The intricate relationship between metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and maternal complications has rapidly become a significant health threat in pregnant *** presence of MAFLD in pregnancy increases the maternal risk of metabolic complications and comorbidities for both mother and *** preexistence or development of MAFLD in pregnancy is a complex multifactorial disorder that can lead to further complications for mother and ***,as pregnant women are severely underrepresented in clinical research,there is a great need for a fair inclusion of this group in clinical *** review aims to explore the effects of MAFLD during pregnancy in the context of maternal complications and outcomes and explore the effects of pregnancy on the development and progression of MAFLD within the context of maternal obesity,altered metabolic profiles,gestational diabetes and altered hormonal *** also addressed potential implications for the presence of MAFLD during pregnancy and its management in the clinical setting.

In this paper an explicit finite-difference time-domain scheme for solving the maxwell’s equations in non-staggered grids is *** proposed scheme for solving the Faraday’s and Amp`ere’s equations in a theoretical manner is aimed to preserve discrete zero-divergence for the electric and magnetic *** inherent local conservation laws in maxwell’s equations are also preserved discretely all the time using the explicit second-order accurate symplectic partitioned Runge-Kutta *** remaining spatial derivative terms in the semi-discretized Faraday’s and Amp`ere’s equations are then discretized to provide an accurate mathematical dispersion relation equation that governs the numerical angular frequency and the wavenumbers in two space *** achieve the goal of getting the best dispersive characteristics,we propose a fourth-order accurate space centered scheme which minimizes the difference between the exact and numerical dispersion relation *** the computational exercises,the proposed dual-preserving solver is computationally demonstrated to be efficient for use to predict the long-term accurate maxwell’s solutions.

Understanding the behaviour of matter under conditions of extreme temperature,pressure,density and electromagnetic fields has profound effects on our understanding of cosmologic objects and the formation of the *** direct access to such objects,our interpretation of observed data mainly relies on theoretical ***,such models,which need to encompass nuclear physics,atomic physics and plasma physics over a huge dynamic range in the dimensions of energy and time,can only provide reliable information if we can benchmark them to experiments under well-defined laboratory *** to the plethora of effects occurring in this kind of highly excited matter,characterizing isolated dynamics or obtaining direct insight remains ***-density plasmas are turbulent and opaque for radiation below the plasma frequency and allow only near-surface insight into ionization processes with visible ***,the output of a high-harmonic seeded laser-plasma amplifier using eightfold ionized krypton as the gain medium operating at a 32.8 nm wavelength is ptychographically imaged.A complexvalued wavefront is observed in the extreme ultraviolet(XUV)beam with high *** initio spatio-temporal maxwell–Bloch simulations show excellent agreement with the experimental observations,revealing overionization of krypton in the plasma channel due to nonlinear laser-plasma interactions,successfully validating this four-dimensional multiscale *** constitutes the first experimental observation of the laser ion abundance reshaping a laserplasma *** presented approach shows the possibility of directly modelling light-plasma interactions in extreme conditions,such as those present during the early times of the universe,with direct experimental verification.

The symmetry between electric and magnetic fields in the sourcefree maxwell＇s equations naturally suggests that electric charges might have magnetic counterparts, known as magnetic monopoles. Although the greatest interest has been in the supermassive monopoles that are a firm prediction of all grand unified theories, one cannot exclude the possibility of lighter monopoles, even though there is at present no strong theoretical motivation for these.

The present paper deals with the study of three-dimensional boundary layer flow of biomagnetic maxwell fluid over a plane horizontal surface stretched linearly along two mutually perpendicular directions. Basic principles of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and ferro-hydrodynamics (FHD) have been employed. The effect of heat generation/absorption has been taken into consideration. The study is theoretical and is conducted by using a combination of approximate and numerical techniques. By using the method of similarity transformation, the governing nonlinear partial differential equations are converted into a set of coupled ordinary differential equations. In the sequel, a suitable numerical method has been developed to solve the coupled differential equations. The accuracy of the numerical method has been checked by comparing the numerical results with those of an earlier study reported in available literatures. Effects of various parameters involved in the study, viz. the magnetohydrodynamic and ferromagnetic parameters, Deborah number, stretching ratio and heat generation on the fluid flow profiles are investigated and the results have been presented graphically. Variations of the skin friction, heat transfer rate and relative wall pressure with change in hydrodynamic and ferromagnetic parameters have also been illustrated. It is found that due to the influence of the Kelvin force, the velocity component in xx-direction is greater than the corresponding one in the hydrodynamic case, but the opposite is true for the velocity component in the yy-direction. We also found that the temperature of the fluid for hydrodynamic flow is greater than that for MHD or FHD flow. It is even greater for BFD flows. The numerical results of the study reveal that the characteristics of blood flow are significantly affected by the presence of a magnetic field.

Enhanced dielectric and optical properties of nanoscale barium hexaferrites for optoelectronics and high frequency application

M-type barium hexaferrites with chemical composition Ba1-xDyxFe12-yCryO19(x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, and y =0.0, 0.4, 0.5) were synthesized via sol–gel auto-combustion method. The samples were pre-sintered at 400℃ for 3 h and sintered at 950℃ for 5 h. The changes in the structural, dielectric, and optical properties were studied after the substitution of Dy3+and Cr3+ions. X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis confirms the formation of single phase hexaferrites with the absence of secondary phase. FTIR analysis gives an idea of the formation of hexaferrites with the appearance of two peaks at 438 cm-1and 589 cm-1. The field emission scanning electron micrographs(FESEM) show a combination of crystallites with large shapes close to hexagonal platelet-like shape and others with rice or rod-like shapes, whereas EDX and elemental analysis confirm the stoichiometry of prepared samples. The calculated band gap from UV-vis NIR spectroscopy spectra was found to decreases with increase in Dy3+–Cr3+substitution. The dielectric properties were explained on the basis of maxwell–Wagner model. Enhancement of dielectric constant at higher frequencies was observed in all the samples. Low dielectric loss is also observed in all the samples and Cole–Cole plot shows that grain boundary resistance(Rgb) contribute most to the dielectric properties. The prepared samples exhibit properties that could be useful for optoelectronics and high frequency application.

In this article a new approach is considered for implementing operator splitting methods for transport problems, influenced by electric fields. Our motivation came to model PE-CVD (plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition) processes, means the flow of species to a gas-phase, which are influenced by an electric field. Such a field we can model by wave equations. The main contributions are to improve the standard discretization schemes of each part of the coupling equation. So we discuss an improvement with implicit Runge- Kutta methods instead of the Yee’s algorithm. Further we balance the solver method between the maxwell and Transport equation.

New details of the action of gravitons in spiral galaxies are described. The effect of the graviton energy loss is hypothesized to be coupled to the baryon mass in the galaxy. From this relation, it follows that the baryonic Tully-Fisher relation is applicable to not just the final velocity of the galaxy but also to the rotational velocity at each radial position. In addition, a quadratic equation for the baryonic mass distribution is derived from the equation of motion. These results are demonstrated by making fits to galaxy rotation curves using a mass to light ratio model as well as the quadratic model for the mass distribution.
