The terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide dataset consisting of 1233^(10)Be measurements of fluvial sediment samples across the Asian mountain belts is used to constrain the influence of climate,tectonics and topography on Earth-surface denudation processes.^(10)Be-derived basin-wide denudation rates were recalculated using a Monte Carlo simulation approach that relied on pixel-by-pixel production *** rates derived span four orders of magnitude,from 7.4±0.7 mm kyr^(-1)(1σ;Central Tibetan Plateau)to 9,646_(-744)^(+777)mm kyr^(-1)(1σ;Southern Tibetan Plateau),with a median of 186 mm kyr^(-1).Comparing our results with the traditional basin-wide production rate scaling model using a centroid coordinate and mean elevation,suggests that 96.6%of production rates will be underestimated using the latter method,especially for basins with a large *** bias between both methods reaches as large as 40%,caused by basin hypsometry and the nonlinear scaling of production rate with elevation and *** of the correlations between uniformly recalculated denudation rates and tectonics,climate,topography and rock lithology will facilitate the extrapolation of denudation rates in unknown basins using available *** the perspective of local scales,precipitation coupled with neotectonics-driven landslides is likely the most influential factor in subtropical Taiwan Island,while topography primarily constrains surface denudation rates in the eastern Tibetan Plateau within a narrow range of *** highland regions with glacier coverage,such as the Pamir,central and southern Tibetan Plateau high denudation rates are affected by glaciation,whereas lower precipitation and high erosion base level may limit river incision and evolving relief in the Central Tibetan *** contrast to local-scale findings highlighting a dominant factor constraining denudation rate,our large-scale quantitative analyses across the Asian mountain belts finds that(1)topographic

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.

We present the first search for pulsed CH maser emission potentially stimulated by PSR j1644-4559,conducted using the ultra-wide-bandwidth low-frequency receiver on Murriyang,CSIRO's Parkes Radio *** targeted three CHΛ-doublet transitions at 3264,3335,and 3349 MHz,with a variability timescale of78 *** detected ten CH emission features at 3335 and 3349 MHz,and seven features at 3264 MHz,during both pulsar-ON and pulsar-OFF *** observed velocities align with the OH emission and absorption reported by a previous study,suggesting a close spatial association between CH and OH *** derived column densities for CH clouds within the Parkes beam range from 0.05 to 9.8×1013cm-2,indicating that these clouds are likely in diffuse and translucent *** limits for CH column densities within the pulsar beam ranged from 0.3 to 9.8×*** of these column densities suggests that CH clouds may exhibit clumpiness and *** significant stimulated emission feature was detected in the optical depth ***,as part of our search for pulsed stimulated emission,we investigated the potential CH absorption of the pulsar signal and found none,in agreement with astrophysical *** upper limits for the potential maser amplification factors towards PSR j1644-4559 at 3264,3335,and 3349 MHz are 1.014,1.009,and 1.009,*** study demonstrates the feasibility of detecting pulsed CH maser emission in the interstellar medium stimulated by pulsar photons.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are neuroinflammatory demyelinating disorders that lead to permanent visual loss and motor *** date,no effective treatment exists as the exact causative mechanism remains ***,experimental models of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are essential for exploring its pathogenesis and in screening for therapeutic *** most patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are seropositive for IgG autoantibodies against aquaporin-4,which is highly expressed on the membrane of astrocyte endfeet,most current experimental models are based on aquaporin-4-IgG that initially targets *** experimental models have successfully simulated many pathological features of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,such as aquaporin-4 loss,astrocytopathy,granulocyte and macrophage infiltration,complement activation,demyelination,and neuronal loss;however,they do not fully capture the pathological process of human neuromyelitis optica spectrum *** this review,we summarize the currently known pathogenic mechanisms and the development of associated experimental models in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,suggest potential pathogenic mechanisms for further investigation,and provide guidance on experimental model *** addition,this review summarizes the latest information on pathologies and therapies for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders based on experimental models of aquaporin-4-IgG-seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,offering further therapeutic targets and a theoretical basis for clinical trials.

Solution-processed chalcopyrite solar cells are widely regarded as a promising alternative method in reducing the cost compared with vacuum-based *** is noted that the absorber layer usually needs to be prepared under a high insert pressure（～1.6 atm） to suppress element loss or under a mild pressure but additional surface etching is needed for fabricating high efficient solar ***,a copper gradient structured precursor is proposed to prepare CuIn（S,Se）2（CISSe） film under a mild pressure（1.1 atm）.The designed gradient Cu not only promotes crystal grain growth and tailors the defects,but also avoids the surface etching of the formed CISSe film for the fabrication of high efficient solar ***,Cu gradient design decreases the conduction band offset of heterojunction,boosting the carriers transport across the p-n ***,a 13,35% efficient CISSe solar cell,comparable to the high efficient CISSe solar cell prepared by this method under high pressure or with film surface etching,is *** work provides a facile pathway to fabricate high efficient solution-processed chalcopyrite solar cell,avoiding high selenization pressure and film etching,and shows huge potential for solutionprocessed copper-based solar cells.

This paper presents the design of an asymmetrically variable wingtip anhedral angles morphing aircraft,inspired by biomimetic mechanisms,to enhance lateral maneuver ***,we establish a lateral dynamic model considering additional forces and moments resulting during the morphing process,and convert it into a Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO)virtual control system by importing virtual ***,a classical dynamics inversion controller is designed for the outer-loop system.A new Global Fast Terminal Incremental Sliding Mode Controller(NDO-GFTISMC)is proposed for the inner-loop system,in which an adaptive law is implemented to weaken control surface chattering,and a Nonlinear Disturbance Observer(NDO)is integrated to compensate for unknown *** whole control system is proven semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded based on the multi-Lyapunov function ***,we consider tracking errors and self-characteristics of actuators,a quadratic programmingbased dynamic control allocation law is designed,which allocates virtual control inputs to the asymmetrically deformed wingtip and *** dynamic models are incorporated to ensure physical realizability of designed allocation ***,comparative experimental results validate the effectiveness of the designed control system and control allocation *** NDO-GFTISMC features faster convergence,stronger robustness,and 81.25%and 75.0%reduction in maximum state tracking error under uncertainty compared to the Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion Controller based on NDO(NDO-INDI)and Incremental Sliding Mode Controller based on NDO(NDO-ISMC),*** design of the morphing aircraft significantly enhances lateral maneuver capability,maintaining a substantial control margin during lateral maneuvering,reducing the burden of the rudder surface,and effectively solving the actuator saturation problem of traditional aircraft during lateral maneuvering.

Copper(Cu)is widely used in the electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction(ECO_(2)RR)for efficient methane(CH_(4))***,the morphology and valence of Cu-based catalysts are usually unstable under reaction *** this work,we prepared Ce-doped MOF-199 precursor(Ce/HKUST-1)and further obtained nanoparticle electrocatalyst Ce/CuO_(x)-NPs by cyclic voltammetry(CV)*** Faradic efficiency of methane(FE_(CH_(4)))maintains above 62%within a broad potential window of 350 mV and the maximum FE_(CH_(4))reaches 67.4%with a partial current density of 293 mA/cm^(2)at-1.6 V vs.a reversible hydrogen *** characterization and theoretical calculations revealed that the unique electronic structure and large ionic radius of Cerium(Ce)not only promoted the generation of key intermediate*CO but also lowered energy barrier of the*CO to*CHO *** study provides a novel and efficient catalyst for methane production in ECO_(2)RR and offers profound insights into constructing high performance Cu-based catalysts.
