Telomere DNA is transcribed into telomeric repeat-containing RNA(referred to as TERRA)in mammalian *** molecules play critical roles in telomere biology,including regulation of telomerase activity and heterochromatin formation at chromosome ends.G-quadruplex can be a novel target for the development of therapeutics for the treatment of *** TERRA consists of consecutive repeats of UUAGGG,extensive studies were carried out to assess G-quadruplex formation in these telomeric ***,we examined the ability of six benzothioxanthene derivatives S-S(Fig.1)to induce the formation of and stabilize TERRA G-quadruplex by EMSA(Fig.2),UV-melting and CD techniques and the influence of S-S on MCF-7 and Hep G2cells through real-time cell analysis,wound healing,trap assay *** show that six compounds could differentially induce 26nt G-rich oligonucleotides to form the G-quadruplex with high selectivity vs mis-RNA,stabilize it with high affinity,promote apoptosis and inhibit mobility and telomerase activity of MCF-7 and HepG *** study suggests that this type of compounds that induce the formation of and stabilize the TERRA G-quadruplex,and consequently inhibit telomerase activity,leading to cell apoptosis,can play an important role in the development of novel anti-tumor drugs targeting G-quadruplex.

A new heterometallic 4f-3d complex [Y（C6NO2H5）3（H2O）2]n（1.5nZnCl4）·nH2O（1）, was synthesized via a hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c： a=0.94847（9） nm, b=2.0947（2） nm, c=1.6001（2） nm, β=104.467（2）°, V=3.0781（5） nm3, Mr=823.04, Dc=1.776 g/cm3, S=1.009, μ（Mo Kα）=3.603 mm-1, F（000）=1632, R=0.0787, and wR=0.2273. Complex 1, with four formula units in a cell, was characteristic of a one-dimensional polycationic chain-like structure. Photoluminescent investigation showed that the title complex displayed a strong emission in the blue region, which was attributed to the intraligand π-π＊ transition of the nicotinic ligands. Optical absorption spectrum of complex 1 revealed the presence of a wide optical bandgap of 4.17 eV.

Oscillation properties of matter–wave bright solitons in harmonic potentials

We investigate the oscillation periods of bright soliton pair or vector bright soliton pair in harmonic potentials. We demonstrate that periods of low-speed solitons are greatly affected by the position shift during their collisions. The modified oscillation periods are described by defining a characterized speed, with the aid of asymptotic analysis on related exact analytic soliton solutions in integrable cases. The oscillation period can be used to distinguish the inter-and intra-species interactions between solitons. However, a bright soliton cannot oscillate in a harmonic trap, when it is coupled with a dark soliton(without any trapping potentials). Interestingly, it can oscillate in an anti-harmonic potential, and the oscillation behavior is explained by a quasi-particle theory. The modified period of two dark-bright solitons can be also described well by the characterized speed. These results address well the effects of position shift during soliton collision, which provides an important supplement for previous studies without considering phase shift effects.

通过引入(NPB/MoO3)x/NPB作为空穴传输层,获得了低驱动电压的有机电致发光器件(OLEDs),(NPB/MoO3)x为多层结构(x为0,1和2)。通过对比发现,在相同亮度下,x=1对应的器件具有最低的工作电压。这是由于在NPB和MoO3之间产生了电荷转移复合物(charge transfer,CT),这将会降低器件的空穴注入势垒,从而降低其工作电压。文中所研究器件为基于8-羟基喹啉铝(tris(8-hydroxyquino-line)aluminum,Alq3)的绿光器件。与x=0时的普通器件相比,在亮度为1 000 cd.m-2时,x=1时的工作电压降低了0.8 V。

运用时间序列分析理论对吉林西部地下水位动态变化进行了分析和预报.首先采用多项式拟合提取水位动态的趋势分量,而后运用频谱分析方法中的谐波分析提取其中的周期成分,利用自回归(AR)模型模拟随机分量,最后将三者线性叠加建立预报模型,并给出了模型精度检验方法.通过模型分析,可知该区地下水位变化存在两个主要周期(1年和7～9年),揭示了地下水位的季节性变化和多年变化规律.2002年以后的预报结果表明部分地区的地下水位将持续下降,应及时加以控制.

Mesoscopic superconducting islands hosting Majorana zero modes(MZMs),or Majorana islands in short,offer a prototype of topological *** this work we investigate theoretically the model of a generic Majorana island tunneling-coupled to a singlepiece metallic substrate,hence an embedded Majorana *** show the crucial consequences of an interplay between the topological ground states nonlocally addressed by the MZMs and the metallic bath with coherent electron propagation:on the one hand,the topological degeneracy on the Majorana island can be preserved,by virtue of the particle-hole symmetry,despite the apparent bath-induced coupling between MZMs;on the other hand,the electronic interference in the metallic bath may lead to profound alterations to the renormalization group behavior of the hybrid system towards low energy/temperature compared with conventional Kondo *** work serves to establish the model of embedded Majorana islands as an experimentally relevant and theoretically intriguing problem particularly in the direction of topological quantum computation.

为研究爆炸冲击波和破片联合作用下复合夹芯结构的防护能力和毁伤机理,采用TNT和预制破片开展了冲击波和破片联合作用下玻璃纤维夹芯结构的联合毁伤实验。研究玻璃纤维复合夹芯结构的毁伤特性,将其防护能力与芳纶、高强聚乙烯复合夹芯结构进行了量化对比,并分析了冲击波和破片联合作用下复合夹芯结构前面板、芯层、后面板的破坏模式及相应破坏机理。结果表明:选用复合夹芯结构抗冲击波和破片联合毁伤时,同等防护能力所需E玻璃纤维芯层重量分别为芳纶芯层、高强聚乙烯芯层的1.37倍、2.50倍;前面板破坏模式主要由冲击波载荷、破片载荷、芯层约束3方面因素共同决定;破片载荷对芯层破坏模式起主要作用,后面板破坏模式与芯层碰撞、破片载荷两方面因素有关,其中冲击波载荷和芯层碰撞为面载荷,使前后面板产生整体弯曲变形,破片载荷为点载荷,使面板和芯层产生局部的穿甲破孔,芯层约束限制了前面板变形空间。
