本文采用X射线光电子能谱检测技术分别对溴-甲醇(Br_(2):Me)、溴-氢溴酸(Br_(2):HBr)和溴-氢溴酸-乙二醇(Br_(2):HBr:Eg)3种体系的腐蚀液处理后的HgCdTe表面状态进行了研究,结果表明这3种溴基腐蚀液均会造成HgCdTe表面富碲(Te^(0)),且富碲程度为(Br_(2):HBr:Eg)<(Br_(2):HBr)<(Br_(2):Me)。为了获得接近化学计量比的表面,一般采取先氧化富碲为TeO_(2)后腐蚀的方式去除表面富碲,然而,湿法腐蚀去除表面富碲的方法存在各种缺点。等离子体氧化具有氧化性强,工艺稳定,安全环保等优点,因此本文通过氧等离子体氧化Br_(2):HBr:Eg处理后的HgCdTe表面,进一步研究了盐酸、乳酸和氢氧化铵溶液腐蚀去除HgCdTe表面氧化物的情况,结果表明低浓度的盐酸能够较彻底地去除HgCdTe表面氧化物且不引入碳等其他污染物。在此接近化学计量比的表面制备的CdTe钝化膜与HgCdTe界面孔洞大小及数量显著减小,说明CdTe/HgCdTe界面的缺陷密度更低。

沼渣作为一种重要的有机废弃物资源,对其进行有效利用、资源化处理具有重要的环保和经济意义。腐熟环节是影响沼渣中有机物质降解与转化的重要环节,基于此,以沼渣为主要材料,设计六个实验组,分别使用尿素、增效剂、秸秆和两种复合菌剂进行搭配,采用室内好氧腐熟发酵的方法,以研究不同调理剂对好氧堆肥的腐熟影响。结果表明,添加了增效剂、秸秆和复合菌剂B的T6实验组堆肥效果最佳,并且通过Mantel检验和网络分析发现,土壤脲酶显著影响堆肥中微生物的多样性,Chryseolinea可能在堆肥过程中参与了氮素的转化。

In this note, we define firstly a compositive parameter as an index describing the level of solar activity in a solar cycle. The parameter is derived from a combination of the smoothed monthly mean sunspot number with the fluctuation of the associated monthly mean sunspot numbers to the smoothed one. Then, a method is developed for estimating the time of the appearance of a solar maximum based on the conception of similar cycles. An application ofthe method to the 23rd solar cycle shows that the maximum of the cycle should have appeared in the period from April to August 2000, and the descending phase of Cycle 23 has come.

利用第五、六、七次全国人口普查数据,观察分析山西省及地级市在2000—2020年的人口时空分布变化。以山西统计年鉴数据资料为基准,探讨人口迁移与影响因素之间的耦合关系。结果表明,山西省人口总量变化不大,城市人口数量仅太原市、晋中市保持连续正向增长,太原市人口发展迅速;太原市迁入人口构成以本省其他县区人口为主,各地级市对于本市县区人口有较强吸引力;人口迁移驱动因子与地区经济水平、教育资源、交通建设、住宅价格和人均收入有关;通过对空间格局、产业结构、教育分配、交通设施与落户门槛五方面综合规划,可有效提升山西省城市综合实力和对于外来人口的吸引力。研究结论有助于山西省各地级市合理展望和计划未来人口流动分布格局,促进山西省内各地级市人口迁移良好互动,为人口管理政策提供理论支撑与现实依据。

粪大肠菌群普遍存在于人类和温血动物的粪便中,在水环境和水处理过程中与病原体具有相似的稳定性,水质监测中一般选择粪大肠菌群来表征水体微生物安全状况。对2012年-2019年松花江干流开展粪大肠菌群分布特征的研究,结果表明,粪大肠菌群的数量在2.0×10^(2)~2.4×10^(5)MPN/L之间,月达标率69.1%,2012年-2018年达标率呈现上升趋势,2019年略有下降。各断面年际变化规律不一致,总体上2018年和2019年粪大肠菌群数量明显下降。不同水期数量变化规律不同,沿程数量变化呈现“M”型,表现出粪大肠菌群指标受城市生活污水影响明显。存在一定的季节因素影响,自然衰减不明显,人为因素是污染主要原因。2018年后微生物安全基本得到保证,水体的卫生学状况明显改善。

In the era of advanced wearable electronic devices,the triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)as energy harvesting and self-powered sensing units hold great *** appropriate triboelectric material is the crucial factor to optimize the performance of TENG,while polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)stands out as a highly versatile option among the various *** this study,we present an ultrafine nanofibrous PTFE(NF-PTFE)films prepared by novel in-situ fibrillation strategy as the triboelectric material in TENG *** innovative processing methodology facilely addresses the dilemma between high porosity and fine pore size of traditional porous PTFE films,meanwhile achieves exceptional mechanical strength,hydrophobicity,air permeability,and chemical resistance of the *** the integration of nanofibrous PTFE films into contact-separation mode TENG and droplet-based TENG,these devices realize the peak electrical output of 131 V/10.8μA and 54 V/14μA with great durability,which surpass the performance of TENGs using traditional expanded PTFE ***,a smart glove capable of recognizing hand gestures is proposed,which demonstrates the versatility,flexibility,and practicality of this material for potential use in smart *** reported NF-PTFE film provides insights for the design of high-performance TENG device for advanced wearable electrical applications.

Cultural relics have their unique artistic, cultural and historical value, and the protection of important cultural relics is conducive to the inheritance of historical culture. As a kind of cementing agent and binder commonly seen in cultural relics protection, epoxy resin is widely used in the bonding and consolidation of various materials in cultural relics, which has important practical application value. In this review, a systematic classification of commonly used epoxy resins, including their molecular structures, synthesis reactions and properties are provided, the problems and solutions of epoxy resin in cultural relics protection are summarized. The solutions are classified into three aspects: functional epoxy resin, blending modification, and other modification. Representative application examples of epoxy resin are listed in the field of cultural relics protection, and the development direction of epoxy resin in cultural relics protection in the future is proposed, which provides useful guidance for the modification of epoxy resin and its application in cultural relics protection in the future.

Modulating the alloying mode in the doping-induced synthesis of Au-Pd nanowires

Heterogeneous doping is one effective strategy for synthesizing metal alloy ***,the heterogeneous doping processes of Pd on the ultrathin Au nanowires were systematically modulated and ***-Pd alloy nanowires with various morphologies and lattice structures can be obtained by adjusting the morphology of the precursor Au nanowires and the kinetics of the heterogeneous doping *** effects of the rate of Pd reduction and the concentration of the ligand oleylamine(OAm)on the Pd deposition and alloying mode were ***,as the Pd deposition rate decreases,the Pd deposition and alloying mode switches from the island-forming Stransky–Krastanov(SK)mode to the epitaxial Frank-van der Merwe(FM)mode,and eventually to an unconventional twisting alloying mode,where the interdiffusion of Pd and Au causes drastic rearrangement of the lattice structure and formation of helical *** kinetics-related variation of alloying mode could also be observed in the Au-Ag nanowires,demonstrating a general design principle for the synthesis of alloy *** addition,the electrocatalytic performance of various Au-Pd nanowires was evaluated,and the alloy nanowire formed via the SK mode was found to be an excellent electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction and ethanol oxidation.

Suppressing nonradiative recombination and releasing residual strain areprerequisites to improving the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,long-chain polyacrylic acid(PAA)is used to reinforce SnO_(2)film and passivate SnO_(2)defects,forming a structure similar to“reinforcedconcrete”with high tensile strength and fewer ***,PAA is also introduced to the SnO_(2)/perovskite interface as a“buffer spring”torelease residual strain,which also acts as a“dual-side passivation interlayer”to passivate the oxygen vacancies of SnO_(2)and Pb dangling bonds in *** a result,the best inorganic CsPbBr_(3)PSC achieves a championpower conversion efficiency of 10.83%with an ultrahigh open-circuit voltageof 1.674 *** unencapsulated PSC shows excellent stability under 80%relative humidity and 80℃over 120 days.
