Monkeypox is a zoonotic *** the first human monkeypox case was detected in 1970,it has been prevalent in some countries in central and western *** May 2022,monkeypox cases have been reported in more than 96 non-endemic countries and regions *** of September 14,2022,there have been more than 58,200 human monkeypox cases,and there is community *** cessation of smallpox vaccination in 1980,which had some cross-protection with monkeypox,resulted in a general lack of immunity to monkeypox,which caused global concern and *** of Sep-tember 14,2022,there are four monkeypox cases in China,including three in Taiwan province and one in Hong Kong *** foreign studies have shown that children are vulnerable to monkeypox and are also at high risk for severe disease or *** order to improve pediatricians'understanding of monkeypox and achieve early detection,early diagno-sis,early treatment,and early disposal,we have organized national authoritative experts in pediatric infection,respiratory,dermatology,critical care medicine,infectious diseases,and public health and others to formulate this expert consensus,on the basis of the latest"Clinical management and infection prevention and control for monkeypox"released by The World Health Organization,the"guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox(version 2022)"issued by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and other relevant *** the development of this consensus,multidisciplinary experts have repeatedly demonstrated the etiology,epidemiology,transmission,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,discharge criteria,prevention,disposal process,and key points of prevention and control of suspected and confirmed cases.

Teinturier grapes are characterized by the typical accumulation of anthocyanins in grape skin,flesh,and vegetative tissues,endowing them with high utility value in red wine blending and nutrient-enriched foods ***,due to the lack of genome information,the mechanism involved in regulating teinturier grape coloring has not yet been elucidated and their genetic utilization research is still ***,the cultivar‘yan73’was used for assembling the telomere-to-telomere(T2T)genome of teinturier grapes by combining the High Fidelity(HiFi),Hi-C and ultralong Oxford Nanopore Technologies(ONT)*** haplotype genomes were assembled,at the sizes of 501.68 Mb and 493.38 Mb,*** the haplotype 1 genome,the transposable elements(TEs)contained 32.77%of long terminal repeats(LTRs),while in the haplotype 2 genome,31.53%of LTRs were detected in ***,obvious inversions were identified in chromosome 18 between the two *** profiling suggested that the gene expression patterns in‘Cabernet Sauvignon’and‘yan73’were diverse depending on tissues,developmental stages,and *** transcription program of genes in the anthocyanins biosynthesis pathway between the two cultivars exhibited high similarity in different tissues and developmental stages,whereas the expression levels of numerous genes showed significant *** with other genes,the expression levels of VvMYBA1 and VvUFGT4 in all samples,VvCHS2 except in young shoots and VvPAL9 except in the E-L23 stage of‘yan73’were higher than those of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.Further sequence alignments revealed potential variant gene loci and structure variations of anthocyanins biosynthesis related genes and a 816 bp sequence insertion was found in the promoter of VvMYBA1 of‘yan73’haplotype 2 ***‘yan73’T2T genome assembly and comparative analysis provided valuable foundations for further revealing the coloring mechanism of teinturier grapes and the genetic imp

In the early February,2020,we called up an experts' committee with more than 30 Chinese experts from 11 national medical academic organizations to formulate the first edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in children,which has been published in this *** accumulated experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children,we have updated the consensus statement and released the second edition *** current version in English is a condensed version of the second edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of COVID-19 in *** the current version,diagnosis and treatement criteria have been optimized,and early identification of severe and critical cases is *** early warning indicators for severe pediatric cases have been summarized which is utmost important for clinical *** version of experts consensus will be valuable for better prevention,diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children worldwide.

Altered CD28 and CD95 mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from elderly patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer

Background The expression of the co-stimulatory molecule CD28 and death receptor CD95 on T cells, which change with age, are considered as important immunological parameters of immunosenescence. It is well established that CD28 and CD95 are associated with tumorgenesis and tumor progression, but the relationship between the age-related changes of these two immunological markers and cancer in the elderly is largely unknown. Methods The levels of CD28 and CD95 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） from sixty-three elderly patients （aged 〉60 years） with primary non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were analyzed by real-time fluorescence-based quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR）. In addition, twenty young patients （aged 〈60 years） with NSCLC, thirty elderly healthy donors and thirty young healthy donors were enrolled as controls. Results CD28 mRNA levels were significantly lower and CD95 mRNA levels were significantly higher in elderly patients with NSCLC than in the other groups. Similar results were found in elderly healthy donors comparing with young healthy donors. By Logistic regression analysis an increased risk of NSCLC was markedly associated with aging, down-regulation of CD28 mRNA and up-regulation of CD95 mRNA, and CD28 mRNA had an obvious negative correlation with the CD95 mRNA. In addition, the mRNA levels of CD28 and CD95 in the peripheral blood of the elderly patients was closely associated with the tumor node metastasis （TNM） stages, grade of cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis status, but not related to pathological types. Conclusions The results suggest a close relationship between T cell senescence and NSCLC tumour progress in the elderly, and that up-regulation of CD28 mRNA or down-regulation of CD95 mRNA in peripheral blood T cells may play an important role in inhibiting oncogenesis and development of primary NSCLC in the elderly.

Background:Common and rare variants of guanosine triphosphate cyclohydrolase 1(GCH1)gene may play important roles in Parkinson's disease(PD).However,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis of GCH1 genotypes,especially in non-coding *** aim of this study was to explore the genetic characteristics of GCH1,including rare and common variants in coding and non-coding regions,in a large population of PD patients in Chinese mainland,as well as the phenotypic characteristics of GCH1 variant ***:In the first cohort of this case-control study,we performed whole-exome sequencing in 1555 patients with early-onset or familial PD and 2234 healthy controls;then in the second cohort,whole-genome sequencing was performed in sporadic late-onset PD samples(1962 patients),as well as 1279 *** at target GCH1 regions were extracted,and then genetic and detailed phenotypic data were analyzed using regression models and the sequence kernel association *** also performed a meta-analysis to correlate deleterious GCH1 variants with age at onset(AAO)in PD ***:For coding variants,we identified a significant burden of GCH1 deleterious variants in early-onset or familial PD cases compared to controls(1.2%VS 0.1%,P<0.0001).In the analysis of possible regulatory variants in GCH1 non-coding regions,rs12323905(P=0.001,odds ratio=1.19,95%CI 1.07-1.32)was significantly associated with PD,and variant sets in untranslated regions and intron regions,GCH1 brain-specific expression quantitative trait loci,and two possible promoter/enhancer(GH14J054857 and GH14J054880)were suggestively associated with *** phenotype correlation analysis revealed that the carriers of GCH1 deleterious variants manifested younger AAO(P<0.0001),and had milder motor symptoms,milder fatigue symptoms and more autonomic nervous ***-analysis of six studies demonstrated 6.4-year earlier onset in GCH1 deleterious variant carriers(P=0.0009).Conclusions:The results

Photometric solution and period analysis of the contact binary system AH Cnc

Photometric observations of AH Cnc, a W UMa-type system in the open cluster M67, were car- fled out by using the 50BIN telescope. About 100h of time-series/3- and V-band data were taken, based on which eight new times of light minima were determined. By applying the Wilson-Devinney method, the light curves were modeled and a revised photometric solution of the binary system was derived. We con- firmed that AH Cnc is a deep contact （f = 51%）, low mass-ratio （q - 0.156） system. Adopting the distance modulus derived from study of the host cluster, we have re-calculated the physical parameters of the binary system, namely the masses and radii. The masses and radii of the two components were estimated to be respectively 1.188（4-0.061） Me, 1.332（4-0.063） RQ for the primary component and 0.185（4-0.032） Me, 0.592（4-0.051） Re for the secondary. By adding the newly derived minimum timings to all the available data, the period variations of AH Cnc were studied. This shows that the orbital period of the binary is con- tinuously increasing at a rate of dp/dt = 4.29 x 10-10 d yr-1. In addition to the long-term period increase, a cyclic variation with a period of 35.26 yr was determined, which could be attributed to an unresolved tertiary component of the system.
