Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)is a key driver of *** glycolysis is increased in the endothelium of atheroprone areas,accompanied by elevated lactate *** lactylation,mediated by lactate,can regulate gene expression and participate in disease ***,whether histone lactylation is involved in atherosclerosis remains ***,we report that lipid peroxidation could lead to EndMT-induced atherosclerosis by increasing lactatedependent histone H3 lysine 18 lactylation(H3K18la)in vitro and in vivo,as well as in atherosclerotic patients’***,the histone chaperone ASF1A was first identified as a cofactor of P300,which precisely regulated the enrichment of H3K18la at the promoter of SNAI1,thereby activating SNAI1 transcription and promoting *** found that deletion of ASF1A inhibited EndMT and improved endothelial *** analysis based on Apoe^(KO)Asf1a^(ECKO) mice in the atherosclerosis model confirmed the involvement of H3K18la in atherosclerosis and found that endotheliumspecific ASF1A deficiency inhibited EndMT and alleviated atherosclerosis *** of glycolysis by pharmacologic inhibition and advanced PROTAC attenuated H3K18la,SNAI1 transcription,and EndMT-induced *** study illustrates precise crosstalk between metabolism and epigenetics via H3K18la by the P300/ASF1A molecular complex during EndMT-induced atherogenesis,which provides emerging therapies for atherosclerosis.

澜沧江流域气候时空变化规律

利用澜沧江流域上的25个台站1978―2017年全年、4季的平均气温和降水资料,分别采用线性回归法、Mann-Kendall(M-K)突变检验法研究澜沧江流域近40年的年平均气温、4季平均气温、年降水、4季降水的时空变化特征和突变特征。结果表明,近40年来澜沧江流域气温整体呈现显著上升趋势,且存在较明显的地区差异性;年平均气温增幅为0.412℃/(10 a),4季增幅最大的为冬季,其余依次为秋、春、夏季;气温在2001年左右发生突变,突变后的气温变化呈现明显的上升趋势。澜沧江流域的年降水整体以5.05 mm/(10 a)的趋势减小,4季中,春、冬2季表现为增长趋势,夏、秋2季为减小趋势;降水变化趋势在流域上同样具有较明显的地区差异性;结合突变检验的结果可知,澜沧江流域的降水并不存在突变特征。

Dear Editor,RNA-based pesticides are approaching the market,offering great potential to control agricultural pests such as the coleopteran insect Diabrotica virgifera virgifera(Head et al.,2017).However,application to lepidopteran pests has been hampered by their inconsistent response to RNA interference(RNAi).As a notorious lepidoptera pest,Helicoverpa armigera feeds on over 300 species of host plants(Fu et al.,2022).Although transgenicplants expressingdouble-stranded RNAs or microRNAs that target essential insect genes can inhibit the growth of larvae,complete protection of the plants and efficient killing of this insect have not been achieved(Bally et al.,2020;Chung et al.,2021;Li et al.,2023).The relatively low RNAi efficiency in lepidopterans is mainly attributable to the degradation and intracellular sequestration of double-stranded RNA(Shukla et al.,2016;Zhu and Palli,2020).To overcome these obstacles and improve RNAi efficiency in ***,we attempted to deliver RNAi molecules using a bacteriophage MS2 virus-like particle(VLP)-based delivery system(Wang et al.,2016).

A scheduling model of closely spaced parallel runways for arrival aircraft was proposed,with multi-objections of the minimum flight delay cost,the maximum airport capacity,the minimum workload of air traffic controller and the maximum fairness of airlines′*** time interval between two runways and changes of aircraft landing order were taken as the *** algorithm was used to solve the model,and the model constrained unit delay cost of the aircraft with multiple flight tasks to reduce its delay influence *** objective function value or the fitness of particle unsatisfied the constrain condition would be ***,one domestic airport hub was introduced to verify the algorithm and the *** results showed that the genetic algorithm presented strong convergence and timeliness for solving constraint multi-objective aircraft landing problem on closely spaced parallel runways,and the optimization results were better than that of actual scheduling.

发展输电线路远程故障诊断是建设智能电网的重点内容。针对输电线路的上传数据单一、数量多、利用率低等问题,基于背景平台提供的大数据处理集群技术,以朴素贝叶斯算法结合时间序列相似性故障匹配建立输电线路故障预警模型。模型采用采集到的相关电气量、开关量、事件顺序信息、电网拓扑等数据以及输电线路故障过程中故障录波装置所获取的数据,采用朴素贝叶斯算法挖掘潜在故障发生因素(即故障因子)的发生指数,随后结合时间序列相似性故障匹配对输电线路进行故障预警。案例分析表明,所构建的模型能较好地挖掘出故障因子,预测结果较好。

Dietary exposure to aflatoxin B1(AFB1)is harmful to the health and performance of domestic *** hepatic cytochrome P450s(CYPs),CYP1A1 and CYP2A6,are the primary enzymes responsible for the bioactivation of AFB1to the highly toxic exo-AFB1-8,9-epoxide(AFBO)in ***,the transcriptional regulation mechanism of these CYP genes in the liver of chicks in AFB1metabolism remains ***-luciferase reporter assay,bioinformatics and site-directed mutation results indicated that specificity protein 1(SP1)and activator protein-1(AP-1)motifs were located in the core region-1,063/-948,-606/-541 of the CYP1A1 promoter as well as-636/-595,-503/-462,-147/-1 of the CYP2A6 ***,overexpression and decoy oligodeoxynucleotide technologies demonstrated that SP1 and AP-1 were pivotal transcriptional activators regulating the promoter activity of CYP1A1 and ***,bioactivation of AFB1to AFBO could be increased by upregulation of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6 expression,which was trans-activated owing to the upregulation of AP-1,rather than SP1,stimulated by AFB1-induced reactive oxygen ***,nano-selenium could reduce ROS,downregulate AP-1 expression and then decrease the expression of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6,thus alleviating the toxicity of *** conclusion,AP-1 and SP1 played important roles in the transactivation of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6 expression and further bioactivated AFB1to AFBO in chicken liver,which could provide novel targets for the remediation of aflatoxicosis in chicks.

Intrinsic and scattering attenuations of the Sichuan-Yunnan region in China from S coda waves

Seismic attenuation is a fundamental property of the Earth's *** structure for the complicated geological structures with strong seismicity in the Sichuan-Yunnan region is poorly *** this study,we collected 108,399 waveforms of 11,517 local small earthquakes with magnitudes between 1.5 and 3.5 from January 2014 to September 2021 in the Sichuan-Yunnan region and its adjacent *** employed an envelope inversion technique for separating the intrinsic and scattering attenuations of the S coda wave,and obtained the intrinsic and scattering attenuation structures for frequencies between 0.25 and 8.00 *** attenuation structures correlate well with the geological units,and some major faults mark the attenuation variations where historic large earthquakes have *** regional average attenuation shows a negative frequency *** average scattering attenuation has a faster descending rate than the average intrinsic attenuation,and is dominant at low frequencies,while at high frequencies the average intrinsic attenuation is *** lateral variation in the intrinsic attenuation is consistent with the variation in heat flow,the scattering attenuation may be related to the scatter distribution and *** total attenuation is consistent with the previous studies in this region,and the separate intrinsic and scattering attenuation may be useful in understanding regional tectonics and important in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.

目的探讨金属夹辅助内镜超声引导组织胶注射治疗合并胃肾分流的胃静脉曲张患者的效果及安全性。方法纳入2023年2月—2023年6月因肝硬化伴胃静脉曲张于首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院就诊,证实存在胃肾分流(GRS),并接受金属夹辅助内镜超声引导组织胶注射治疗的患者。主要的评价指标是术后曲张静脉减轻或消失情况,次要评价指标为手术完成情况及并发症。结果共11例合并GRS的胃静脉曲张患者纳入研究,男7例,女4例;中位年龄55岁;肝功能Child-Pugh A级1例,Child-Pugh B级7例,Child-Pugh C级3例;分流道最大直径(中位)8 mm,最小直径(中位)4 mm。治疗前靶血管血流中位流速11 cm/s,金属夹阻断后靶血管中位流速5 cm/s;中位组织胶使用量2 mL,聚桂醇使用量均为1 mL。所有患者手术结束后血流信号100%消失,手术成功率100%。随访6周患者均无再出血发生。术后1个月复查胃镜示静脉曲张根除或基本消失9例,静脉曲张改善2例。结论对于合并GRS的胃静脉曲张肝硬化患者,金属夹辅助内镜超声引导组织胶注射治疗是一种可行,安全,有效的方法。
