Objective This study aimed to understand the epidemic status and phylogenetic relationships of rotavirus group A(RVA)in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province,*** This study included individuals aged 28 days–85 years.A total of 706 stool samples from patients with acute gastroenteritis collected between January 2019 and January 2020 were analyzed for 17 causative pathogens,including RVA,using a Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel,followed by genotyping,virus isolation,and complete sequencing to assess the genetic diversity of *** The overall RVA infection rate was 14.59%(103/706),with an irregular epidemiological *** proportion of co-infection with RVA and other pathogens was 39.81%(41/103).Acute gastroenteritis is highly prevalent in young children aged 0–1 year,and RVA is the key pathogen circulating in patients 6–10 months of age with diarrhea.G9P[8](58.25%,60/103)was found to be the predominant genotype in the RVA strains,and the 41 RVA-positive strains that were successfully sequenced belonged to three different RVA genotypes in the phylogenetic *** analysis showed that gene reassortment events,selection pressure,codon usage bias,gene polymorphism,and post-translational modifications(PTMs)occurred in the G9P[8]and G3P[8]*** This study provides molecular evidence of RVA prevalence in the Pearl River Delta region of China,further enriching the existing information on its genetics and evolutionary characteristics and suggesting the emergence of genetic *** the surveillance of genotypic changes and gene reassortment in RVA strains is essential for further research and a better understanding of strain variations for further vaccine development.

儿童心理健康教育是基础教育阶段学生管理和德育工作的重要内容,提升心理弹性是儿童心理健康的根本保障,也是学生德育的重要途径。城镇化背景下,留守儿童是农村小学的重要生源,为了进一步拓展留守儿童心理弹性提升的有效途径,依托当下书香校园建设提供的现实支持,冀北一所农村小学面向中年级段留守儿童,基于阅读治疗理论开展了“通过阅读促进儿童心理弹性发展的实验干预研究”,将研究对象分为实验组和对照组,实验组儿童接受为期两个月的主题阅读培育,对照组不参加主题阅读活动,干预前后均以留守儿童心理弹性调查问卷作为测量工具。结果表明,干预前后实验组儿童心理弹性有了显著提升,而对照组儿童无显著变化。由此得出基于阅读治疗理论的主题阅读活动可培育留守儿童的心理弹性、小学阶段儿童的心理弹性具有较大的可塑性的结论。

With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins,the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration ***,the extent to which oil exploration can be extended,and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum *** it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth,and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the ***,the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the *** this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir,the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained *** depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 100%is the *** on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally *** results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin,tends to decrease with burial depth,and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep *** critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 100%dry layer ratio encountered in the *** depth of the DLOA was 9,000 *** study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation,and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.

Particle Distribution Informed by Chain Rigidity in Diblock Copolymer Melts: The Effect of Entropy

We study the effect of chain rigidity on tailoring the nanoparticle locations for neutral and selective particles embedded in the lamellar morphology formed by semiflexible diblock copolymer chains using self-consistent field calculations. The nanoparticles are modeled through a cavity function, and the semiflexible chains are represented by the continuous Kratsky-Porod chain model. In general situation, the nanoparticles prefer to stay at the interface in order to reduce the interface areas and thus the system free energy. However, the particle distribution at the domain center is subtle, and the underlying physics is intrinsically different depending on the polymer flexibility. In the case of flexible chains, the entropy just contributes a constant shift to the free energy when the nanoparticles move around the domain center indicating that the local metastable state if appears at the domain center is wholly attributed to the local minimum in the enthalpy. If the polymers are rigid, the variation of the particle distribution at the domain center has a close relation with the polymer rigidity and nanoparticle size. In the case of strongly rigid polymers with small nanoparticles, a nearly uniform particle distribution at the domain center is observed, while in other cases, a local enhancement of particle distribution there is found. In contrast to the case of flexible chains, further analysis reveals the crucial role of entropy in controlling the shape of particle distributions at the phase domain. Specifically, the local metastable state appears in the domain center is determined by the large entropy there which arises from the weak coupling of bond orientations that allows the polymer chains to be relatively relaxed. When the particle becomes selective, its distribution in the phase domain exhibits a shift almost uniformly rather than changes its profile, and the underlying physics still holds. Herein,Co/CoO heterojunction nanoparticles(NPs)rich in oxygen vacancies embedded in mesoporous walls of nitrogen-doped hollow carbon nanoboxes coupled with nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT)are well designed through zeolite-imidazole framework(ZIF-67)carbonization,chemical vapor deposition,and O_(2) plasma *** a result,the threedimensional NHCNBs coupled with NCNTs and unique heterojunction with rich oxygen vacancies reduce the charge transport resistance and accelerate the catalytic reaction rate of the P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT,and they display exceedingly good electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR,halfwave potential[EORR,1/2=0.855 V *** hydrogen electrode])and oxygen evolution reaction(OER,overpotential(η_(OER,10)=377mV@10mA cm^(−2)),which exceeds that of the commercial Pt/C+RuO_(2) and most of the formerly reported ***,both the aqueous and flexible foldable all-solid-state rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs)assembled with the P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNT catalyst reveal a large maximum power density and outstanding long-term cycling ***-principles density functional theory calculations show that the formation of heterojunctions and oxygen vacancies enhances conductivity,reduces reaction energy barriers,and accelerates reaction kinetics *** work opens up a new avenue for the facile construction of highly active,structurally stable,and cost-effective bifunctional catalysts for ZABs.

To the Editor:Accumulating evidence has shown that the preclinical stage of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)(i.e.,asymptomatic amyloidosis)lasts for decades before the onset of cognitive symptoms,providing a large window for early *** pathology,the earliest pathological change associated with AD,can be detected in vivo with cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)analysis or positron emission tomography(PET),and its presence is necessary for the diagnosis of preclinical AD(pre-AD).However,both PET scans and CSF analyses are expensive,hampering their use in large-scale ***,blood-based biomarkers are desirable alternatives,as they are cost-effective and not invasive.

Blockchain-based immunization against kleptographic attacks

Adversarial implementations of cryptographic primitives called kleptographic attacks cause the leakage of secret information. Subliminal channel attacks are one of the kleptographic attacks. In such attacks, backdoors are embedded in implementations of randomized algorithms to elaborately control randomness generation, such that the secrets will be leaked from biased outputs. To thwart subliminal channel attacks, double-splitting is a feasible solution, which splits the randomness generator of a randomized algorithm into two independent generators. In this paper, we instantiate double-splitting to propose a secure randomness generation algorithm dubbed SRG using two physically independent generators: ordinary and public randomness generators. Based on public blockchains, we construct the public randomness generator,which can be verified publicly. Hashes of a sufficient number of consecutive blocks that are newly confirmed on a blockchain are used to produce public randomness. In SRG, outputs from the two generators are taken as inputs of an immunization function. SRG accomplishes immunization against subliminal channel ***, we discuss the application strategies of SRG for symmetric and public-key encryption.
