Innate immunity mediated by Toll-like receptors(TLRs),which can recognize pathogen molecular patterns,plays a critical role in type 1 diabetes ***7 is a pattern recognition receptor that senses single-stranded RNAs from viruses and host tissue cells;however,its role in type 1 diabetes development remains *** our study,we discovered that Tlr7-deficient(Tlr7^(−/−))nonobese diabetic(NOD)mice,a model of human type 1 diabetes,exhibited a significantly delayed onset and reduced incidence of type 1 diabetes compared with Tlr7-sufficient(Tlr7^(+/+))NOD *** investigations showed that Tlr7 deficiency significantly altered B-cell differentiation and immunoglobulin ***,Tlr7^(−/−)NOD B cells were found to suppress diabetogenic CD4^(+)T-cell responses and protect immunodeficient NOD mice from developing diabetes induced by diabetogenic T *** addition,we found that Tlr7 deficiency suppressed the antigen-presenting functions of B cells and inhibited cytotoxic CD8^(+)T-cell activation by downregulating the expression of both nonclassical and classical MHC class I(MHC-I)molecules on B *** data suggest that TLR7 contributes to type 1 diabetes development by regulating B-cell functions and subsequent interactions with T ***,therapeutically targeting TLR7 may prove beneficial for disease protection.

针对水边线测绘现有方法存在的高作业风险、高成本等问题,提出一种基于船载摄影的实时水边线测绘新方法。通过数码相机、船用GNSS罗经与IMU集成,研究传感器标定、设备组网、自动化数据采集、数据融合等方法,构建多约束条件的自由网光束法空中三角测量模型,完成实时水边线测绘系统的研发。应用结果表明,100m拍摄距离下,系统绝对定位最大误差为0.258m,中误差为0.128m,精度可满足1:1000及以下比例尺水边线测绘的要求;本系统可切实有效地解决实时水边线测绘现有技术的不足,具有低成本、高精度、高效率、持久续航、一体化等显著优势。

Biogeography is the science that attempts to document and understand spatial patterns of *** is a way of studying relationships between organisms and their environment that involves characterizing and explaining statistical patterns of abundance,distribution and diversity—exploring the domain where ecology,biogeography,palaeontology and macroevolution come *** wild organisms are consistantly shifting their geographical distribution in response to decreasing environmental suitability as a consequence of rapid climate *** frogs of the subfamily Painae(Anura:Dicroglossidae)are widespread,but endemic to *** all the information about spiny frogs,we attempted to uncover the spatial biodiversity patterns of spiny frogs and to shed light on the underlying evolutionary mechanisms at the temporal and spatial *** have integrated multi-disciplinary theories of macro-ecology,conservation biology,molecular phylogenetics and biogeography and applied a combination of approaches of the field surveys,molecular genetics,ecological modeling and *** ensure a solid basis allowing us to explore the patterns of species diversity and phylogenetic diversity and their potential determinants in spiny *** these efforts will further assist predictions of the patterns of species diversity and phylogenetic diversity under the impacts of climate changes,along with tendencies of niche *** this study will not only develop a comprehensive analytical framework to capture the impacts of climate change on biodiversity but also extend our knowledge on global change through understanding biodiversity patterns and evolutionary response across a group of amphibian ***,it will provide new insights into developing the management strategies for long-term biodiversity conservation in China.

Endemism and species diversity are highly relevant to the global prioritization of conservation ***,considered good indicators of ecosystem health,are experiencing population declines and many are approaching extinction globally and *** the diversity of endemic amphibians in time and their distribution patterns are necessary for the development of integrative conservation *** studied the diversity and distribution patterns of endemic amphibians in China based on a database of specimen collections,published literature,and field *** also examined the relationships of species turnover at regional ***,environmental constraints on patterns of endemic amphibians were ***,conservation’hotspots’were identified with a higher priority based on the centers of endemic *** results illustrate the environmental explanations of species richness gradients and are to be beneficial for further exploration of the underlying mechanisms of distributional patterns of *** study may provide a valuable tool for identifying and conserving areas with high endemic biodiversity.

热载荷是引起在轨空间结构形变的重要因素之一,采用压电材料对结构热变形进行主动补偿,需要建立热、电、力场相互耦合的动力学模型．基于高阶位移场、高阶电势分布和线性温度模型,推导了压电复合板结构的热、电、力场耦合的高阶有限元模型．通过对压电双晶片梁的分析,得到了压电片中电势沿厚度方向的抛物线型分布,而非通常文献中假设的线性化分布模型的结果．针对表面粘贴压电片的压电复合板,计算了热载荷作用下压电复合板的变形、传感器的电压以及主动补偿后的结构变形,与文献给出的结果基本一致,验证了模型的正确性．同时还指出热电效应对结构变形和传感器电压具有十分重要的影响．

将菠菜定植在环境可控的密闭植物实验室进行水培,菠菜每天18h的光期平均分为6个阶段,设置4种LED红蓝光光强模式对菠菜进行照射,控制日累计光积分(Daily Light Integral,DLI)相等,其中对照组为200μmol·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)恒定光强,L1处理光强模式为150-200-250-250-200^(-1)50(μmol·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)),L2处理光强模式为250^(-1)50-250^(-1)50-250^(-1)50(μmol·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)),L3处理光强模式为250-200^(-1)50^(-1)50-200-250(μmol·cm^(-2)·s^(-1)),测定指标包括形态(株高、茎直径、叶片数量、最大叶面积)、产量(地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、根冠比)和品质(可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量、维生素C含量、硝酸盐含量)。结果表明:LED红蓝光光照日强度的变化,主要影响菠菜株高、茎直径和最大叶面积3个形态指标,通过影响根系生长状况加快菠菜生长速度,并进一步提高菠菜中可溶性糖、蛋白质和维生素C的含量,降低硝酸盐含量,从而提升菠菜的营养价值。处理L1(光强强度先增强后减弱)能够更好地兼顾水培菠菜的生长速度和营养价值,适合推广应用。

The Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus)is the world’s largest amphibian and contains a long and distinct evolution *** has remained nearly unchanged for millions of years and occurred widely in the watersheds of Yellow,Yangtze,and Pearl ***,this species has experienced dramatic population declines in the past fifty years,estimated to be as much as 80%over the last three generations due to *** this end,it is now listed as critically *** current distribution is highly fragmented and nearly all wild individuals exist inside mountain caves inaccessible to *** of annual reproduction of wild giant salamander exists as larvae are naturally flushed from the caves in winter and early spring,but this potential recruitment is largely nullified by poachers or other collectors intent on selling giant salamanders for *** wild populations in the caves are thought to be isolated because of various kinds of dams,rising exposure of caves,and dangerous migration due to poaching or *** risk may be from the disease or genetic pollution carried in the released captive-bred *** it is urgent to draw conservation attention to the small populations in the caves to clarify their genetic structure and adaptive potentials on the basis of mitochondrial and nuclear DNA analysis(including microsatellites and major histocompatibility complex markers).We detected the variance in the mitochondrial control region(771 bp),cytochrome b gene(cytb),and 15microsatellites that were isolated by ourselves in fifty larvae from one cave,which were injured in the collection of the fishery bureau of Zhouzhi County,Shaaxi *** the basis of analysis in the genetic variance,effective population size,inbreeding depression,and extinction risk of this cave population,we discussed the conservation strategy for the habitat protection and future releasing activities.

Understanding how ecological processes affected phenotypic evolution is an important goal in ecology and *** divergence-phenotypic evolution stemming from natural selection to lessen resource competition-is considered to play a key role for enabling closely related species to *** convergence,the opposite phenomenon,is considered to be another role that will shape phenotypic *** we investigated morphological variation of sympatric and allopatric populations of two Chinese endemic Feirana species,the swelled-vent frog(***) and the Taihang Mountain swelled-vent Frog(***).Body size(SVL) of both species in sympatry exhibited significantly greater dispersion than *** two species diverged in overall body size and head length while they converged in relative eye traits in *** suggested that:1) the sympatric divergence of body size attributed to in situ evolution in *** and phenotype shift caused by interspecific competition in ***;2) the sympatric convergence of eye traits was mainly due to adaptive evolution to particular environment *** results demonstrate that interspecific interactionsbetween closely related species can drive evolutionary phenotypic variation,meanwhile,adaptation to local environment also play an important role in shaping phenotypic evolution.
