Liver transplantation in Crigler-Najjar syndrome type I disease

A comparative anatomical and FTIR study on the leaves of 1. disputed species of the section Tuberulata combined with their biogeographical distribution have been conducted in order to investigate interspecific variations which are useful in species taxonomic treatment and systematic *** species have biracial and hypostomatic leaves,contain sclereids and crystals. Multivariate analysis of leaf FTIR data shows a visualization of the degree of affinity among the species in this section,which is consistent with the distribution of synonymaic Tuberculata species indicated in the biogeographical *** study indicates that the combination of characters based on leaf comparative anatomy,FTIR analysis and biogeographical distribution are useful in species revision and evolutionary trends description of section *** results determine 1. species in the section Tuberculata and provide the evolutionary trends in Tuberculata which evolved in three-river region of Guizhou province and spread to Guizhou, Guangxi,Yunnan,Sichuan,Chongqing,hunan and probably hubei province of china.

BACKGROUND: Crigler-Najjar syndrome type I (CNS I) is a very rare autosomal recessive inherited disease that liver transplantation can properly deal with. METHODS: We present one case of an {2.-month-old child with CNS I diagnosed by clinical findings and genetic detecting LTx was performed 5 days after kernicterus broke out and neurological symptoms were successfully reversed. RESULT: Magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed encouraging results that brain pathology had a trend to return to normal in {2.year follow-up, combined with electroencephalogram and motor development estimate studies. CONCLUSIONS: Liver transplantation can cure CNS I with reversible neurological symptoms to some extent in time Magnetic resonance spectroscopy may be a future option of predicting brain conditions and selecting suitable patients with CNS I for transplantation.

Background:Chimeric antigen receptor T(Car-T)therapy has substantially revolutionized the clinical outcomes of patients with hematologic malignan-cies,but the cancer-intrinsic mechanisms underlying resistance to Car-T cells remain yet to be fully *** study aims to explore the molecular deter-minants of cancer cell sensitivity to Car-T cell-mediated killing and to provide a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms and potential modulation to improve clinical ***:The human whole-genome CRISpR/Cas9-based knockout screening was conducted to identify key genes that enable cancer cells to evade CD1. Car-T-cell-mediated *** in vitro cytotoxicity assays and evaluation of tumor tissue and bone marrow specimens were further conducted to confirm the role of the key genes in cancer cell susceptibility to Car-T *** addition,the specific mechanisms influencing Car-T cell-mediated cancer clearance were elucidated in mouse and cellular ***:The CRISpR/Cas9-based knockout screening showed that the enrich-ment of autophagy-related genes(ATG3,BECN1.and RB1.C1.provided protec-tion of cancer cells from CD1. 在癫痫脑电信号分类检测中,传统机器学习方法分类效果不理想,深度学习模型虽然具有较好的特征学习优势,但其“黑盒”学习方式不具备可解释性,不能很好地应用于临床辅助诊断;并且,现有的多视角深度TSK模糊系统难以有效表征各视角特征之间的相关性.针对以上问题,提出一种基于视角-规则的深度Takagi-SugenoKang(TSK)模糊分类器(view-to-rule Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy classifier,VR-TSK-FC),并将其应用于多元癫痫脑电信号检测中.该算法在原始数据上构建前件规则以保证模型的可解释性,利用一维卷积神经网络(1.dimensional convolutional neural network,1.-CNN)从多角度抓取多元脑电信号深度特征.每个模糊规则的后件部分分别采用一个视角的脑电信号深度特征作为其后件变量,视角-规则的学习方式提高了VR-TSK-FC表征能力.在Bonn和CHB-MIT数据集上,VR-TSK-FC算法模糊逻辑推理过程保证可解释的基础上达到了较好分类效果.
