Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are multipotent stem cells and capable of differentiating into multiple cell types including osteoblastic,chondrogenic and adipogenic *** previously identified BMP9 as one of the most potent BMPs that induce osteoblastic differentiation of MSCs although exact molecular mechanism through which BMP9 regulates osteogenic differentiation remains to be fully ***,we seek to develop a recombinant adenovirus system to optimally silence mouse BMP9 and then characterize the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of *** two different siRNA bioinformatic prediction programs,we design five siRNAs targeting mouse BMP9(or simB9),which are expressed under the control of the converging H1 and U6 promoters in recombinant adenovirus *** demonstrate that two of the five siRNAs,simB9-4 and simB9-7,exhibit the highest efficiency on silencing exogenous mouse BMP9 in ***,simB9-4 and simB9-7 act synergistically in inhibiting BMP9-induced expression of osteogenic markers,matrix mineralization and ectopic bone formation from ***,our findings demonstrate the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of *** characterized simB9 siRNAs may be used as an important tool to investigate the molecular mechanism behind BMP9 osteogenic *** results also indicate that recombinant adenovirus-mediated expression of siRNAs is efficient and sustained,and thus may be used as an effective delivery vehicle of siRNA therapeutics.

Bone Morphogenetic Proteins(BMPs)are a group of signaling molecules that belongs to the Transforming Growth Factor-b(TGF-b)superfamily of *** discovered for their ability to induce bone formation,BMPs are now known to play crucial roles in all organ *** are important in embryogenesis and development,and also in maintenance of adult tissue *** knockout models of various components of the BMP signaling pathway result in embryonic lethality or marked defects,highlighting the essential functions of *** this review,we first outline the basic aspects of BMP signaling and then focus on genetically manipulated mouse knockout models that have helped elucidate the role of BMPs in development.A significant portion of this review is devoted to the prominent human pathologies associated with dysregulated BMP signaling.

用坎特集(合)理论预测勘探成功率的分数方法公式可以由油气发现的过程或发现时序的资料导出。利用来自加拿大西部沉积盆地的泥盆纪彩虹亚盆地的油气发现过程资料来说明这种新方法。随着勘探的进行,油气发现过程的成功率波动性较大,但具有非线性下降趋势。把一组成功率仅归因于确定井位的一个主导因素阻碍了成功率预测的普遍性,而采用本文提出的分数方法和样品数据对30个勘探井的成功率进行更合理的预测也许是可行的。我们以这一数据群对彩虹亚盆地1993年以后的成功率进行了预测,从而得出将钻探的30口勘探井的成功率大约为43%。

本文的目的是研究三种不同的氧化基片(氧化铝、氧化镁及白云石)的润湿特性,以检验Fe-Cr合金在这些基片上的粘附功。利用固滴技术在H2气氛中1823 K下,对氧化基片上液滴(Fe-Cr合金)的接触角进行了研究。随着Cr浓度的增加在氧化铝和白云石基片上的接触角会稍微减小,但不会像在氧化镁基片上变化那么大。在测试基片中,氧化铝基片接触角最大,白云石基片接触角最小。因此,白云石的粘附功最大,这与实际工艺中观察到的结果相符。

Tooth is a complex hard tissue organ and consists of multiple cell types that are regulated by important signaling pathways such as Wnt and BMP *** injuries and/or loss of tooth or periodontal tissues may significantly impact aesthetic appearance,essential oral functions and the quality of *** dentistry holds great promise in treating oral/dental *** past decade has witnessed a rapid expansion of our understanding of the biological features of dental stem cells,along with the signaling mechanisms governing stem cell self-renewal and *** this review,we first summarize the biological characteristics of seven types of dental stem cells,including dental pulp stem cells,stem cells from apical papilla,stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth,dental follicle precursor cells,periodontal ligament stem cells,alveolar bone-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),and MSCs from *** then focus on how these stem cells are regulated by bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)and/or Wnt signaling by examining the interplays between these ***,we analyze the current status of dental tissue engineering strategies that utilize oral/dental stem cells by harnessing the interplays between BMP and Wnt *** also highlight the challenges that must be addressed before the dental stem cells may reach any clinical ***,we can expect to witness significant progresses to be made in regenerative dentistry in the coming decade.

内燃机电气化是未来汽车发展的重要技术路线。内燃机电气化可以通过再生技术回收废能,降低影响内燃机效率的各种损失。介绍了1款可以集成在柴油机上的电机,采用48V弱混系统实现内燃机的电气化。电气化内燃机设计的首要任务是考虑其扩展性,即车辆增加的空间最小化并可以配装在其他不同车型上。与皮带传动起动/发电一体化电机替代前端轮系中的发电机的48V弱混系统不同,将电机集成到曲轴上可以取消一些功能重复的零部件,如起动机和附件皮带系统,并可以有效克服一些在实际行驶中内燃机难以克服的缺点。动力总成电气化技术的应用结合未来车内通信或者自动驾驶技术可以进一步降低车辆行驶中实时信息传输中浪费的能量。随着技术的发展,制氢和发电将不再产生温室气体,也不再利用化石燃料,这有利于环境保护。但在此之前,提高内燃机效率和采用电气化以弥补内燃机的缺点仍然非常重要。

A New Measurement of ^11Be(p,d) Transfer Reaction

A new ^11Be（p,d） transfer reaction experiment is performed in inverse kinematics with a radioactive11 Be beam at26.9 MeV. Three low-lying states, namely the 0＋ground state, the 2^＋ state at Ex = 3.37 MeV, and the multiplet at around 6 MeV in10 Be, are populated by this one-neutron transfer reaction. These three states in10 Be are clearly discriminated from the -value spectrum, which is rebuilt from energies and angles of the recoil deuterons in coincidence with10 Be. A spectroscopic factor for each state is extracted by comparing the experimental differential cross sections to the theoretical calculation results using the finite range adiabatic distorted wave approximation method with different global nucleon-nucleus potentials. It is found that the newly extracted spectroscopic factors for the 0＋and 2＋states are consistent with the previous ones, but the factor for the multiplet is smaller than the value in the reference, and the possible reason is discussed.

台湾从2007年5月启动了耐多药结核病项目。在台湾东部,自2007年5月到2009年2月共纳入了77例耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)患者。获取了其中的73例(93%)患者的分离株以应用间隔区寡核苷酸基因分型(spoligotyping)和MIRU-VNTR(分枝杆菌分散重复单位-可变数目的串联重复序列)进行基因分型。spoligotyping的分析结果表明,北京基因型是主要的流行基因型(n=48,66%)。在73株菌株中,28(38.4%)株有独特的基因型,45(61.6%)株菌株成簇。在45位基因型成簇的患者中,有21例患者发现存在流行病学联系。在台湾东部MDR结核病患者的菌株成簇比例高。

Bone morphogenetic protein 9(BMP9)(or GDF2)was originally identified from fetal mouse liver cDNA *** evidence indicates BMP9 exerts diverse and pleiotropic functions during postnatal development and in maintaining tissue ***,the expression landscape of BMP9 signaling during development and/or in adult tissues remains to be ***,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the expression landscape of BMP9 and its signaling mediators in postnatal *** analyzing mouse ENCODE transcriptome datasets we found Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and detectable in embryonic brain,adult lungs and adult *** next conducted a comprehensive qPCR analysis of RNAs isolated from major mouse tissues/organs at various *** found that Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and lung tissues of young adult mice,but decreased in older ***,Bmp9 was only expressed at low to modest levels in developing ***9-associated TGFβ/BMPR type I receptor Alk1 was highly expressed in the adult ***,the feedback inhibitor Smads Smad6 and Smad7 were widely expressed in mouse postnatal ***,the BMP signaling antagonist noggin was highly expressed in fat and heart in the older age groups,as well as in kidney,liver and lungs in a biphasic ***,our findings indicate that the circulating BMP9 produced in liver and lungs may account for its pleiotropic effects on postnatal tissues/organs although possible roles of BMP9 signaling in liver and lungs remain to be fully understood.
