目的研究空腹和高脂餐后服用地塞米松片在人体内药代动力学行为的区别。方法20名志愿者分别在空腹及高脂餐后口服1.5 mg剂量地塞米松片,血浆样品经蛋白沉淀法处理后采用LC-MS/MS法进行检测,使用DAS 3.2.2计算主要动力学参数,使用SPSS 24软件对主要药动学参数进行统计分析。结果人血浆中地塞米松的质量浓度在0.100~20.0μg/L内线性关系良好;受试者空腹及高脂餐后口服地塞米松片后的主要动力学参数为:Cmax分别为(17.79±4.44)及(12.95±4.05)μg/L,Tmax分别为(0.78±0.49)及(1.58±0.91)h,t1/2分别为(4.15±0.90)及(4.88±1.35)h,AUC0-t分别为(62.08±14.23)及(75.84±26.84)μg·h/L,AUC0-∞分别为(63.29±15.13)及(79.58±30.33)μg·h/L,MRT0-t分别为(4.90±0.82)及(5.93±1.11)h,MRT0-∞分别为(5.39±1.06)及(6.93±1.83)h。对空腹与餐后给药的主要药动学参数采用独立样本t检验进行统计分析。结果表明AUC0-t、AUC0-∞及t1/2空腹组和餐后组无显著性差异(P>0.05),Cmax、Tmax、MRT0-t和MRT0-∞具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高脂餐后服用地塞米松片可显著延后地塞米松达峰时间、延长平均驻留时间,降低达峰浓度,但不影响药物体内暴露量。

针对20世纪80年代以来特别是进入新世纪我国东北水稻大多通过籼粳稻杂交育成的实际情况,为了明确籼型血缘对东北水稻产量和品质的影响,以Sasanishiki(粳稻)/Habataki(籼稻)//Sasanishiki///Sasanishiki构建的回交重组自交系群体(BILs) 85个株系为试材,分别在辽宁沈阳、吉林长春和黑龙江哈尔滨种植,以籼型频率(Fi)即来自籼型亲本分子标记比例为指标,分析了籼型血缘与产量和品质的关系。结果表明, BILs群体在辽宁、吉林和黑龙江能够正常成熟,株系数和Fi平均值有自南向北逐渐降低的趋势,三地生物产量、经济系数和经济产量差异均未达到显著水平(黑龙江生物产量和经济系数缺失);穗数在辽宁、吉林>在黑龙江,每穗粒数在黑龙江>在吉林>在辽宁;糙米率在黑龙江显著高于辽宁,而在吉林与辽宁和黑龙江差异不显著;精米率和整精米率在辽宁、吉林>在黑龙江,垩白粒率和垩白度在辽宁>在吉林>在黑龙江,三地粒长、粒宽和长宽比均无显著差异。总体上Fi与千粒重、经济产量、经济系数、糙米率和粒宽呈极显著负相关,与长宽比呈极显著正相关;三地Fi与产量及其构成因素的相关性与总体相似,只是在黑龙江大多没有达到显著水平;在辽宁和吉林Fi与粒宽呈显著负相关,而只有在辽宁Fi与长宽比的正相关达到显著水平。在本试验条件下,控制籼型频率在10%左右可能有利于实现籼粳亚种有利基因互补,促进东北粳稻产量和品质在更高水平上统一起来。

In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence,especially deep learning technology,researches on automatic detection of cerebrovascular diseases on medical images have made tremendous progress and these models are gradually entering into clinical ***,because of the complexity and flexibility of the deep learning algorithms,these researches have great variability on model building,validation process,performance description and results *** lack of a reliable,consistent,standardized design protocol has,to a certain extent,affected the progress of clinical translation and technology development of computer aided detection *** reviewing a large number of literatures and extensive discussion with domestic experts,this position paper put forward recommendations of standardized design on the key steps of deep learning-based automatic image detection models for cerebrovascular *** further research and application expansion,this position paper would continue to be updated and gradually extended to evaluate the generalizability and clinical application efficacy of such tools.

We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. We for the first time extended the limit to the m_(χ)<6 GeV/c^(2) region.

为了改善在肿瘤治疗过程中,药物载体靶向性差和药物靶点定位效率低等不足,设计了一种能精准靶向肿瘤细胞核,将药物高效递送至作用靶点的多功能纳米载药体系.利用具有细胞核定位能力的两亲性枝化多肽包载化疗药物阿霉素(DOX)形成载药纳米胶束DD,并通过静电作用将具有肿瘤靶向功能的透明质酸(HA)包覆在DD表面,得到具有靶向肿瘤细胞核能力的纳米药物***的存在赋予了HDD对肿瘤的靶向功能和电荷屏蔽能力,可增加体系的稳定性,延长其血液循环时间,降低正常组织和细胞对HDD的非特异性摄取,实现其在肿瘤部位的特异性富集和肿瘤细胞的高效摄取.进入肿瘤细胞后,HA层的降解有利于纳米胶束DD在多肽的核定位作用下精准、快速地将DOX递送至细胞核,最终实现高效的肿瘤抑制效果.

As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 目的探讨ALK(1A4)在ALK融合非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)中的应用价值。方法收集NSCLC标本1 035例,采用免疫组化染色检测ALK(1A4)和ALK(D5F3)抗体的表达,分析两者的一致性。使用FISH、二代测序(next-generation sequencing, NGS)检测ALK的表达,评估两组结果ALK的灵敏度和特异度。结果 ALK融合NSCLC患者约占5.4%(56/1 035)。ALK(1A4)阳性率为7.2%(75/1 035),ALK(D5F3)阳性率为5.7%(59/1 035),两者的一致性高,Kappa值为0.874。ALK(1A4)、ALK(D5F3)抗体与FISH一致性较高,Kappa值分别为0.845、0.954;ALK(1A4)、ALK(D5F3)与NGS的一致性也较高,Kappa值分别为0.836、0.988。以FISH结果为参照,ALK(1A4)、ALK(D5F3)抗体的灵敏度分别为100%、98.2%,特异度分别为98.1%、99.6%。结论 ALK(1A4)抗体灵敏度高,特异度稍低,可用于临床ALK融合NSCLC的筛查。

The second(O2)observational campaign of gravitational waves(GWs)organized by the LIGO/Virgo Collaborations has led to several breakthroughs such as the detection of GW signals from merger systems involving black holes or neutrons *** O2,14 GW alerts were sent to the astronomical community with sky regions mostly covering over hundreds of square *** them,six were finally confirmed as real astrophysical *** 2013,a new set of ground-based robotic telescopes called Ground-based Wide Angle Camera system(GWAC)project and its pathfinder mini-GWAC has been developed to contribute to the various challenges of multi-messenger and time domain *** GWAC system is built up in the framework of the ground-segment system of the SVOM mission that will be devoted to the study of the multi-wavelength transient sky in the next *** O2,only the mini-GWAC telescope network was fully *** to the wide field of view and fast automatic follow-up capabilities of the mini-GWAC telescopes,they were adept to efficiently cover the sky localization areas of GW event *** this paper,we present the mini-GWAC pipeline we have set up to respond to GW alerts and we report our optical follow-up observations of eight GW alerts detected during the O2 *** observations provided the largest coverage of the GW localization areas with a short latency made by any optical *** found tens of optical transient candidates in our images,but none of those could be securely associated with any confirmed black hole-black hole merger *** on this first experience and the near future technical improvements of our network system,we will be more competitive in detecting the optical counterparts from some GW events that will be identified during the upcoming O3 run,especially those emerging from binary neutron star mergers.
