In nature,aflatoxins,especially aflatoxin B1(AFB1),are the common mycotoxins,which cause serious health problems for humans and *** paper aimed to study the effects of AFB1 on flesh flavor and muscle development of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)and its *** were 1440 individual fish in total,with 6 treatments and each treatment replicated 3 *** 6 treatments were fed a control diet with different doses of AFB1(0.04,29.48,58.66,85.94,110.43 and 146.92μg/kg diet)for 60 ***1 increased myofiber diameter,as well as decreased myofiber density of grass carp muscle(P<0.05).The contents of free amino acid decreased gradually(P<0.05)as dietary AFB1 increased in the muscle of grass *** levels of reactive oxygen species,malonaldehyde and protein carbonyl(PC)were increased(P<0.05)with the dietary AFB1 *** levels of antioxidant enzyme(glutathione peroxidase,glutathione,glutathione reductase,total antioxidant capacity,anti-superoxide anion,and anti-hydroxyl radical)were decreased(P<0.05)with the dietary AFB1 *** addition,dietary AFB1 decreased the content of collagen,and downregulated the mRNA and protein levels of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/Smads signaling pathway in grass carp muscle(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein levels of myogenic regulatory factors were downregulated in grass carp muscle(P<0.05).Furthermore,the activities of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were increased(P<0.05),and the protein levels of phosphorylate-38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p-p38MAPK),phosphorylate-c-Jun N-terminal kinase,urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA),MMP-2 and MMP-9 were upregulated(P<0.05),but collagenⅠ,lamininβ1 and fibronectin were downregulated(P<0.05)with the dietary AFB1 increased in the muscle of grass *** on the results of this study,we can draw the following conclusion:dietary AFB1 might damage flesh flavor and inhibit the muscle development through MAPK/uPA/MMP/extrac

Low efficiency and spectral instability caused by the surface defects have been considerable issues for the mixed-halogen blue emitting perovskite quantum dots light-emitting diodes(PeQLEDs).Here,an in situ surface passivation to perovskite quantum dots(PeQDs)is realized by introducing the metal cations competitive lattice occupancy assisted with acid-etching,in which the longchain,insulating and weakly bond surface ligands are removed by addition of octanoic acid(OTAC).Meanwhile,the dissolved A-site cations(Na^(+))compete with the protonated oleyl amine and are subsequently anchored to the surface *** preadded lead bromide,acting as inorganic ligands,demonstrates strong bonding to the uncoordinated surface *** as-synthesized PeQDs show the boosted photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)and superior stability with longer *** a result,the PeQLEDs(470 nm)based on the OTAC-Na PeQDs exhibit an external quantum efficiency of 8.42%in the mixed halogen PeQDs(CsPb(Br_(x)Cl_(1−x))_(3)).Moreover,the device exhibits superior spectra stability with negligible *** competition mechanism in combination with in situ passivation strategy paves a new way for improving the performance of blue PeQLEDs.

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

The impact of cooling rate after solution heat treatment on exfoliation corrosion resistance of a Li-containing 7xxx aluminum alloy was investigated by accelerated immersion and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test,optical microscope,electron backscatter diffraction and scanning transmission electron *** the decrease of cooling rate from 1700℃/s to 4℃/s,exfoliation corrosion resistance of the aged specimens decreases with rating changing from EA to EC and the maximum corrosion depth increasing from about 169.4μm to 632.1μ*** corrosion tends to develop along grain boundaries in the specimens with cooling rates higher than about 31℃/s and along both grain boundaries and sub-grain boundaries in the specimens with lower cooling *** reason has been discussed based on the changes of the microstructure and microchemistry at grain boundaries and sub-grain boundaries due to slow cooling.
