The scientific studying of kissing is known as Philematology. This originates from the Greek word PHILOS in the ancient days meaning earthly. The study of kissing shows you what kissing means and its place in various cultures. (Lana Citron 2010, a Compendium of Kisses), and the difference between Simple Kiss versus Passionate kiss. In simple kisses only 2 muscles are involved. While in passionate kisses there may be about 23 - 34 facial muscles and 112 postural muscles involved. What you can tell from even the simplest of kisses. from the book I Love You. Now What? During kissing, a lot of chemical reactions take place in the brain and the body as a whole. The part of the brain in which these chemicals are secreted is the pituitary gland, where oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine are secreted. The oxytocin which is also sometimes referred to as the cuddle hormone or the love hormone aids in social bonding. It is produced in the hypothalamus and secreted into the bloodstream by the posterior pituitary gland. Oxytocin is released when the cells are excited. Oxytocin can also be referred to aid carbetocin, manufactured version, Pitocin, alpha-hypophamine and syntocinon. It is a team player in social behaviour and mother-infant bonding. The serotonin which is also known as a “happy hormone” is an important chemical and a neurotransmitter in the human body serves as a hormonal modulator that is serotonin aids regulating an individual kissing pattern, sleeping pattern, aggressive pattern, appetite and digestion pattern, memory and mood pattern and sexual pattern. finally, the dopamine which is also known as a “happy hormone” is a monoamine neurotransmitter which belongs to the catecholamine family that is made up of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. This dopamine helps an individual to enjoy the act of kissing.

Damage and instability of roadways are big problems to restrict excavation of the lower coal when the upper coal was mined-out in the close distance *** is No.10 coal that is 2.0 m down the No.9 coal in Wuhushan *** on site investigation of the spatial location of 1001 roadways and its deformation, the spatial mechanical model of lower roadway was established,then the relationship between roadway location and the re-distribution of stress after upper coal mined was analyzed and calculated,furthermore the failure criterion of lower roadways was drawn *** to the actual conditions of No.10 Coal Seam,the key areas prone to damage and reasonable location to layout roadway were *** field practice shows this method to determine roadway location could effectively reduce the roadway damage and significantly reduce the costs of advance support during its service.

The life histories of 429 individual epidermal keratinocyte clones picked at random were studied. Individual basal keratinocytes were derived from asynchronous rapidly proliferating subconfluent cultures propagated in either a low calcium (0.1mM) or a high calcium (2mM) serum-free medium. Single-celled clones were isolated by seeding trypsin-EDTA dissociated cells into a Petri dish containing cloning chips. Chips with only one cell per chip were transferred into dishes containing either low calcium or high calcium growth factor replete serum-free medium. Clone formation was monitored microscopically and the number of cells in each colony tallied at least twice daily for further analysis. A total of 369 clones were established from seven different neonatal foreskin cell strains (A-f), and 60 clones were derived from one adult human skin cell strain (G). During a five-day culture interval, among 32 clones of strain A, 83% divided at least once, 50% divided once in 24 hours, 86% divided at least three times within three days, and more than 50% divided at least four to five times in five days. Of 231 clones amongst the other five cell strains (B-f), an average of 63% (±12 S,E) divided more than three times in an eight day period, the remainder divided either once, twice or not at all. Of the 106 clones of strain G, reared in high calcium serum-free medium, 67% divided more than three times in a six-day period, and 55% divided five or more times in 6 days. Clones derived from adult skin strain H had a lower clone forming potential with 70% dividing at least once in seven days, and only 30% dividing three or more times. By contrast, the average generation time (AvGT) for second and third passage keratinocytes derived from neonatal foreskin cultures was 24 hrs. Detailed dendrograms were constructed for many of the proliferating clones. The majority of clones expressed a synblastic division pattern with every cell dividing at least once per day. In this paper, low-complexity error-resilience and error-concealment methods for the scalable video coding （SVC） extension of H.264/AVC are described. At the encoder, multiple-description coding （MDC） is used as error-resilient coding. Balanced scalable multiple descriptions are generated by mixing the pre-encoded scalable bit streams. Each description is wholly decodable using a standard SVC decoder. A preprocessor can be placed before an SVC decoder to extract the packets from the highest-quality bit stream. At the decoder, error concealment involves using a lightweight decoder preprocessor to generate a valid bit stream from the available network abstraction layer （NAL） units when medium-grain scalability （MGS） layers are used. Modifications are made to the NAL unit header or slice header if some NAL units of MGS layers are lost. The number of additional packets that a decoder discards as a result of a packet loss is minimized. The proposed error-resilience and error-concealment methods require little computation, which makes them suitable for real-time video streaming. Experiment results show that the proposed methods significantly reduce quality degradation caused by packet loss.
