Early-onset mental disorders are associated with disrupted neurodevelopmental processes during *** methylazoxymethanol acetate(MAM)animal model,in which disruption in neurodevelopmental processes is induced,mimics the abnormal neurodevelopment associated with early-onset mental disorders from an etiological *** conducted longitudinal structural magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scans during childhood,adolescence,and adulthood in MAM rats to identify specific brain regions and critical windows for ***,the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)intervention on the target brain region during the critical window was *** addition,the efficacy of this intervention paradigm was tested in a group of adolescent patients with early-onset mental disorders(diagnosed with major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder)to evaluate its clinical translational *** results demonstrated that,compared to the control group,the MAM rats exhibited significantly lower striatal volume from childhood to adulthood(all P0.05)but was significantly lower than the control group from adolescence to adulthood(both P0.05).In the clinical trial,adolescents with early-onset mental disorders showed a significant increase in hippocampal volume after rTMS treatment compared to baseline(P<0.01),and these volumetric changes were associated with improvement in depressive symptoms(r=−0.524,P=0.018).These findings highlight the potential of targeting aberrant hippocampal development during adolescence as a viable intervent

Association of Lifestyle Factors and Sperm Motility in Adults from an Ethnic Minority Region of Southwest China

Objectives: To understand sperm motility in adults and its association with lifestyle in an ethnic minority area in Southwest China. Methods: A hospital-based cross-sectional study to assess sperm motility in male adults was conducted at the Reproductive Health Center from January 2018 to May 2019. The data was collected with a questionnaire and semen quality was analyzed with Computer-Aided Sperm Analysis system (CASA). Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to measure the relationship between lifestyle factors and sperm motility. Results: A total of 349 people were recruited. Dietary celery intake was significantly related to the increase of sperm progressive motility and total motility (β = 7.00, 95% CI: 1.59, 12.42 and β = 7.26, 95% CI: 1.45, 13.07, respectively). Cola consumption was associated with increased sperm progressive motility (β = 9.71, 95% CI: 1.46, 17.96). Background:Nasal insertion is the preferred method for non-intubated patients in flexible bronchoscopy;however,the relatively narrow nasal cavity results in difficulties related to bronchoscope *** study aimed to investigate whether pre-operative nasal probe tests could reduce the time to pass the glottis,improve the first-pass success rate and patients’tolerance,and reduce postoperative ***:This three-arm prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in a tertiary hospital between May and October *** hundred patients requiring diagnosis and treatment using flexible bronchoscopy were randomly allocated to three groups:control group,simple cotton bud detection group(CD group),and adrenaline+lidocaine detection group(AD group).The primary outcome was the time to pass the *** outcomes included the first-pass success rate,the patients’tolerance scores,and post-operative ***-way analysis of variance,Kruskal-WallisH test,Chi-squared test,Fisher’s exact test,and Bonferroni’s multiple comparison tests were used in this ***:In total,189 men and 111 women were enrolled in this study,with a mean age of 55.72±12.86 *** insertion time was significantly shorter in the AD group than in the control group(18.00 s[12.00–26.50 s]vs.24.00 s[14.50–45.50 s],P=0.005).Both the AD(99%vs.83%,χ2=15.62,P<0.001)and CD groups(94%vs.83%,χ2=5.94,P=0.015)had a significantly higher first-pass success rate than the control *** with the control group,post-operative bleeding(1%vs.13%,χ2=11.06,P<0.001)was significantly lower in the AD ***,no significant difference was found in the patients’tolerance ***:Pre-operative nasal cavity probe tests especially with adrenaline and lidocaine during flexible bronchoscopy can significantly reduce the time to pass the glottis,improve the first-pass success rate,and reduce post-operative nasal ***-operative nasal probe tests are recommended as a

基于用户会话日志,提出了一种融合XGBoost和门控循环单元网络的TF-Ranking推荐方法。该方法利用门控循环单元学习用户行为。首先,利用XGBoost进行特征提取,克服了传统方法中数据模型复杂的缺陷,使数据模型在保持原始属性的基础上大大降低了复杂度;其次,利用改进后的Dropout网络对数据进行处理,使得召回率提高了1.32%;最后,基于Learning to Rank与Pairwise方法训练用户会话数据,尽可能为用户提供一个与查询内容相关性较强的正向排序推荐清单。实验在Trivago RecSys Challenge 2019数据集上进行。结果表明,所提出的推荐算法在召回率和平均倒数排名上均有提高,而且可以应用于大规模数据推荐。

目前,涡轮冷却叶片等复杂结构的多模式寿命可靠性分析中存在各功能模块的集成与管理不成体系、参数化联合调用技术不完善的工程应用问题。针对这些问题,完善了随机不确定性下涡轮冷却叶片多模式寿命可靠性分析的工程化方法,搭建了多模式寿命可靠性分析的参数化、多软件联合仿真平台,为某型号叶片寿命可靠性分析提供合理的工程化方法及高效便捷的自动化实现工具。主要工作包括:一建立了不确定性环境下含孔、肋及空腔复杂结构网格划分和结构有限元仿真的参数化方法,实现了随机变量不同取值下仿真的自动执行,解决了可靠性理论方法应用至复杂工程结构的瓶颈问题;二在经回归处理的概率寿命曲线中考虑温度插值及多失效模式串联系统,拓展了概率寿命曲线的应用范围,使得所建涡轮叶片寿命可靠性模型更符合实际;三提出了可靠性分析数字模拟过程中嵌入包括有限元结构分析和疲劳寿命极限状态面两方面的双层自适应代理模型方法,该自适应策略可在保证寿命可靠性分析精度的基础上提高效率。通过所建平台在某型号叶片上的算例分析及与蒙特卡洛法参考解的对比,验证了所提多模式系统寿命可靠性分析工程化方法的高效和准确性及仿真平台的实用性。

DNMT3A encodes a DNA methyltransferase involved in development,cell differentiation,and gene transcription,which is mutated and aberrant-expressed in ***,we revealed that loss of DNMT3A promotes malignant phenotypes in lung *** on the epigenetic inhibitor library synthetic lethal screening,we found that small-molecule HDAC6 inhibitors selectively killed DNMT3A-defective NSCLC *** of HDAC6 by siRNAs reduced cell growth and induced apoptosis in DNMT3A-defective NSCLC ***,sensitive cells became resistant when DNMT3A was ***,the selectivity to HDAC6 inhibition was recapitulated in mice,where an HDAC6 inhibitor retarded tumor growth established from DNMT3A-defective but not DNMT3A parental NSCLC ***,DNMT3A loss resulted in the upregulation of HDAC6 through decreasing its promoter CpG methylation and enhancing transcription factor RUNX1 ***,our results indicated that HIF-1 pathway was activated in DNMT3A-defective cells whereas inactivated by HDAC6 *** of HIF-1 contributed to the elimination of synthetic lethality between DNMT3A and ***,HIF-1 pathway inhibitors could mimic the selective efficacy of HDAC6 inhibition in DNMT3A-defective *** results demonstrated HDAC6 as a HIF-1-dependent vulnerability of DNMT3A-defective ***,our findings identify HDAC6 as a potential HIF-1-dependent therapeutic target for the treatment of DNMT3A-defective cancers like NSCLC.

为了自动实现含气膜孔涡轮叶片寿命的可靠性设计优化,减少其有限元计算时间成本,提出了含气膜孔涡轮叶片的非结构局部网格参数化方法。该网格参数化方法将叶片划分为参数化区域和非参数化区域,分别设计非参数化区域的网格以及参数化区域的网格控制点,更新气膜孔的形状和位置后,保持非参数化区域的网格不变,重构参数化区域的网格。相比于结构网格的全局变形方法,该方法能够在保证有限元计算精度的同时,很大程度上缩减有限元的计算时间,有效提高可靠性设计优化的效率。

采用水热晶化法,以四甲基胍(TMG)为形貌调控剂,一步合成封装PtZn纳米合金的薄片状Silicalite-1分子筛(PtZn@Silicalite-1)。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对样品进行表征分析,并考察了其丙烷脱氢催化性能。结果显示,加入TMG可有效调控Silicalite-1分子筛晶体的生长取向,晶体沿b轴的尺寸与TMG/SiO_(2)的比值呈反比。在550℃和纯丙烷气氛下,片状PtZn@Silicalite-1催化剂表现出优异的丙烷脱氢性能,经过20 h的连续反应,其失活常数仅为0.007 h^(-1),而常规PtZn@Silicalite-1催化剂为0.013 h^(-1)。结合表征结果,薄片状分子筛催化剂具有更大的外比表面积和更短的b轴直通道,这提高了脱氢活性位的可接近性,缩短了气体分子在孔道中的扩散路径,从而提升了催化剂的活性和稳定性。
