A quantum dot(QD)mode-locked laser as an active comb generator takes advantage of its small footprint,low power consumption,large optical bandwidth,and high-temperature stability,which is an ideal multi-wavelength source for applications such as datacom,optical interconnects,and *** this work,we report a fourth-order colliding pulse mode-locked laser(CPML)based on InAs/GaAs QD gain structure,which can generate ultrastable optical frequency combs in the O-band with 100 GHz spacing at operation temperature up to 100℃.A record-high flat-top optical comb is achieved with 3 dB optical bandwidth of 11.5 nm(20 comb lines)at 25℃.The average optical linewidth of comb lines is measured as 440 ***-channel non-return-to-zero modulation rates of 70 Gbit/s and four-level pulse amplitude modulation of 40 GBaud/s are also *** further extend the comb bandwidth,an array of QD-CPMLs driven at separate temperatures is proposed to achieve 36 nm optical bandwidth(containing 60 comb lines with 100 GHz mode spacing),capable of a total transmission capacity of 4.8 Tbit/*** demonstrated results show the feasibility of using the QD-CPML as a desirable broadband comb source to build future large-bandwidth and power-efficient optical interconnects.

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),with the general formula MX_(2)(M=Mo/W/Fe/Co/Ni,etc.;X=S/Se/Te),have attracted extensive research interests for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Compared with numerous studies on noble-metal-free TMDs,the chalcogen-dependent HER catalytic properties of noble-metal-based TMDs are lack of sufficient research ***,a facile electrospinning-assisted synthetic strategy is proposed to synthesize ruthenium dichalcogenides(RuX_(2),X=S/Se/Te)nanoparticles decorated carbon nanofibers(CNFs).Benefiting from the identical nanofibrous morphology and exposed crystal planes of RuX_(2)(111),the catalytic activities of RuX_(2)@CNFs samples were investigated and compared in a fair and direct *** electrochemical measurements coupled with density functional theory calculations were carried out to probe their intrinsic HER catalytic activities,resulting in the catalytic activity order of RuS_(2)@CNFs>RuSe_(2)@CNFs>RuTe_(2)@CNFs in acidic media and that of RuS_(2)@CNFs>RuTe_(2)@CNFs>RuSe_(2)@CNFs in alkaline *** superior catalytic performance of RuS_(2)@CNFs mainly stems from the relative lower HER energy barriers and thereby the higher intrinsic catalytic activity of RuS_(2)(111),leading to ultralow overpotentials of 44 and 9 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) in acidic and alkaline media,***_(2)(111)is endowed with the more optimized Gibbs free energy of hydrogen adsorption(ΔGH*)than RuTe_(2)(111),but RuTe_(2)(111)shows enhanced catalytic property for H_(2)O dissociation and OH-desorption than RuSe_(2)(111),therefore,resulting in the altered catalytic activity sequences for RuSe_(2) and RuTe_(2) in acidic and alkaline media.

[目的]防止秸秆资源浪费,解决秸秆降解问题,探究微生物降解条件下秸秆降解效率。[方法]通过富集驯化培养,从腐熟好的秸秆堆肥中筛选具有降解能力的菌株,构建出具有降解能力的复合菌系ZM-10,对其进行16S rDNA测序,确定系统发育地位。以液体摇瓶发酵产滤纸酶活性(FPA)变化为评价依据,设置单因素试验优化复合菌系ZM-10的产纤维素酶条件及固态菌剂发酵条件,制备出降解效率最佳的发酵菌剂,用于小白菜盆栽试验。[结果]组成复合菌系ZM-10的菌株分别为枸橼酸杆菌(Citrobacter cronae)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus velezensis)、台湾假单胞菌(Pseudomonas taiwanensis)、臭苣苔属菌(Myroides odoratus)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)。复合菌系ZM-10固态最佳发酵条件包括:培养基配方为玉米秸秆粉4.00 g、麦麸2.67 g、花生片粉2.67 g、豆粕2.67 g,最佳外加碳源为0.3%乳糖,最佳外加氮源为0.3%蛋白胨,最适培养条件为接种量24%、干燥温度60℃、发酵时间6 d,固态菌剂最适载体为生物炭,最佳负载量m(生物炭)∶m(复合菌液)为1∶1.375。盆栽试验表明,施用复合菌剂的处理下小白菜的株高、叶面积、根冠比、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量等指标均高于对照。[结论]本试验成功构建了高效降解秸秆的复合菌系ZM-10及菌剂,并验证了菌剂对小白菜生长发育的积极影响,为解决秸秆资源浪费和作物生产效率提供了新思路。

The debate regarding whether the Yarlung-Zangbo ophiolite(YZO)on the south of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,formed in a mid-ocean ridge(MOR)or a supra-subduction zone(SSZ)setting has remained *** we present petrological,mineralogical,and geochemical data associated with modeling melting geodynamics of the mantle peridotites from the Purang ophiolite in the western segment of the Yarlung-Zangbo Suture Zone(YZSZ)to explore its tectonic *** Purang lherzolites are characterized by the protogranular texture and have abyssal-peridotite-like mineral compositions,including low Cr^(#)(20-30)and TiO_(2) contents(<0.1wt%)in spinel,high Al_(2)O_(3)(2.9wt%-4.4wt%)and CaO(1.9wt%-3.7wt%)contents in orthopyroxene and LREE-depletion in *** of these lherzolites can be modeled by~11%dynamic melting of the DMM source with a small fraction of melt(~0.5%)entrapped within the source,a similar melting process to typical abyssal *** Purang harzburgites are characterized by the porphyroclastic texture and exhibit highly refractory mineral compositions such as high spinel Cr^(#)(40-68),low orthopyroxene Al_(2)O_(3)(<2.2wt%)and CaO(<1.1wt%)*** in these harzburgites are enriched in Sr(up to 6.0 ppm)and LREE[(Ce)N=0.02-0.4],but depleted in Ti(200 ppm,on average)and HREE[(Yb)N<2].Importantly,the more depleted samples tend to have higher clinopyroxene Sr and LREE *** observations indicate an open-system hydrous melting with a continuous influx of slab fluid at a subduction *** modeled results show that these harzburgites could be formed by 19%-23%hydrous melting with the supply rate of slab fluid at 0.1%-1%.The lower clinopyroxene V/Sc ratios in harzburgites than those in lherzolites suggest a high oxidation stage of the melting system of harzburgites,which is consistent with a hydrous melting environment for these *** is therefore concluded that the Purang ophiolite has experienced a transformat

Repairing Achilles tendon has emerged as a long-standing challenge in the orthopaedic *** suture is the gold standard for re-attaching and repairing the fractured Achilles tendons in clinical surgeries,it is still subjected to numerous adverse side-effects,including chronic inflammatory,tendon tissue re-rupture,scar formation,and post-surgical peritendinous *** this work,we develop a class of hydrogel bioadhesives with tailored nanoscale phase separation for Achilles tendon *** address the existing limitations of sutures,our hydrogel bioadhesives encompass three core functionalities:(i)instant and tough adhesion to Achilles tendon tissues,(ii)extraordinary long-term adhesion robustness under wet and dynamic in vivo conditions,and(iii)anti-postsurgical peritendinous *** our hydrogel bioadhesives with sutures,such kind of integrated approach enables a conformable yet robust biointerface with the tendon tissues,and prevents the fibroblast migration and formation of connective tissues,thus facilitating the tendon *** hydrogel bioadhesives reported here open up new opportunities for the repairing of fractured Achilles tendons in diverse and complicated clinical scenarios.

The crystal langasite manifests its unique advantages and potentials for high temperature applications due to a high electromechanical coupling coefficient, temperature compensated orientations for surface acoustic wave （SAW）, and temperature stability. In order to analyze the pressure-induced frequency shift in SAW resonator type sensors at high temperature, this paper presents the electroelastic wave equations employing the effective material constants for small vibrations superimposed on biases originated from homogeneous temperature and external pressure fields in the Lagrangian description. Incorporated with the first-order perturbation integration, a model including both the mechanical and electrical perturbation items originating from thermal biases and small pressure fields is proposed. This universal model is suitable for substrate with high piezoelectricity and can be applied at either room temperature or high temperature circumstance. The criteria of optimal cuts for SAW pressure sensitivity, i.e., high electromechanical coupling coefficient and low temperature coefficient of delay, are proposed. A thorough investigation in trebly rotated cuts has shown that optimal pressure sensitive crystallographic areas can be obtained. The areas suitable for pressure sensors at room temperature are defined with Euler angles Ω1： φ=0°-0.6°, θ=144.4°-145.8°, ψ =23.2°-24.1°,Ω2： φ=59.4°-61.°, θ=34.2°-36.2°, ψ =24.1°-22.3°,Ω3： φ=119°-120°, θ=143.8°-145.5°, ψ =22.3°-23.5° The areas suitable for pressure sensors at high temperature are defined with Euler angles Ⅰ： φ=8°-30°, θ=24°-36°, ψ =4°-25°Ⅱ： φ=30°-55°, θ=144.4°-158°, ψ =4°-28° A set of experiments employing LGS （0, 150°, 22°） and （0, 90°, 0） has been performed to check the validity of the proposed calculation. The experimental relative sensitivity is in excellent agreement with the theoretical results.
