In rape and murder cases,forensic science precisely establishes the link between the accused and either the victim or the crime scene,or both,which aids police investigation and the trial process by providing scientific evidence to corroborate or contradict the accused’s *** study focuses on the importance of forensic evidence in deciding rape cases in *** study aimed to analyze the correlation between forensic evidence and judicial outcomes in determining the conviction *** is a retrospective analytical study of rape and murder cases of the Supreme Court of India(SCI)judgments from 1992 to 2021 using the library and digital library *** data obtained were subjected to Pearson’s correlation test to assess the relationship between forensic evidence and judicial *** results were considered statistically significant at Pjudicial outcomes have a moderately positive correlation with each other(0.2judgments have a high conviction ***,the SCI commuted the sentence based on inconsistent forensic reports and acquitted based on mishandled forensic reports.

Forensic science plays a significant role in crime scene analysis and other evidence collection(such as clothes,cigarette butts,blood,semen,hair,etc.,)to scientifically establish the accused’s *** rape and murder cases,DNA tests confirm the victim’s *** provides certain evidence that is helpful in the speedy investigation and conclusion of a ***,it is not a foolproof science and it has certain ***,the first responders,such as the Crime Laboratory Ultimate Evidence System team and the forensic experts,must keep these limitations in mind during sample collection and examination,otherwise,it may lead to incorrect *** incorrect results may be obtained due to insufficient sample quantity,improper collection methods,or delay in an *** is highly recommended to implement standard operating procedure guidelines,failing which the admissibility of such forensic evidence to prove beyond all reasonable doubts is at ***,the court shall acquit the accused giving him the benefit of *** article focuses on the applicability and limitations of forensic science in the Indian Criminal justice System and the need to adopt due protocols to yield viable results.

Sexual maturation characteristics,chronologic age,dental,and skeletal development are some of the more commonly used means to identify stages of *** wrist radiograph and cervical vertebrae maturation index(CVMI)are more reliable for skeletal development *** study was conducted to compare the skeletal maturity using the maturational stages of middle phalanx of the third finger(MP3)with cervical vertebrae and then to evaluate the reliability of MP3 as a sole skeletal maturity assessment *** age group of the 112 subjects was 8-16 years for females and 10-18 years for males were selected for the *** cephalometry and intra oral peri‑apical radiograph of MP3 of the left hand of each patient were ***,statistically it was correlated which was highly *** maturation of MP3 and cervical vertebrae stages progress with advancing chronological *** subjects were advanced on an average of 2 years earlier than male subjects at every stages of growth *** results suggest that MP3 can substitute CVMI for skeletal maturity evaluation to determine optimal treatment time for various orthodontic *** developmental stages of the MP3 could be used as a sole indicator in assessing the skeletal maturity.

We present a number of parametric class of exact solutions of a radiating star and the matching conditions required for the description of physically meaningful fluid. A number of previously known class of solutions have been rediscovered which describe well behaved nature of fluid distributions. The interior matter fluid is shear-free spherically symmetric isotropic and undergoing radial heat flow. The interior metric obeyed all the relevant physical and thermodynamic conditions and matched with Vaidya exterior metric over the boundary. Initially the interior solutions represent a static configuration of perfect fluid which then gradually starts evolving into radiating collapse. The apparent luminosity as observed by the distant observer at rest at infinity and the effective surface temperature are zero in remote past at the instant when collapse begins and at the stage when collapsing configuration reaches the horizon of the black hole.
