Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis （ALS） is a fatal progressive disorder characterized by the selective degeneration of motor neurons （MN）. The impact of peripheral immune status on disease progression and MN survival is becoming increasingly recognized in the ALS research field. In this review, we briefly discuss findings from mouse models of peripheral nerve injury and immunodeficiency to understand how the immune system regulates MN survival. We extend these observations to similar studies in the widely used superoxide dismutase 1 （SOD1） mouse model of ALS. Last, we present future hypotheses to identify potential causative factors that lead to immune dysregulation in ALS. The lessons from preceding work in this area offer new exciting directions to bridge the gap in our current understanding of immune mediated neuroprotection in ALS.

With the worldwide analysis,heart disease is considered a significant threat and extensively increases the mortality ***,the investigators mitigate to predict the occurrence of heart disease in an earlier stage using the design of a better Clinical Decision Support System(CDSS).Generally,CDSS is used to predict the individuals’heart disease and periodically update the condition of the *** research proposes a novel heart disease prediction system with CDSS composed of a clustering model for noise removal to predict and eliminate ***,the Synthetic Over-sampling prediction model is integrated with the cluster concept to balance the training data and the Adaboost classifier model is used to predict heart ***,the optimization is achieved using the Adam Optimizer(AO)model with the publicly available dataset known as the Stalog *** flowis used to construct the model,and the evaluation is done with various prevailing approaches like Decision tree,Random Forest,Logistic Regression,Naive Bayes and so *** statistical analysis is done with theWilcoxon rank-summethod for extracting the p-value of the *** observed results show that the proposed model outperforms the various existing approaches and attains efficient prediction *** model helps physicians make better decisions during complex conditions and diagnose the disease at an earlier ***,the earlier treatment process helps to eliminate the death ***,simulation is done withMATLAB 2016b,and metrics like accuracy,precision-recall,F-measure,p-value,ROC are analyzed to show the significance of the model.

The anticancer potential by breastfeeding is not fully tapped in the light of the present knowledge of the subject. Literature indicates that breastmilk has anticancer action but may underestimate its full capacity. The protective spectrum within breastmilk hints on the need for a more comprehensive understanding of it as an anticancer tool. Exclusive breastfeeding could confer protection from carcinogenesis with a greater impact than realised. A literature review was conducted using four electronic databases. Selected areas were extracted after thorough perusal of the articles. The uninitiated would take exclusive breastfeeding seriously if actively counselled as an anticancer tool. Advice on details of the breastfeeding process and holistic information on breastfeeding may endow a greater impact among the skeptics. Counselling the breastfeeding mother on information sometimes not imparted, such as on maternal nutrition, details of the process of breastfeeding, benefits of direct breastfeeding versus milk expression and her psychosocial well being may make a difference in optimising anticancer action that exists in ***, its anticancer potential provides a platform to universally improve physical and psychosocial well being of women who breastfeed. Statistics of protection by breastfeeding in some maternal and childhood cancers are evident. "Bio-geno-immunonutrition" of breastmilk may shield the mother and infant from carcinogenesis in more ways than appreciated. The molecular basis of mother-to-infant signals and their "energies" need to be researched. Breastfeeding as a modifiable behaviour provides cost effective nutrition with potential for both cancer immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy.

Water pollution caused by industrial dyes has become a severe problem in the modern world. Biosorbents can be used in an eco-friendly manner to remove industrial dyes. In this study, five biosorbents were selected: palmyrah sprout casing (pSC), manioc peel, lime peel, king coconut husk, and coconut kernel. Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to identify the best biosorbent with the highest ability to adsorb methylene blue (MB) from wastewater. The detailed mechanisms of pSC used in the adsorptive removal of MB in aqueous phase were investigated. Of the five biosorbents, pSC exhibited the best removal performance with an adsorption capacity at equilibrium (qe) of 27.67 mg/g. The qe values of lime peel, king coconut husk, manioc peel, and coconut kernel were 24.25 mg/g, 15.29 mg/g, 10.84 mg/g, and 7.06 mg/g, respectively. To explain the mechanisms of MB adsorption with the selected biosorbents, the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses were performed to characterize functional properties, and isotherm, kinetic, rate-limiting, and thermodynamic analyses were conducted. The FTIR analysis revealed that different biosorbents had different functional properties on their adsorptive surfaces. The FTIR and XRD results obtained before and after MB adsorption with pSC indicated that the surface functional groups of carbonyl and hydroxyl actively participated in the removal process. According to the isotherm analysis, monolayer adsorption was observed with the Langmuir model with a determination coefficient of 0.998. The duration to reach the maximum adsorption capacity for MB adsorption with pSC was 120 min, and the adsorption process was exothermic due to the negative enthalpy change (-9.950 kj/mol). Moreover, the boundary layer thickness and intraparticle diffusion were the rate-limiting factors in the adsorption process.
