this paper presents the numerical investigation of the distribution of inertial sediment particles in the turbulent boundary layer of an open channel flow with the particle Stokes number ranging from 0.6 to 20.4. the methodology is a combination of three numerical approaches, i.e. direct numerical simulation of turbulent flow, the point-particle immersed boundary method, and the discrete particle method. By applying the Vorono analysis, the preferential concentration characteristics of sediment particles were investigated quantitatively. It was found that the normalized area of the Voronoi cells follows a lognormal particle distribution. the inertial sediment particles distributed unevenly in the turbulent boundary layer and the unevenness, governed by the particle Stokes number, was more significant as the particle Stokes number approaches unity. the inertial sediment particles in the turbulent boundary layer accumulated preferentially in streamwise-aligned streaky structures and this pattern was less significant with increasing particle Stokes number.

太赫兹波驱动的动态核极化增强核磁共振波谱系统可大幅提高信号灵敏度和缩短检测时间。该系统需采用传输线在驱动源回旋管与谱仪之间进行太赫兹波传输。本文针对400 Mhz增强核磁共振系统设计了由准光模式变换器和波纹波导组成的太赫兹传输线,并进行了相关实验测试,测试结果表明准光模式变换器可将263 ghz回旋管tE 03模式转换成准高斯波束,其高斯成份为97%,整个传输线最终输出波束的高斯成份为96.3%。

目的探讨针刺“相对穴”联合股四头肌等长收缩训练用于老年膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的价值。方法回顾性分析2021年5月至2023年5月承德医学院附属医院收治的106例老年KOA患者的临床资料,根据患者康复治疗方案不同将患者分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=55)。观察组给予患者针刺“相对穴”联合股四头肌等长收缩训练,对照组给予患者股四头肌等长收缩训练。比较两组患者康复效果及干预前后视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、Lysholm评分及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEgF)、股四头肌峰力距值、股四头肌总功量值及股四头肌平均功率的差异。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据分析。根据数据类型,分别采用t检验或χ^(2)检验进行组间比较。结果观察组患者康复效果总有效率显著高于对照组(90.20%和70.91%),差异有统计学意义(Pholm评分[(75.19±10.15)分]显著高于干预前[(55.95±6.53)分]及对照组干预后[(69.44±8.36)分],差异均有统计学意义(PtNF-α及VEgF水平[(6.19±1.00)pg/ml、(1.14±0.46)pg/ml、(320.36±37.12)ng/ml]显著低于干预前[(15.81±3.19)pg/ml、(5.50±1.03)pg/ml、(557.15±84.06)ng/ml]及对照组干预后[(9.16±2.12)pg/ml、(2.88±0.73)pg/ml、(411.50±50.27)ng/ml],差异均有统计学意义(Pj、(42.57±11.19)W]显著高于干预前[(52.14±10.36)N.m、(249.28±67.30)j、(30.69±8.25)W]及对照组干预后[(63.28±13.06)N.m、(355.24±70.27)j、(38.14±10.26)W],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复治疗过程中仅观察组出现不良反应,其中皮下血肿1例,滞针2例,经对症处理后症状消失,未见膝关节疼痛、肿胀加剧情况。结论针刺“相对穴”联合股四头肌等长收缩训练可缓解老年膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛,提高患者关节功能。

目的探讨PDCA居家药学服务模式对大理白族高血压患者的管理效果评价。方法选择2020年1—6月于大理大学第一附属医院门诊和住院治疗的106例白族原发性高血压患者,通过简单随机方法分为对照组与干预组,每组各53例。对照组接受常规药学服务;干预组采用PDCA法开展居家药学服务。观察两组患者干预前后生活质量、血压控制、用药依从性以及药物不良反应。结果开展居家药学服务干预后,干预组生活质量各项评定、血压控制以及用药依从率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组药物不良反应总发生率高于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA法开展居家药学服务干预,能够显著提高白族高血压患者的生活质量和用药依从性,更好地控制血压并降低药物不良反应的发生。

光伏发电系统输出的电压随环境而变化,导致光伏消纳效果不佳,为此提出交直流混合配电台区光伏消纳优化控制方法。根据光伏电源接入充电站的配电台区互联结构,制定多台区光伏消纳分区管理模式。充分考虑能源转换设备运行约束,构建火电-光伏-用电设备出力模型,通过对火电机组运行成本、光伏未消纳、负荷需求响应补偿成本等因素的调控实现削峰填谷。采用能量交互控制模式改善光伏发电特性,以输出的最大无功为目标,实现光伏消纳优化控制。实验结果表明,该方法与实际输出电压基本一致,只有在无遮挡情况下,场景1有小部分输出电压未超过200 V,说明该方法的光伏消纳效果较好。

Inert anode has been a hot issue in the aluminum industry for many decades. With the help of FEA （finite element analysis） software ANSYS, a model was developed to simulate the thermal stress distribution working condition of an inert anode. to reduce its thermal stress, the effect of some parameters on the thermal stress distribution was investigated, including the anode height, the anode radius, the hole depth, the hole radius, and the radius of inner chamfer and outer chamfer. the results showed that in the actual working condition of an inert anode, there existed a large axial tensile stress near the tangent interface between the anode and bath, which was the major cause of anode breaking. Increasing the anode height and reducing the hole depth properly seemed to be beneficial for the stress distribution. With the increase of anode radius, the stress distribution became better first and then deteriorated, the reasonable value was between 0.045 to 0.06m. the hole radius had a significant effect on the stress and a smaller radius would reduce the thermal stress. the effect of the radius of the inner chamfer and the outer chamfer was less than other parameters.

Wavelet threshold denoising is a powerful method for suppressing noise in signals and images. however, this method often uses a coordinate-wise processing scheme, which ignores the structural properties in the wavelet coefficients. We propose a new wavelet denoising method using sparse representation which is a powerful mathematical tool recently developed. Instead of thresholding wavelet coefficients individually, we minimize the number of non-zero coefficients under certain conditions. the denoised signal is reconstructed by solving an optimization problem. It is shown that the solution to the optimization problem can be obtained uniquely and the estimates of the denoised wavelet coefficients are unbiased, i.e., the statistical means of the estimates are equal to the noise-free wavelet coefficients. It is also shown that at least a local optimal solution to the denoising problem can be found. Our experiments on test data indicate that this new denoising method is effective and efficient for a wide variety of signals including those with low signal-to-noise ratios.
