以过渡金属硫化物、氮化硼等二维层状材料为基础,研究了一种简单可靠的集成电路制造方法。在这项工作中,采用射频磁控溅射在室温下逐层制备了M/BN/MoS_(2)(M=Al、Ti、Mo和Ag)纳米薄膜,其中BN/MoS_(2)为未发生化学反应的异质结构,然后在500℃进行退火。结果表明:所制备的金属(Al、Ti、Mo和Ag)、BN和MoS_(2)薄膜均匀连续,特别是BN/MoS_(2)异质结构界面清晰、结合紧密。退火后,顶层MoS_(2)薄膜颗粒大小、粗糙度和结晶性显著提高,且杂质减少甚至消失,其中Ag/BN膜基底上MoS_(2)薄膜结晶性最好,且出现了较大的片层状形态。电性能测试显示金属/BN和BN/MoS_(2)异质结构界面的肖特基势垒使得样品的I-V特性曲线呈明显的非线性。Ti基由于退火后氧化,电阻率最大,Mo基功函数最大,电阻率其次,Ag基功函数相对较低所以电阻率较低,而Al则由于低的功函数、结构匹配及载流子浓度等因素导致其电阻率最低。

以肇庆市为研究区,将全市生态保护红线范围识别为重要生态源地,利用最小累计阻力模型提取生态廊道后,将提取的生态廊道与周边的河流水系进行充分衔接,形成优化后的生态廊道,构建肇庆市生态安全格局,为深入推进绿美肇庆生态建设提供参考和依据。研究结果表明:①利用定性分析和定量分析划定的生态保护红线综合考虑了社会经济发展与生态保护的关系,在生态安全格局构建中可直接识别为区域内的重要生态源地。②全市共识别出87个重要生态源地,面积合计2717.39km^(2),占全市国土面积的18.24%。其中:9个一级生态源地,面积合计1982.07km^(2),占全市国土面积的13.30%;78个二级生态源地,面积合计735.32km^(2),占全市国土面积的4.94%。③全市共提取了57条生态廊道,总长度1871.15km。其中:10条用于连通各一级生态源地的一级生态廊道,总体呈现“五横五纵”的分布特征;47条用于连通各二级生态源地的二级生态廊道,呈辐射状分布于全市。

Ethylene-propylene block copolymer(EbP) is a vital component in impact polypropylene copolymer(IPC), yet its distribution in the multiphase composite material and how it influences the phase structure and the mechanical properties are not well understood. In this work,four IPCs were investigated by atomic force microscopy-infrared(AFM-IR) to assess the phase compositions in situ, based on which in conjunction with the chain microstructure information obtained ex situ the distributions of the copolymer components were derived for each alloy. For the IPCs whose EbP comprises long P and long E segments, the EbP fraction was found to phase separate from the rubber and the PP matrix to form the cores of the disperse particles with the E-P segmented copolymer(EsP). In contrast, in the IPC with EbP composed of long P and short E segments, the EbP fraction formed an outer shell for the rubber particles with the cores comprising the EsP alone, and this IPC, containing a lower E comonomer content than its counterpart, exhibited both better impact resistance and higher flexural modulus. These results clarify how the chain structure of EbP governs the phase morphology in IPC, which in turn impacts the properties of the composite material.

Aluminum is the primary structural material in nuclear engineering,and its cross section induced by 14-MeV neutrons is of great *** address the issue of insufficient accuracy for the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction cross section,the activation method and accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)technique were used to determine the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al cross section,which could be used as a D-T plasma ion temperature monitor in fusion *** the China Academy of Engineering Physics,neutron activation was performed using a K-400 neutron generator produced by the T(d,n)4He ***^(26)Al∕^(27)Al isotope ratios were measured using the newly installed GYIG 1 MV AMS at the Institute of Geochemistry,Chinese Academy of *** neutron flux was monitored by measuring the activity of 92mNb produced by the 93Nb(n,2n)92mNb *** measured results were compared with available data in the experimental nuclear reaction database,and the measured values showed a reasonable degree of consistency with partially available literature *** newly acquired cross-sectional data at 12 neutron energy points through systematic measurements clarified the divergence,which has two different growth trends from the existing experimental *** obtained results are also compared with the corresponding evaluated database,and the newly calculated excitation functions with TALYS−1.95 and EMPIRE−3.2 codes,the agreement with CENDL−3.2,TENDL-2021 and EMPIRE−3.2 results are generally acceptable.A substantial improvement in the knowledge of the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction excitation function was obtained in the present work,which will lay the foundation for the diagnosis of the fusion ion temperature,testing of the nuclear physics model,evaluation of nuclear data,etc.

Drought(water shortage)can substantially limit the yield and economic value of rose plants(Rosa spp.).Here,we characterized the effect of exogenous calcium(Ca^(2+))on the antioxidant system and photosynthesis-related properties of rose under polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000)-induced drought *** levels,as well as leaf and root biomass,were significantly reduced by drought;drought also had a major effect on the enzymatic antioxidant system and increased concentrations of reactive oxygen *** of exogenous Ca^(2+)increased the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of leaves,enhanced water-use efficiency,and increased the length and width of stomata following exposure to ***-specific physiological responses were observed under different concentrations of Ca^(2+).Application of 5 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)promoted photosynthesis and antioxidant activity in the leaves,and application of 10 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)promoted antioxidant activity in the *** of exogenous Ca^(2+)greatly enhanced the phenotype and photosynthetic capacity of potted rose plants following exposure to drought ***,our findings indicate that the application of exogenous Ca^(2+)enhances the drought resistance of roses by promoting physiological adaptation and that it could be used to aid the cultivation of rose plants.

Cs and I can migrate through fuel-cladding interfaces and accelerate the cladding corrosion process induced by the fuel-cladding chemical *** coating has emerged as an important candidate for mitigating this chemical *** this study,first-principles calculations were employed to investigate the diffusion behavior of Cs and I in the Cr bulk and grain boundaries to reveal the microscopic interaction mitigation mechanisms at the fuel-cladding *** interaction between these two fission products and the Cr coating were studied systematically,and the Cs and I temperature-dependent diffusion coefficients in Cr were obtained using Bocquet’s oversized solute-atom model and Le Claire’s nine-frequency model,*** results showed that the Cs and I migration barriers were significantly lower than that of Cr,and the Cs and I diffusion coefficients were more than three orders of magnitude larger than the Cr self-diffusion coefficient within the temperature range of Generation-IV fast reactors(below 1000 K),demonstrating the strong penetration ability of Cs and ***,Cs and I are more likely to diffuse along the grain boundary because of the generally low migration barriers,indicating that the grain boundary serves as a fast diffusion channel for Cs and I.

Bubbly oil lubrication is a type of lubrication ***,the lubrication model of the bubbly oil has not been thoroughly *** paper aims to investigate the modelling for bubbly oil lubrication considering the interfacial effect and thermal effect,and a theoretical model is established based on the theory of multiphase *** interfacial and thermal effects on the static characteristics of a thrust bearing are analyzed.A test rig for the thrust bearing is developed to measure the static characteristics of the bearing under bubbly oil *** results show that the bearing static characteristics,*** temperature rise,film thickness,friction torque,and volume flow,increase with consideration of three interfacial effects;the bearing temperature rise increases but the film thickness,friction torque,and volume flow rate decrease with consideration of the three thermal effects;the thermal effect on the bearing static characteristics is greater than the interfacial effect.

Formaldehyde is a pollutant that significantly affects the indoor air ***,conventional remediation approaches can be challenging to deal with low-concentration formaldehyde in an indoor *** this study,Photocatalysts of Ag/graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))/Ni with 3D reticulated coral structure were prepared by thermal polymerization and liquid phase photo-deposition,using nickel foam(NF)as the *** demonstrated that when the Ag concentration was 3%,and the relative humidity was 60%,the Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)showed the maximum degradation rate of formaldehyde at 90.19%under visible light irradiation,and the formaldehyde concentration after degradation was lower than the Hygienic standard stated by the Chinese *** porous structure of Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)and the formation of Schottky junctions promoted the Adsorption efficiency and degradation of formaldehyde,while the nickel foam carrier effectively promoted the desorption of degradation ***,the degradation rate was only reduced by3.4%after 16 recycles,the three-dimensional porous structure extended the lifetime of the *** study provides a new strategy for the degradation of indoor formaldehyde at low concentrations.
