Tension stress in steel-concrete composite is widely observed in engineering *** on an experimental program on tension performance of three square concrete-filled tubes(SCFT),the tension theory of SCFT is proposed using a mechanics-based *** tension stiffening effect,the confining strengthening effect and the confining stiffening effect,observed in tests of SCFTs are included in the developed tension theory ***,simplified constitutive models of steel and concrete are proposed for the axial tension performance of *** on the *** software,a special fiber beam-column element is proposed to include the confining effect of SCFTs under tension and *** proposed analytical theory,effective formulas,and equivalent constitutive laws are extensively verified against three available tests reported in the literature on both global level(e.g.,load-displacement curves)and strain *** experimental verification proves the accuracy of the proposed theory and formulations in simulating the performance of SCFT members under tension with the capability to accurately predict the tensile strength and stiffness enhancements and realistically simulate the fractal cracking phenomenon.

Background:To solve the cluster analysis better,we propose a new method based on the chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO)***:In order to enhance the performance in clustering,we propose a novel method based on *** first evaluate the clustering performance of this model using the variance ratio criterion(VRC)as the evaluation *** effectiveness of the CPSO algorithm is compared with that of the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)*** CPSO aims to improve the VRC value while avoiding local optimal *** simulated dataset is set at three levels of overlapping:non-overlapping,partial overlapping,and severe ***,we compare CPSO with two other ***:By observing the comparative results,our proposed CPSO method performs *** the conditions of non-overlapping,partial overlapping,and severe overlapping,our method has the best VRC values of 1683.2,620.5,and 275.6,*** mean VRC values in these three cases are 1683.2,617.8,and ***:The CPSO performed better than other methods for cluster analysis *** is effective for cluster analysis.

Breast cancer is a major public health concern that affects women *** is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women,and early detection is crucial for successful ***,breast cancer can often go undetected until it has reached advanced stages,making it more difficult to ***,there is a pressing need for accurate and efficient diagnostic tools to detect breast cancer at an early *** proposed approach utilizes SqueezeNet with fire modules and complex bypass to extract informative features from mammography *** extracted features are then utilized to train a support vector machine(SVM)for mammography image *** SqueezeNet-guided SVMmodel,known as SNSVM,achieved promising results,with an accuracy of 94.10% and a sensitivity of 94.30%.A 10-fold cross-validation was performed to ensure the robustness of the results,and the mean and standard deviation of various performance indicators were calculated across multiple *** model also outperforms state-of-the-art models in all performance indicators,indicating its superior *** demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach for breast cancer diagnosis using mammography *** superior performance of the proposed model across all indicators makes it a promising tool for early breast cancer *** may have significant implications for reducing breast cancer mortality rates.

The English concept“primary health care”(PHC)has been misunderstood and wrongly interpreted in Chinese as“entry-level health care”(初级卫生保健)for more than a half *** the other hand,specialty care was considered“advanced health care.”This misconception of PHC permeated the government and the health care field with many negative consequences for China’s vision of its health care and development strategy,in areas such as government policy-making,health care financing,infrastructure planning,and health care workforce *** article elucidates how PHC has been misconstrued and translated into“entry-level health care”in China and why it is a wrong interpretation of the PHC concept from various angles,including the basic English meaning of“primary”and“health care,”the concept of comprehensive PHC,the global PHC experience,and the harmful consequences of the misconception in China’s PHC development and in society at ***’s current new health care reform toward a PHC-centered health system has made significant early achievements,but also faces huge challenges,including the widespread and ingrained misconception of *** is hoped that academic scholars in the health care field,medical professionals,and officials in the government will gain clearer insight into the PHC concept and rectify its harmful effects on PHC development in various sectors,and promote advancement of meaningful health care reform applicable to the masses.

This paper presents a 6-layer customized convolutional neural network model(6L-CNN)to rapidly screen out patients with COVID-19 infection in chest CT *** model can effectively detect whether the target CT image contains images of pneumonia *** this method,6L-CNN was trained as a binary classifier using the dataset containing CT images of the lung with and without pneumonia as a *** results show that the model improves the accuracy of screening out COVID-19 *** to othermethods,the performance is *** addition,the method can be extended to other similar clinical conditions.

Complex Precipitation Mechanism of Ti-Nb-V Microalloyed Bainitic Base High Strength Steel

The addition of high Ti（>0.1%） in microalloyed bainitic high strength steel was designed, and the precipitation morphology of steels with different Ti, Nb, and V contents was studied by utilizing transmission electron microscopy（TEM）. Based on the classical nucleation-crystal growth theory and the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation, the precipitation thermodynamic and kinetic model of second phase particles in austenite was established in the form of（Nbx,Vy,Tiz）C, and the complex precipitation mechanism of second phase particles was emphatically studied. The experimental results show that the complex precipitation particles could be divided into two categories: the coarser particles with about 100 nm grain size and the independent complex precipitation particles in the form of（Nb,V,Ti）C with 35-50 nm grain size. The latter has a better precipitation strengthening effect, and the calculated PTT curve shows a typical "C" shape. When the deformed storage energy is 3 820 J?mol-1, the fastest precipitation temperature of calculated PTT curve is 925 °C, and the calculated result is essentially consistent with experimental values. The increase of Ti content increased the nose point temperature and expanded the range of fastest precipitation temperature.
