The reaction of 3,6-di-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yI)-s-tetrazine (DMPTZ, II) with CeIII salt [Ce(NO3)3 · 6H2.] generates a new ligand, N-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yl)-formimidoyl-(3-methyl-pyridin-2.yl) hydrazone (L), and forms a new complex: a mononuclear complex [Ce(L)(NO3)2.(H2.)3] · NO3 (III). Crystal data for III: space group P-1. with a = 0.71.3(4) nm, b = 1.1.39(2. nm, c = 1.4572.3) nm, α= 1.2.1.(2.°, β= 99.81.3)°, γ= 91.1.(3)°, Z = 2. V = 1.1..6(7) nm3, μ = 2.1.3 mm?1.and F(000) = 630. L acts as a tri-dentate chelating ligand in III. There are 1. coordination sites around Ce3+ of III, which are respectively occupied by seven oxygen atoms (four from two nitrate anions and three from three H2. molecules) and three nitrogen atoms (all from L). The cerium atom and three chelating nitrogen atoms are coplanar. The mechanism of the metal assisted decomposition is discussed briefly.

Two novel triflate precursors for radiolabelling of L-tyrosine in positron emission tomography (PET) for tumor imaging,O-(2.trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine methyl ester 9a and O-(2.trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine tert-butyl ester 9b,are synthesized. The triflate agent,9a or 9b,is prepared by esterification of methanol or transesterification of tert-butyl acetate with L-tyrosine,protection of the amine group with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate,alkylation with chlorohydrin,and triflation with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride in four steps with overall yields of 30% and 1.%,respectively.

Osteoporosis(OP)is a prevalent metabolic bone *** drug therapy is essential to prevent bone loss in osteoporotic patients,current treatments are limited by side effects and high costs,necessitating the development of more effective and safer targeted *** a zebrafish(Danio rerio)larval model of osteoporosis,we explored the influence of the metabolite spermine on bone *** showed that spermine exhibited dual activity in osteoporotic zebrafish larvae by increasing bone formation and decreasing bone *** not only demonstrated excellent biosafety but also mitigated prednisolone-induced embryonic neurotoxicity and ***,spermine showcased protective attributes in the nervous systems of both zebrafish embryos and *** the molecular level,Rac1.was identified as playing a pivotal role in mediating the antiosteoporotic effects of spermine,with P53 potentially acting downstream of *** findings were confirmed using mouse(Mus musculus)models,in which spermine not only ameliorated osteoporosis but also promoted bone formation and mineralization under healthy conditions,suggesting strong potential as a bonestrengthening *** study underscores the beneficial role of spermine in osteoporotic bone homeostasis and skeletal system development,highlighting pivotal molecular *** their efficacy and safety,human endogenous metabolites like spermine are promising candidates for new anti-osteoporotic drug development and daily bone-fortifying agents.

The oxidation behavior of the Al CoCrFeNiYTa_(x)high entropy alloy(HEA)doped with different Ta contents at 1.00℃is *** this study,different reasons for the spallation of the oxide scales of HEAs without/with excessive Ta addition after 1.00 h of oxidation are discussed,and the most suitable Ta doping content for this HEA is explored,in which the HEA exhibits both an exceptionally low oxidation rate,and the formation of oxide scales composed of intact a-Al_(2.O_(3).Meanwhile,it is found that the addition of Ta can effectively inhibit the phase transition of β phase,which makes the surface of the oxide scale *** combining our experimental results with Wagner–Hauffe theory,the influence of Ta drag effect on oxide scale growth is explained,which provides some theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of AlCoCrFeNi HEAs,and can lead to the development of thermal barrier coatings at higher service temperature.

In this study, characteristics of flow field and wave propagation near submerged breakwater on a sloping bed are investigated with numerical model. The governing equations of the vertical two-dimensional model are Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes equations. The Reynolds stress terms are closed by a nonlinear k - ε turbulence transportation model. The free surface is traced through the PILC-VOF method. The proposed numerical model is verified with experimental results. The numerical result shows that the wave profile may become more asymmetrical when wave propagates over breakwater. When wave crest propagates over breakwater, the anticlockwise vortex may generate. On the contrary, when wave hollow propagates over breakwater, the clockwise vortex may generate. Meanwhile, the influenced zone of vortex created by wave crest is larger than that created by wave hollow. All the maximum values of the turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent dissipation and eddy viscosity occur on the top of breakwater. Both the turbulent dissipation and eddy viscosity increase as the turbulent kinetic energy increases. Wave energy may rapidly decrease near the breakwater because turbulent dissipation increases and energy in lower harmonics is transferred into higher harmonics.

Fabrication and Microstructure of CaTiO_3 Coating by Laser Cladding

In order to explore the way to improve the adhesion of the calcium phosphate bioceramic coating to Ti substrate, the CaTiO3 coating was fabricated on Ti substrate by laser cladding （LC） using powders of CaCO3 and CaHPO4, and then the composition and microstructure of the coatings were investigated. During LC, CaCO3 can hardly react with Ti, and the coating fabricated using CaCO3 powder is mainly composed of the process of CaO, the decomposition product of CaCO3. Moreover, the coating has a loosened structure and part of it has peeled off from the substrate. CaHPO4 reacts vigorously with Ti, and the coating fabricated using CaHPO4 mainly consists of CaTiO3 which is one of the reaction products between Ti and CaHPO4. Chemical bonding is formed at the interface between coating and substrate, which may enhance the adhesion of the CaTiO3 coating to Ti substrate. Furthermore, CaTiO3 dendrite and eutectic of CaTiO3 and Ca2.2.7 are found on the surface of the coating, implying that a transition can be formed between CaTiO3 and some calcium phosphate bioceramic. So CaTiO3 coating fabricated using CaHPO4 can be a potential candidate to improve the adhesion between calcium phosphate coating and Ti substrate. However, there are also pores and cracks existing in the coating, which may degrade the mechanical properties of the coating.

Hole transport material free carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr_(3)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)are promising for commercialization due to its low-cost,high open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))and superior *** to the different solubility of PbBr_(2.and CsBr in conventional solvents,CsPbBr_(3)films are mainly obtained by multi-step spin-coating through the phase evolution from PbBr_(2.to CsPb_(2.Br_(5)and then to CsPbBr_(3).The scalable fabrication of high-quality CsPbBr_(3)films has been rarely ***,an inkjet-printing method is developed to prepare high-quality CsPbBr_(3)*** formation of long-range crystalline CsPb_(2.Br_(5)phase can effectively improve phase purity and promote regular crystal stacking of CsPbBr_(3).Consequently,the inkjet-printed CsPbBr_(3)C-PSCs realized PCEs up to 9.09%,8.59%and 7.81.with active areas of 0.09,0.2.,and 1.cm^(2.,respectively,demonstrating the upscaling potential of our fabrication method and *** high performance is mainly ascribed to the high purity,strong crystal orientation,reduced surface roughness and lower trap states density of the as-printed CsPbBr_(3)*** work provides insights into the relationship between the phase evolution mechanisms and crystal growth dynamics of cesium lead bromide halide films.
