This paper presents the design of a centrifugal compressor for high-speed *** main focus of the research is to develop a centrifugal compressor with improved aerodynamic *** a meridional frame has a significant effect on overall performance of the compressor,special attention has been paid to the end wall *** shroud profile is design with bezier curve and hub profile with circular arc *** blade angle distribution has been arranged in a manner that it merges with single value at impeller *** rake angle is positive at leading edge and negative at trailing edge with identical ***,three-dimensional straight line element approach has been used for this design for better *** verification of the aerodynamic performance has been carried out using CFD software with consideration of a single blade passage and vaneless *** result has been compared with matching size aftermarket compressor stage gas stand *** compressor stage with Trim 55 provides 34%increase in choke flow at 210000 RPM as compared to gas stand data with 87%peak stage efficiency at 110000 *** addition,new surge margin improvement technique has been proposed by means of diffuser *** technique provides an average of 16%improvement in surge margin compared to standard diffuser stage with 55 trim compressor *** mechanical integrity has been validated at maximum RPM with the aluminum alloy 2014-T6 as a fabrication material.

This paper proposes an optimization method for finding the optimal design of a bistable mechanism with a desired performance that is robust to structural and material *** interval numbers to characterize the uncertainties in the structural parameters and materials,we present a nonprobabilistic multiobjective optimization model and transform it into a single objective optimization model using a penalty *** sensitivity of the mechanical performance of bistable structures to uncertain parameters was analyzed,and the design parameters with notable effects on the bistable performance were identified as optimization variables.A neural network-based proxy model for the nonlinear characteristics of the bistable mechanism was established,and its accuracy was validated through finite element *** on this model,a two-layer nested genetic algorithm was employed to solve the multiobjective robust optimization problem of the bistable structures with critical forces and a second stable *** effectiveness of the optimization method was verified by comparing it with the finite element and experimental *** proposed method was applied in the design of silicon-based inertial switches.

Transgenic overexpression of steroid sulfatase alleviates cholestasis

Background and Aim:Sulfotransferase(SULT)-mediated sulfation and steroid sulfatase(STS)-mediated desulfation represent two critical mechanisms that regulate the chemical and functional homeostasis of endogenous and exogenous *** catalyzes the hydrolysis of steroid sulfates to form *** cholesterol derivative oxysterols are known to be endogenous ligands of the liver X receptor(LXR),a nuclear receptor with anti-cholestasis activity,whereas the sulfated oxysterols antagonize LXR *** conversion of sulfated oxysterols to their non-sulfated counterparts is catalyzed by *** aim of this study is to determine whether STS can alleviate cholestasis by increasing the activity of ***:Liver-specific STS transgenic mice were created and subject to the lithocholic acid(LCA)-induced model of ***:Transgenic overexpression of STS in the liver promoted bile acid elimination and alleviated LCAinduced *** protective effect of the STS transgene was associated with the activation of LXR and induction of LXR target genes,likely because of the increased conversion of the antagonistic oxysterol sulfates to the agonistic ***:STS has a novel function in controlling the homeostasis of bile acids by regulating endogenous LXR ligands.

在kyle、Viswanathan^([1])研究基础上,提出价格信息对交易的敏感程度是影响操纵的首要因素,通过模型证明了操纵者收益是其所获得信息优势的单调增函数。当价格信息对交易变得敏感时,大交易者会通过交易尽可能获取最大的信息优势,价格信息中个人信息越多,合约被操纵的可能性就越大。掺杂了大量个人信息的合约价格即虚假价格,虚假价格会掩盖供求关系并"欺骗"其他交易者,诱使他们帮助操纵者获利并掩盖操纵事实。以此为基础,提出了一种考察不同时期个人信息数量的计量方法。对价格信息的进一步研究发现,被操纵合约同品种中其他合约的价格发现功能也会不同程度扭曲,距被操纵合约越近所受到影响越大。选取2010年、2011年和2012年九月棉花期货作为检验样本,进行了实证检验。实证检验的结果与所提出观点高度一致,进一步证明和强调了模型的实用性和有效性。

Cultivated potato is a clonally propagated autotetraploid species with a highly heterogeneous *** assemblies of six cultivars including two chromosome-scale phased genome assemblies revealed extensive allelic diversity,including altered coding and transcript sequences,preferential allele expression,and structural variation that collectively result in a highly complex transcriptome and predicted proteome,which are distributed across the homologous *** species contribute to the extensive allelic diversity in tetraploid cultivars,demonstrating ancestral introgressions predating modern breeding *** a clonally propagated autotetraploid that undergoes limited meiosis,dysfunctional and deleterious alleles are not purged in tetraploid *** a quarter of the loci bore mutations are predicted to have a high negative impact on protein function,complicating breeder’s efforts to reduce genetic *** StCDF1 locus controls maturity,and analysis of six tetraploid genomes revealed that 12 allelic variants of StCDF1 are correlated with maturity in a dosage-dependent *** of the complexity of the tetraploid potato genome with its rampant structural variation and embedded deleterious and dysfunctional alleles will be key not only to implementing precision breeding of tetraploid cultivars but also to the construction of homozygous,diploid potato germplasm containing favorable alleles to capitalize on heterosis in F1 hybrids.
