Characteristic investigation of trilayered Cu/Al8011/Al1060 composite:Interface morphology, microstructure, and in-situ tensile deformation

In this work, Cu/Al8011/Al1060 trilayered composite with an ultrathin copper layer was fabricated successfully by the hybrid process of cast-rolling and hot-roll-bonding. The effects of heat treatment were investigated on the microstructure and mechanical behavior of the composite. The results showed that annealing temperatures above 300°C led to the formation of new intermetallic compounds that joined their initial counterparts. Also, the interface growth was fast above 340°C. It was found that the annealing temperature of 320°C led to the optimal tensile properties of the composite. Through rolling, hard-brittle IMCs imposed intense plastic strains on the surrounding regions, resulting in further grain refinement of both metals in the vicinity of the interface. Although the kernel average misorientation of the trilayered composite was almost identical with the Cu/Al8011 bimetal,its amount was considerably decreased after heat treatment, as the distorted structure changed into a nearly strain-free one using the restoration phenomenon. The SEM-based in-situ tensile test showed that crack initiation occurred within the IMCs and propagated into the Cu strip, leading to its early fracture. However, the strengthdisplacement curve during in-situ tensile deformation did not decrease significantly due to the ultrathin copper layer.

16S rRNA Gene Phylogenesis of Culturable Predominant Bacteria from Diseased Apostichopus japonicus(Holothuroidea,Echinodermata)

Cultured Apostichopus japonicus in China suffers from a kind of skin ulceration disease that has caused severe economic loss in recent years. The disease,pathogens of which are supposed to be bacteria by most researchers,is highly infectious and can often cause all individuals in the same culture pool to die in a very short time. The 16S rRNA gene phylogenesis of the culturable bacteria from the lesions of diseased individuals was conducted to study the biodiversity of the bacterial communities in the lesions and to identify probable pathogen(s) associated with this kind of disease. S. japonica samples were selected from a hatchery located in the eastern part of Qingdao,China. Bacterial universal primers GM5F and DS907R were used to amplify the 16S rRNA gene of bacteria colonies,and touchdown PCR was performed to amplify the target sequences. The results suggest that γ-proteobacteria(Alteromonadales and Vibrionales) of CFB group,many strains of which have been also determined as pathogens in other marine species,are the predominant bacterial genera of the diseased Apostichopus japonicus individuals.

A Multi-time Scale Tie-line Energy and Reserve Allocation Model Considering Wind Power Uncertainties for Multi-area Systems

Continued expansion of the power grid and the increasing proportion of wind power centralized integration leads to requirements in sharing both energy and reserves among multiple areas under a hierarchical control structure,which successively requires a correction between schedule plans within multi-time *** order to address this problem,this paper develops an information integration method integrating complicated relationships among fuel cost,total thermal power output,reserve capacity,owned reserves and expectations of load shedding and wind curtailment,into three types of time-related relationship curves・Furthermore,a multi-time scale tieline energy and reserves allocation model is proposed,which contains two levels in the control structure,two time scales in dispatch sequence and multiple areas integrated within wind farms as scheduling objects・The efficiency of the proposed method is tested in a 9-bus test system and IEEE 118-bus *** results show that a cross-regional control center is able to approach the optimal scheduling results of the whole system with the integrated uploaded relationship *** proposed model not only relieves energy and reserve shortages in partial areas but also allocates them to more urgent need areas in a high effectivity manner in both day-ahead and intraday time scales.

Effects of Zr,Ti and Sc additions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-0.4Cu-0.14Si-0.05Mg-0.2Fe alloys

The evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-0.4 Cu-0.14 Si-0.05 Mg-0.2 Fe（wt.%）alloys, micro-alloyed with Zr, Ti and Sc, were investigated. The addition of 0.2%Zr to base alloy accelerates the precipitation of Si-rich nano-phase in α-Al matrix, which plays an important role in improving the mechanical properties of an alloy. The tensile strength increases from 102 MPa for the base alloy to 113 MPa for the Zr-modified alloy. Adding 0.2%Zr + 0.2%Ti to base alloy effectively refines a-Al grain size and accelerates the precipitation of Si and Cu elements, leading to heavy segregation at grain *** further adding 0.2%Sc to Zr + Ti modified alloy, the segregation of Si and Cu elements is suppressed and more Si and Cu precipitates appeared in α-Al matrix. Accompanied with the formation of coherent Al;Sc phase, the tensile strength increases from 108 MPa for the Zr + Ti modified alloy to 152 MPa for the Sc-modified alloy. Due to excellent thermal stability of Al;Sc phase, the Sc-modified alloy exhibits obvious precipitation hardening behavior at 350℃, and the tensile strength increases to 203 MPa after holding at 350 ℃ for 200 h.

文中构建了考虑多个宏观交通流参数复杂联动的交通流状态分析算法模型,引入了新的宏观交通流参数“旅行效率”作为构建宏观基本图的基本元素,以顿河畔罗斯托夫市长度为39 km的中心城区路网的实例数据为基础,建立了转移流量为主要流量的两城区车辆累积变化趋势模型和内部流量与转移流量同时作用的两城区车辆累积变化趋势模型.根据车辆累积趋势曲线,得到了在不同边界控制管理参数作用之下的吸引区变化规律.结果表明:使用“旅行效率”作为基本元素的图像形状与使用传统经典参数“驶离路网的车辆总数”的宏观基本图效用相同;有效率的边界控制使得交通路网系统有能力处理和接纳不断增加的来自外围区域的车辆累积;在两城区交通流管理优化过程中,管理区域内部流量及其产生的车辆累积与合理调节边界控制一样重要,为制定动态精细化交通流管理策略奠定了理论分析基础.

Analyses on the tectonic thermal evolution and influence factors in the deep-water Qiongdongnan Basin

To reveal the tectonic thermal evolution and influence factors on the present heat flow distribution, based on 154 heat flow data, the present heat flow distribution features of the main tectonic units are first analyzed in detail, then the tectonic thermal evolution histories of 20 profiles are reestablished crossing the main deep-water sags with a structural, thermal and sedimentary coupled numerical model. On the basis of the present geothermal features, the Qiongdongnan Basin could be divided into three regions： the northern shelf and upper slope region with a heat flow of 50-70 mW/m^2, most of the central depression zone of 70-85 mW/m^2, and a NE trending high heat flow zone of 85-105 mW/m^2 lying in the eastern basin. Numerical modeling shows that during the syn-rift phase, the heat flow increases generally with time, and is higher in basement high area than in its adjacent sags. At the end of the syn-rift phase, the heat flow in the deep-water sags was in a range of 60-85 mW/m^2, while in the basement high area, it was in a range of 75-100 mW/m^2. During the post-rift phase, the heat flow decreased gradually, and tended to be more uniform in the basement highs and sags. However, an extensive magmatism, which equivalently happened at around 5 Ma, has greatly increased the heat flow values, and the relict heat still contributes about 10-25 mW/m^2to the present surface heat flow in the central depression zone and the southern uplift zone. Further analyses suggested that the present high heat flow in the deep-water Qiongdongnan Basin is a combined result of the thermal anomaly in the upper mantle, highly thinning of the lithosphere, and the recent extensive magma-tism. Other secondary factors might have affected the heat flow distribution features in some local regions. These factors include basement and seafloor topography, sediment heat generation, thermal blanketing, local magmatic injecting and hydrothermal activities related to faulting and overpressure.

基于离散元构建考虑页岩层理特征的颗粒流模型,进而改进微观参数标定方法并对页岩颗粒流力学模型微观参数进行系统标定,利用页岩颗粒流热力耦合模型研究加热方式、天然微裂缝及围压对页岩热致裂缝演化的影响。结果表明:100℃下即可产生热致裂缝,裂缝的宽度和数量随着温度的升高在不断增加后保持稳定;天然微裂缝的倾斜度对热致裂缝扩展存在影响,倾斜角度增大,页岩热致裂缝的延伸性变弱;围压在10 MPa以下促进页岩热致裂缝生成,10 MPa以上抑制热致裂缝的生成。

OTOTOXIC EFFECTS OF CARBOPLATIN IN ORGANOTYPIC CULTURES IN CHINCHILLAS AND RATS

Carboplatin, a second-generation platinum chemotherapeutic drug, is considerably less ototoxic than cisplatin. While common laboratory species such as mice, guinea pigs and rats are highly resistant to carboplatin ototoxicity, the chinchilla stands out as highly susceptible. Moreover, carboplatin causes an unusual gradient of cell death in chinchillas. Moderate doses selectively damage type I spiral ganglion neurons (SGN) and inner hair cells (IHC) and the lesion tends to be relatively uniform along the length of the cochlea. Higher doses eventually damage outer hair cells (OHC), but the lesion follows the traditional gradient in which damage is more severe in the base than the apex. While carboplatin ototoxicity has been well documented in adult animals in vivo, little is known about its in vitro toxicity. To elucidate the ototoxic effects of carboplatin in vitro, we prepared cochlear and vestibular organotypic cultures from postnatal day 3 rats and adult chinchillas. Chinchilla cochlear and vestibular cultures were treated with carboplatin concentrations ranging from 50 μM to 10 mM for 48 h. Consistent with in vivo data, carboplatin selectively damaged IHC at low concentrations (50-100 μM). Surprisingly, IHC loss decreased at higher doses and IHC were intact at doses exceeding 500 μM. The mechanisms underlying this nonlinear response are unclear but could be related to a decrease in carboplatin uptake via active transport mechanisms (e.g., copper). Unlike the cochlea, the carboplatin dose-response function increased with dose with the highest dose destroying all chinchilla vestibular hair cells. Cochlear hair cells and auditory nerve fibers in rat cochlear organotypic cultures were unaffected by carboplatin concentrations <10 μM; however, the damage in OHC were more severe than IHC once the dose reached 100 μM. 土地细碎化严重影响农业生产效率的提升和中国特色现代化的进程,细碎化治理迫在眉睫。作为一种新型细碎化治理模式,土地互换具有较大的政策潜力。基于山东和安徽两省242个村庄845份农户微观调查数据,运用Probit回归模型和半非参数模型对农户自发性土地互换的影响因素进行探讨,旨在为推动农户土地互换行为提供参考。结果表明,具有以下特征的农户进行土地互换的可能性更大:经营者性别为女性、农户经营地规模越大、农户承包地面积越小、经营地块数越多、拥有农机等固定资产、农户从其他村户了解过土地互换、该村乘车到最近县(区)时间越长以及有外来村户流转本村耕地。同时,进一步分析了规模农户采取土地互换可能存在的差异。
