The differential cross section for an electron Raman scattering process in a semiconductor GaAs/AlGaAs double quantum well wire is calculated,and expressions for the electronic states are presented.The system is modeled by considering T = 0 K and also with a single parabolic conduction band,which is split into a subband system due to the confinement.The gain and differential cross-section for an electron Raman scattering process are obtained.In addition,the emission spectra for several scattering configurations are discussed,and interpretations of the singularities found in the spectra are given.The electron Raman scattering studied here can be used to provide direct information about the efficiency of the lasers.

magnesium hydride(mgH_(2))is the most feasible and effective solid-state hydrogen storage material,which has excellent reversibility but initiates decomposing at high temperatures and has slow kinetics performance.Here,zinc titanate(Zn_(2)TiO_(4))synthesised by the solid-state method was used as an additive to lower the initial temperature for dehydrogenation and enhance the re/dehydrogenation behaviour of mgH_(2).With the presence of Zn_(2)TiO_(4),the starting temperature for the dehydrogenation of mgH_(2)was remarkably lowered to around 290℃–305℃.In addition,within 300 s,the mgH_(2)–Zn_(2)TiO_(4)sample absorbed 5.0 wt.%of H_(2)and 2.2–3.6 wt.%H_(2)was liberated from the composite sample in 30 min,which is faster by 22–36 times than as-milled mgH_(2).The activation energy of the mgH_(2)for the dehydrogenation process was also downshifted to 105.5 k j/mol with the addition of Zn_(2)TiO_(4)indicating a decrease of 22%than as-milled mgH_(2).The superior behaviour of mgH_(2)was due to the formation of mg Zn_(2),mgO and mgTiO_(3),which are responsible for ameliorating the re/dehydrogenation behaviour of mgH_(2).These findings provide a new understanding of the hydrogen storage behaviour of the catalysed-mgH_(2)system.

Non-Orthogonal multiplex Access(NOmA)can be deployed in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)networks to improve spectrum efficiency.Due to the broadcasting feature of NOmA-UAV networks,it is essential to focus on the security of the wireless system.This paper focuses on maximizing the secrecy sum rate under the constraint of the achievable rate of the legitimate channels.To tackle the non-convexity optimization problem,a reinforcement learning-based alternative optimization algorithm is proposed.Firstly,with the help of successive convex approximations,the optimal power allocation scheme with a given UAV trajectory is obtained by using convex optimization tools.Afterwards,through plenty of explorations of the wireless environment,the Q-learning networks approach the optimal location transition strategy of the UAV,even without the wireless channel state information.

In this paper, a microring resonator(mRR) system using double-series ring resonators is proposed to generate and investigate the Rabi oscillations. The system is made up of silicon-on-insulator and attached to bus waveguide which is used as propagation and oscillation medium. The scattering matrix method is employed to determine the output signal intensity which acts as the input source between two-level Rabi oscillation states, where the increase of Rabi oscillation frequency with time is obtained at the resonant state. The population probability of the excited state is higher and unstable at the optical resonant state due to the nonlinear spontaneous emission process. The enhanced spontaneous emission can be managed by the atom(photon) excitation, which can be useful for atomic related sensors and single-photon source applications.

Valley-dependent transport in strain engineering graphene heterojunctions

We study the effect of strain on band structure and valley-dependent transport properties of graphene heterojunctions.It is found that valley-dependent separation of electrons can be achieved by utilizing strain and on-site energies.In the presence of strain,the values of transmission can be effectively adjusted by changing the strengths of the strain,while the transport angle basically keeps unchanged.When an extra on-site energy is simultaneously applied to the central scattering region,not only are the electrons of valleys K and K'separated into two distinct transmission lobes in opposite transverse directions,but the transport angles of two valleys can be significantly changed.Therefore,one can realize an effective modulation of valley-dependent transport by changing the strength and stretch angle of the strain and on-site energies,which can be exploited for graphene-based valleytronics devices.

A coercivity as large as 2.4 kOe has been achieved in the Ni/NiO composite film after an annealing under a magnetic field of 10 kOe and an O_2 partial pressure of 0.001 torr.The coercivity was attributed to the strong exchange coupling of Ni and NiO.Small grain size of Ni and NiO was observed after the post-annealing.The enhanced coercivity is probably associated with the domain wall pinning by local energy minima,the distribution of Ni and NiO,and the domain structure in the interface of Ni/NiO generated under the presence of the magnetic field during the post-annealing.

New Communication Bands Generated by Using a Soliton Pulse within a Resonator System

We propose a novel system of a broadband source generation using a common soliton pulse (i.e. with center wavelength at 1.55 ?m) propagating within a nonlinear microring and nanoring resonators system. A system consists of a micro ring resonator system incorporating an add/drop filter, whereas the large bandwidth signals can be generated, stored and regenerated within the system. By using the appropriate parameters relating to the practical device such as micro ring radii, coupling coefficients, linear and nonlinear refractive index, we found that the obtained multi soliton pulses have shown the potential of application for dense wavelength division application, whereas the different center wavelengths of the soliton bands can be obtained via the add/drop filter, which can be used to increase the channel capacity in communication network.

该文旨在评价全身用药及病变内注射皮质激素治疗婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤的效果。应用随机对照试验，将75例皮肤血管瘤患者平均分为3组．一组口服泼尼松，剂量为2mg／（kg·d），隔天给药，第8周后逐渐停药；一组行泼尼松龙病变内注射，剂量为1—5mg／kg，最大剂量为30mg，每月1次，共6次；另一组为对照观察组，不给予治疗。观察并记录治疗前、后肿瘤体积变化、肿瘤增殖期持续时间、肿瘤形态及并发症的改变。
