A multi-bit antifuse-type one-time programmable （OTP） memory is designed, which has a smaller area and a shorter programming time compared with the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory. While the conventional antifuse-type OTP memory can store a bit per cell, a proposed OTP memory can store two consecutive bits per cell through a data compression technique. The 1 kbit OTP memory designed with magnachip 0.18 μm CmOS （complementary metal-oxide semiconductor） process is 34% smaller than the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory since the sizes of cell array and row decoder are reduced. And the programming time of the proposed OTP memory is nearly 50% smaller than that of the conventional counterpart since two consecutive bytes can be compressed and programmed into eight OTP cells at once. The layout area is 214 μm× 327 μ,, and the read current is simulated to be 30.4 μA.

A feature extraction and fusion algorithm was constructed by combining principal component analysis(PCA) and linear discriminant analysis(LDA) to detect a fault state of the induction *** yielding a feature vector with PCA and LDA from current signal that was measured by an experiment,the reference data were used to produce matching *** a diagnostic step,two matching values that were obtained by PCA and LDA,respectively,were combined by probability model,and a faulted signal was finally *** the proposed diagnosis algorithm brings only merits of PCA and LDA into relief,it shows excellent performance under the noisy *** simulation was executed under various noisy conditions in order to demonstrate the suitability of the proposed algorithm and showed more excellent performance than the case just using conventional PCA or LDA.

The effects of Si content on combinations of important properties such as hardness, hardenability, and weldability in addition to strength increment were systematically investigated to develop a mo and V free low alloy cast steel for automobile cold pressing die insert. For the evaluation of the applicability as the die insert, the mechanical properties were measured after spheroidization annealing （SA）, quenching and tempering （Q/T）, and flame hardening （Fh） treatments, respectively. The developed 0.8%-1.6%Si containing mo and V free alloy cast steels showed excellent matrix strengthening effect, hardenability, and weldability, fulfilling the industrial criterion of the mechanical properties for the die insert.

The hydration of quick lime and the sulfation of hydrated lime were carried out for verification of relationship between the reactivity of quick lime and the properties of hydrated lime as a sorbent. The effect of reactivity of quick lime was investigated with the change of calcination temperature and time. Results obtained showed that the temperature rise during the hydration of quick limes varied from 31 to 69℃ with the variation of calcination temperature and time. The specific surface area and the sulfation ability of hydrated lime prepared by hydration of quick lime showed a proportional relationship with the reactivity of quick lime. The hydrated lime which was prepared by hydration of quick lime calcined at 1100℃ had the highest reactivity and showed 41.53 m^2/g of the specific surface area, 0.16 cm^3/g of the pore volume and 87% of the removal efficiency for SO2 removal,

Aim:To determine whether in utero and neonatal exposure to a 60 hz extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (EmF) results in spermatotoxicity and reproductive dysfunction in the F1 offspring of ***:Age-matched, pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed continuously (21 h/day) to a 60 hz EmF at field strengths of 0 (sham control),5,83.3 or 500 μT from day 6 of gestation through to day 21 of *** experimentally generated magnetic field was monitored continuously (uninterrupted monitoring over the period of the study) throughout the ***:No exposure-related changes were found in exposed or sham-exposed animals with respect to the anogenital distance,preputial separation,testis weight,testicular histology,sperm count,daily sperm production, sperm motility,sperm morphology and reproductive capacity of F1 ***:Exposure of Sprague- Dawley rats to a 60 hz EmF at field strengths of up to 500 μT from day 6 of gestation to day 21 of lactation did not produce any detectable alterations in offspring spermatogenesis and fertility.

Denitrification Rates and Their Controlling Factors in Streams of the han River Basin with Different Land-Use Patterns

Land-use patterns can affect various nutrient cycles in stream ecosystems, but little information is available about the effects of urban development on denitrification processes at the watershed scale. In the presented study, we investigated the controlling factors of denitrification rates within the streams of the han River Basin, Korea, with different land-use patterns, in order to enhance the effectiveness of water resource management strategies. Ten watersheds were classified into three land-use patterns （forest, agriculture and urban） using satellite images and geographic information system techniques, and in-situ denitrification rates were determined using an acetylene blocking method. Additionally, sediment samples were collected from each stream to analyze denitrifier communities and abundance using molecular approaches. In-situ denitrification rates were found to be in the order of agricultural streams （289.6 mg N20-N m-2 d-1）〉 urban streams （157.0 mg N20-N m-2 d-1）〉 forested streams （41.9 mg N20-N m-2 d-l）. In contrast, the average quantity of denitrifying genes was the lowest in the urban streams. Genetic diversity of denitrifying genes was not affected by watershed land-use pattern, but exhibited stream-dependent pattern. more significance factors were involved in denitrification in the sites with higher denitrification rates. multiple linear regression analysis revealed that clay, dissolved organic carbon and water contents were the main factors controlling denitrification rate in the agricultural streams, while dissolved organic carbon was the main controlling factor in the urban streams. In contrast, temperature appeared to be the main controlling factor in the forested streams.

Extraction of y(III) and Dy(III) from hydrochloric and nitric acids by Cy-572 in kerosene was studied. The factors affecting the extraction were separately investigated. The stoichiometry of the extracted species was deduced on the basis of slope analysis method. Evaluation of extraction equilibrium and stripping investigation was studied as well as saponification effect of Cy-572. The composition of the extracted metal species in the organic phase was found to be [mA·(hA)] for y(III) or Dy(III) in both media.1.0 mol/L hCI is the best stripping agent for each metal ion from the studied acidic media in one *** Cy-572 does not exhibit any selectivity towards the extraction of y(III) or Dy(III) from both hCI and hNOsolutions. Based on the obtained results, the data were compared and the separation feasibility between lanthanides and y(III) in the two media was discussed.

microstructural evolution during directional solidification （DS） of Ni-base superalloy IN792＋hf has been investigated with an emphasis on theγ′precipitates and mC-type *** quantitative image analyses revealed that the increase in the solidification rate up to 100μm/s at constant thermal gradient of 178 K/cm resulted in a fine and uniform distribution ofγ′*** relationship between the as-castγ′size and cooling rate was also determined for DS IN792＋*** the mean time,the mC carbide size was found to be dependent both on the solidification rate and the S/L interface morphology while the area fraction of mC carbide was significantly influenced by the S/L interface morphology.
