A simple and rapid liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(lC-MS/MS) assay method has been developed and fully validated for simultaneous quantification of pioglitazone and candesartan in human *** was used as an internal *** analytes were extracted from human plasma samples by solid-phase extraction technique using a Strata-X 33 mm polymeric *** reconstituted samples were chromatographed on a C18 column by using a 80:20(v/v) mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/*** calibration curves obtained were linear(rZ0.99) over the concentration range of 15-3000 ng/ml for pioglitazone and 5-608 ng/ml for *** results of the intra-and inter-day precision and accuracy studies were well within the acceptable limits.A run time of 2.7 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 300 plasma samples per *** proposed method was found to be applicable to clinical studies.

The Wireless Sensor network(WSn)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSns are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove leach(El)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSns is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the BS *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATlAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

Hemorrhoids are a common and painful condition,with conventional treatments such as endoscopic rubber band ligation(ERBl)and injection sclerotherapy often falling short due to high recurrence rates and significant post-operative pain.A clinical trial by Qu et al introduces a novel approach called endoscopic polidocanol foam sclerobanding(EFSB).This multicenter randomized trial involved 195 patients with grade II and III internal hemorrhoids and demonstrated that EFSB significantly reduced recurrence rates and post-procedural pain while improving symptom relief and patient satisfaction compared to *** study's strengths include its robust design,comprehensive outcome evaluation,and patient-centered *** limitations such as the single-blind design and relatively short follow-up period,the findings suggest that EFSB could enhance clinical practice by offering a more effective and patient-friendly treatment *** research is needed to validate these results and explore the long-term benefits and cost-effectiveness of EFSB.

numerically generating synthetic surface topography that closely resembles the features and characteristics of experimental surface topography measurements reduces the need to perform these intricate and costly ***,existing algorithms to numerically generated surface topography are not well-suited to create the specific characteristics and geometric features of as-built surfaces that result from laser powder bed fusion(lPBF),such as partially melted metal particles,porosity,laser scan lines,and ***,we present a method to generate synthetic as-built lPBF surface topography maps using a progressively growing generative adversarial *** qualitatively and quantitatively demonstrate good agreement between synthetic and experimental as-built lPBF surface topography maps using areal and deterministic surface topography parameters,radially averaged power spectral density,and material ratio *** ability to accurately generate synthetic as-built lPBF surface topography maps reduces the experimental burden of performing a large number of surface topography ***,it facilitates combining experimental measurements with synthetic surface topography maps to create large data-sets that facilitate,*** as-built surface topography to lPBF process parameters,or implementing digital surface twins to monitor complex end-use lPBF parts,amongst other applications.

More devices in the Intelligent Internet of Things(AIoT)result in an increased number of tasks that require low latency and real-time responsiveness,leading to an increased demand for computational *** computing’s low-latency performance issues in AIoT scenarios have led researchers to explore fog computing as a complementary ***,the effective allocation of resources for task execution within fog environments,characterized by limitations and heterogeneity in computational resources,remains a formidable *** tackle this challenge,in this study,we integrate fog computing and cloud *** begin by establishing a fog-cloud environment framework,followed by the formulation of a mathematical model for task ***,we introduce an enhanced hybrid Equilibrium Optimizer(EHEO)tailored for AIoT task *** overarching objective is to decrease both the makespan and energy consumption of the fog-cloud system while accounting for task *** proposed EHEO method undergoes a thorough evaluation against multiple benchmark algorithms,encompassing metrics likemakespan,total energy consumption,success rate,and average waiting *** experimental results unequivocally demonstrate the superior performance of EHEO across all assessed ***,in the most favorable conditions,EHEO significantly diminishes both the makespan and energy consumption by approximately 50%and 35.5%,respectively,compared to the secondbest performing approach,which affirms its efficacy in advancing the efficiency of AIoT task scheduling within fog-cloud networks.

High-temperature oxidation behavior of ferrovanadium(Fev_(2)O_(4))and ferrochrome(FeCr_(2)O_(4))spinels is crucial for the application of spinel as an energy material,as well as for the clean usage of high-chromium vanadium ***,the nonisothermal oxidation behavior of Fev_(2)O_(4)and FeCr_(2)O_(4)prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction was examined by thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction(XRD)at heating rates of 5,10,and 15 K/*** apparent activation energy was determined by the Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)method,whereas the mechanism function was elucidated by the Malek ***,in-situ XRD was conducted to deduce the phase transformation of the oxidation mechanism for Fev_(2)O_(4)and FeCr_(2)O_(4).The results reveal a gradual increase in the overall apparent activation energies for Fev_(2)O_(4)and FeCr_(2)O_(4)during *** stages of the oxidation process are observed based on the oxidation conversion rate of each *** oxidation mechanisms of Fev_(2)O_(4)and FeCr_(2)O_(4)are complex and have distinct *** particular,the chemical reaction controls the entire oxidation process for Fev_(2)O_(4),whereas that for FeCr_(2)O_(4)transitions from a three-dimensional diffusion model to a chemical reaction *** to the in-situ XRD results,numerous intermediate products are observed during the oxidation process of both compounds,eventually resulting in the final products FevO_(4)and v2O_(5)for Fev_(2)O_(4)and Fe_(2)O_(3)and Cr_(2)O_(3)for FeCr_(2)O_(4),respectively.
