralize cytokines,such as IL-1 and TNF-α,known to be involved in OA have shown poor clinical efficacy.3 There is an unmet clinical need to find better anti-inflammatory and pain targets for OA therapy and to elucidate the role of other cytokines in OA *** studies have shown that IL-22 and its receptor IL-22R play central roles in inflammation and diseases such as psoriasis,ulcerative colitis,graft-versus-host disease,certain infections and tumors,as well as in liver and pancreas damage.4,5 The role of IL-22/IL-22R and the potential for therapeutic targeting of both proteins in OA remain largely unknown,which we sought to investigate.

Dear Editor,Influenza affects humans of all ages;however,elderly people have increased susceptibility to infections and are especially predisposed to complications.1 A number of global efforts have increased influenza vaccination administration in elderly people to reduce complications,particularly when seasonal influenza infections peak.2 To date,much is known about how influenza infection and host immunity interact during pathogenesis,which has led to a number of vaccines.3,4 However,the impact of influenza vaccines in older people is modest.2 Hence,the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms responsible for the worsening of influenza infection in old age are still elusive.

针对设置有限位墩的中西部常见不等高梁桥,研究受纵桥向地震作用时,桥梁伸缩缝间距对不等高梁桥动力响应的影响。以ABAQUS有限元分析为主要研究手段,考虑主梁与桥台、桥墩等构件之间的碰撞,应用三维接触-摩擦模型和显式非线性分析方法,建立了两种不同墩高形式的不等高梁桥模型。桥墩不等高形式分别为"斜直线"和"v字形",以研究不同的伸缩缝间距对不同不等高形式动力响应的影响。研究结果表明:伸缩缝间距的增大对于不等高梁桥动力响应的影响总体上呈现出逐渐减小的规律。综合比较,当伸缩缝间距设置为16cm时能够取得较低墩底内力和墩梁相对位移。

Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been *** foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality *** pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its ***,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment *** 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound *** on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic *** consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.

通过测定槲皮素及其酯化物的平衡溶解度和油水分配系数,检测酯化后的槲皮素衍生物脂溶性是否提高。采用高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素及3,7,3’,4’-O-四乙酸乙酯槲皮素在水、不同缓冲盐溶液中的质量浓度;采用摇瓶-液相色谱法,测定二者在正辛醇-水、缓冲液体系中的油水分配系数。37℃时,槲皮素在水中的平衡溶解度为23.02μg/m L,而3,7,3’,4’-O-四乙酸乙酯槲皮素在水中的平衡溶解度更小,为10.23μg/m L。随着溶剂p H值的增大,槲皮素的平衡溶解度增大,3,7,3’,4’-O-四乙酸乙酯槲皮素变化并不显著。槲皮素、3,7,3’,4’-O-四乙酸乙酯槲皮素在正辛醇-水体系条件下的油水分配系数分别为1.819、3.696。酯化修饰后的3,7,3’,4’-O-四乙酸乙酯槲皮素脂溶性高于槲皮素。
