Background The guidelines addressed the evidence-based indications for the management of children with acute infectious diarrhea in Chinese pediatric population. Data sources The experts group of evidence development put forward clinical problems, collects evidence, forms prelimi-nary recommendations, and then uses open-ended discussions to form recommendations. The literature review was done for developing this guideline in databases including PubMed, Cochrane, EMBASE, china Biomedical Database, and Chinese journal full-text Database up to june 2013. Search the topic 'acute diarrhea' or 'enteritis' and 'adolescent' or 'child' or'Pediatric patient' or 'Baby' or 'Infant'. Results for the treatment of mild, moderate dehydration, hypotonic oral rehydration solutions (ORS) are strongly recom-mended. Intravenous (IV) rehydration is recommended for severe dehydration, with a mixture of alkali-containing dextrose sodium solution. Nasogastric feeding tube rehydration is used for children with severe dehydration without IV infusion conditions with ORS solution. Regular feeding should resume as soon as possible after oral rehydration or IV rehydration. The lactose-free diet can shorten the diarrhea duration. Zinc supplements are recommended in children with acute infectious diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii and lactobacillus Rhamnus are recommended to be used in acute watery diarrhea. Sac-charomyces boulardii is recommended in children with antibiotic-associated diarrhea as well. Montmorillonite and Racec-adotril (acetorphan) can improve the symptoms of diarrhea or shorten the course of acute watery diarrhea. Antibiotics are recommended with dysenteric-like diarrhea, suspected cholera with severe dehydration, immunodeficiency, and premature delivery children with chronic underlying disease;otherwise, antibiotics are not recommended. Conclusion The principles of the most controversial treatments with of acute infectious disease are reaching to a consensus in china.

In this study,iron reduction and concomitant biomineralization of a deep-sea iron reducing bacterium (IRB),Shewanella piezotoierans WP3,were systematically examined at different hydrostatic pressures(0.1, 5,20,and 50 MPa).Our results indicate that bacterial iron reduction and induced biomineralization are influenced by hydrostatic ***,the iron reduction rate and extent consistently decreases with the increase in hydrostatic *** extrapolation,the iron reduction rate should drop to zero by～68 MPa,which suggests a possible shut-off of enzymatic iron reduction of WP3 at this *** superparamagnetic magnetite minerals are formed under all the experimental pressures;nevertheless, even as magnetite production decreases,the crystallinity and grain size of magnetite minerals increase at higher *** results imply that IRB may play an important role in iron reduction,biomineralization, and biogeochemical cycling in deep-sea environments.

The integrated luminosities of data samples collected in the BESⅢ experiment in 2016-2017 at centerof-mass energies between 4.19 and 4.28 GeV are measured with a precision better than 1% by analyzing large-angle Bhabha scattering *** integrated luminosities of old datasets collected in 2010-2014 are updated by considering corrections related to detector performance,offsetting the effect of newly discovered readout errors in the electromagnetic calorimeter,which can haphazardly occur.

Transforming growth factor-β1(TGf-β1)acts as a tumor promoter in advanced prostate cancer(PCa).We speculated that microRNAs(miRNAs)that are inhibited by TGf-β1 might exert anti-tumor *** assess this,we identified several miRNAs downregulated by TGf-β1 in PCa cell lines and selected miR-3691-3p for detailed analysis as a candidate anti-oncogene ***-3691-3p was expressed at significantly lower levels in human PCa tissue compared with paired benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,and its expression level correlated inversely with aggressive clinical pathological *** of miR-3691-3p in PCa cell lines inhibited proliferation,migration,and invasion,and promoted *** miR-3691-3p target genes E2f transcription factor 3(E2f3)and PR domain containing 1,with ZNf domain(PRDM1)were upregulated in miR-3691-3p-overexpressing PCa cells,and silencing of E2f3 or PRDM1 suppressed PCa cell proliferation,migration,and *** of mice bearing PCa xenografts with a miR-3691-3p agomir inhibited tumor growth and promoted tumor cell *** with the negative regulation of E2f3 and PRDM1 by miR-3691-3p,both proteins were overexpressed in clinical PCa specimens compared with noncancerous prostate *** results indicate that TGf-β1-regulated miR-3691-3p acts as an anti-oncogene in PCa by downregulating E2f3 and *** results provide novel insights into the mechanisms by which TGf-β1 contributes to the progression of PCa.

Studies of e^+e~→D_s^+■^((*)0)K^-and the P-wave charmed-strange mesons are performed based on an e^+e^-collision data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 567 pb^(-1) collected with the BESIII detector at s^(1/2)=4.600 GeV. The processes of e^+e^-→D_s^+■^(*0)K^- and D_s^+■~0K^- are observed for the first time and are found to be dominated by the modes D_s^+D_(s1)(2536)^-and D_s^+D_(s2)~*(2573)^-, respectively. The Born cross sections are measured to be σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+■^(*0)K^-) =(10.1±2.3±0.8) pb and σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+■~0K^-) =(19.4±2.3± 1.6) pb, and the products of Born cross section and the decay branching fraction are measured to be σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+D_(s1)(2536)^-+c.c.)·B(D_(s1)(2536)^-→■^(*0)K^-)=(7.5±1.8±0.7) pb and σ~B(e^+e^-→D_s^+D_(s2)~*(2573)^-+ c.c.)·B(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-→■~0 K^-)=(19.7 ± 2.9 ±2.0) pb. for the D_(s1)(2536)^-and D_(s2)~*(2573)^-mesons, the masses and widths are measured to be M(D_(s1)(2536)^-)=(2537.7±0.5 ±3.1) MeV/c2, Γ(D_(s1)(2536)^-) =(1.7 ±1.2 ±0.6)MeV, and M(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-)=(2570.7±2.0 ±1.7) MeV/c^2, Γ(D_(s2)~*(2573)^-)=(17.2 ±3.6 ±1.1) MeV. The spin-parity of the D_(s2)~*(2573)^-meson is determined to be j^p= 2^+. In addition, the processes e^+e^-→D_s^+■^((*)0)K^-are searched for using the data samples taken at four(two) center-of-mass energies between 4.416(4.527) and 4.575 GeV, and upper limits at the 90% confidence level on the cross sections are determined.

DISlOCATION DISSOCIATIONS AND fAUlTENERGIES IN Ni_3Al AllOYS DOPED WITh PAllADIUM

Dislocation structures in polycrystalline Ni 3Al alloy doped with palladium deformed at room temperature have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The structure consists mainly of dislocations dissociated into a /2〈011〉 super partials bounding an anti phase boundary (APB). Dislocations dissociated into a /3〈112〉 super Shockley partials bounding a superlattice intrinsic stacking fault (SISf) are also common debris. The majority of the SISfs are truncated loops, i.e. the partials bounding the SISf are of similar Burgers vector. These faulted loops are generated from APB coupled dislocations, according to a mechanism for formation of SISfs proposed by Suzuki et al , and recently modified by Chiba et al . The APB energies for {111} and {010} slip planes are measured to be 144±20 mj/m 2 and 102±11 mj/m 2 respectively, and the SISf energy has been estimated to be 12 mj/m 2 in this alloy. It is concluded that the dislocation structure in Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 alloy deformed at room temperature is similar to that in binary Ni 3Al, and the difference in fault energies between these two alloys is small. Thus, it seems unlikely that the enhancement of ductility of Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 results from only such a small decrease of the ordering energy of the alloy. SISf bounding dislocations also have no apparent influence on the ductilization of Ni 74.5 Pd 2Al 23.5 alloy.

Smart fire alarm sensor(fAS)materials with mechanically robust,excellent flame retardancy as well as ultra-sensitive temperature-responsive capability are highly attractive platforms for fire safety ***,most reported fAS materials can hardly provide sensitive,continuous and reliable alarm signal output due to their undesirable temperature-responsive,flame-resistant and mechanical *** overcome these hurdles,herein,we utilize the multi-amino molecule,named hCPA,that can serve as triple-roles including cross-linker,fire retardant and reducing agent for decorating graphene oxide(GO)sheets and obtaining the GO/hCPA hybrid *** from the formation of multi-interactions in hybrid network,the optimized GO/hCPA network exhibits significant increment in mechanical strength,e.g.,tensile strength and toughness increase of~2.3and~5.7 times,respectively,compared to the control *** importantly,based on P and N doping and promoting thermal reduction effect on GO network,the excellent flame retardancy(withstanding~1200℃flame attack),ultra-fast fire alarm response time(~0.6 s)and ultra-long alarming period(>600 s)are obtained,representing the best comprehensive performance of GO-based fAS ***,based on GO/hCPA network,the fireproof coating is constructed and applied in polymer foam and exhibited exceptional fire shielding *** work provides a new idea for designing and fabricating desirable fAS materials and fireproof coatings.

human lung adenosquamous cell carcinoma(lUAS), containing both adenomatous and squamous pathologies, harbors strong plasticity and is significantly associated with poor prognosis. We established an up-to-date comprehensive genomic and transcriptomic landscape of lUAS in 109 Chinese specimens and demonstrated lUAS development via adeno-to-squamous transdifferentiation. Unsupervised transcriptomic clustering and dynamic network biomarker analysis identified an inflammatory subtype as the critical transition stage during lUAS development. Dynamic dysregulation of the counteracting lineage-specific transcription factors(Tfs), containing adenomatous Tfs NKx2-1 and fOxA2, and squamous Tfs TP63 and SOx2, finely tuned the lineage transition via promoting CxCl3/5-mediated neutrophil infiltration. Genomic clustering identified the most malignant subtype featured with STK11-inactivation, and targeting lSD1 through genetic deletion or pharmacological inhibition almost eradicated STK11-deficient lung tumors. These data collectively uncover the comprehensive molecular landscape, oncogenic driver spectrum and therapeutic vulnerability of Chinese lUAS.

We report a search for a heavier partner of the recently observed Z_(cs)(3985)^(-) state,denoted as Z_(cs)^('-),in the process e^(+)e^(−)→K^(+)D_(s)^(∗−) D^(∗0 )+ c.c.,based on e^(*)e^(-)collision data collected at the center-of-mass energies of √s=4.661,4.682 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII *** Z_(cs)^('-) is of interest as it is expected to be a candidate for a hidden-charm and open-strange tetraquark.A partial-reconstruction technique is used to isolate K^(+)recoil-mass spectra,which are probed for a potential contribution from Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(∗−) D^(∗0 )+ *** find an excess of Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(*-)-D^(*0)(c.c.)candidates with a significance of 2.1o,after considering systematic uncertainties,at a mass of(4123.5±0.7_(sat)±4.7_(syst.))MeV/c^(2).As the data set is limited in size,the upper limits are evaluated at the 90%confidence level on the product of the Born cross sections(σ^(Borm))and the branching fraction(B)of Z_(cs)^('-)→D_(s)^(*-)-D^(*0),under different assumptions of the Z_(cs)^('-) mass from 4.120 to 4.140 MeV and of the width from 10 to 50 MeV at the three center-of-mass *** upper limits of σ^(Born).B are found to be at the level of O(1)pb at each *** data samples are needed to confirm the Z_(cs)^('-) state and clarify its nature in the coming years.
