本文应用红外热成象技术研究了薄壁材料粘接缺陷的尺寸、深度等因素对传热性能的影响,实验确定了热成象无损检测法(TNDT)的灵敏度。实际产品的TNDT和断口分析结果,证实了TNDT方法的成功。

Woodchip bioreactors are an eco-friendly.technology.for removing nitrogen(N)***,there needs to be more clarity.regarding the dissolved organicmatter(DOM)characteristics and bacterial community.succession mechanisms and their association with the N removal performance of *** laboratory.woodchip bioreactors were continuously.operated for 360 day. under three influent N level treatments,and the results showed that the average removal rate of TN was 45.80 g N/(m3·day.when the influent N level was 100 mg N/L,which was better than 10 mg N/L and 50 mg N/*** succession of bacterial communities in response to influent N levels and DOM characteristics was an important driver of TN removal *** to high N levels enriched a copiotroph bacterial module(Module 1)detected by.network analy.is,including Pheny.obacterium,Xanthobacteraceae,Burkholderiaceae,Pseudomonas,and Magnetospirillaceae,carry.ng N-cy.le related genes for denitrification and ammonia assimilation by.the rapid consumption of *** a process can increase carbon limitation to stimulate local organic carbon decomposition to enrich oligotrophswith fewer N-cy.le potentials(Module 2).Together,this study.reveals that the compositional change ofDOMand bacterial community.succession are closely.related to N removal performance,providing an ecological basis for developing techniques for N-rich effluent treatment.

During the initial impoundment period of a cany.n-shaped reservoir,the water body.fluctuated violently.regarding water level,hy.rological condition,and thermal *** variations may.alter the structure of phy.oplankton community.resulting in algal blooms and seriously.threatening the ecological security.of the *** is of great significance to understand the continuous changes of phy.oplankton in the initial impoundment period for the protection of reservoir water ***,a two-y.ar in-situ monitoring study.was conducted on water quality.and phy.oplankton in a representative cany.nshaped reservoir named Sanhekou and the interannual changes of phy.oplankton community.and its response to environmental changes during the initial impoundment period were discussed at taxonomic versus functional classification *** results showed that the total nitrogen and permanganate index levels were relatively.high in the first y.ar due to rapid water storage and heavy.rainfall input,and the more stable hy.rological conditions in the second y.ar promoted the increase of algae density.and the transformation of community.and the proportion of cy.nobacteria increased *** succession order of phy.oplankton in the first y.ar of the initial impoundment periodwas Chlorophy.a-Bacillariophy.a-Chlorophy.a,or j.F/X1-P/MP/W1-A/X1/MP,*** the succession order in the second y.ar was Cy.nobacteria/Chlorophy.a-Bacillariophy.a-Chlorophy.a,or L_(M)/G/P-P/A/X1-X1/j.*** temperature,relativewater column stability.mixing depth,and pHwere crucial factors affecting phy.oplankton community.*** study.revealed the interannual succession law and driving factors of phy.oplankton in the initial impoundment period and provided an important reference for the operation management and ecological protection of cany.n-shaped reservoirs.

The Reliability.Based Design Optimization(RBDO)of complex engineering structures considering uncertainties has problems of being high-dimensional,highly.nonlinear,and timeconsuming,which requires a significant amount of sampling simulation *** this paper,a basis-adaptive Poly.omial Chaos(PC)-Kriging surrogate model is proposed,in order to relieve the computational burden and enhance the predictive accuracy.of a *** active learning basis-adaptive PC-Kriging model is combined with a quantile-based RBDO ***,five engineering cases have been implemented,including a benchmark RBDO problem,three high-dimensional explicit problems,and a high-dimensional implicit *** with Support Vector Regression(SVR),Kriging,and poly.omial chaos expansion models,results show that the proposed basis-adaptive PC-Kriging model is more accurate and efficient for RBDO problems of complex engineering structures.

Airborne microorganisms(AM)have significant environmental and health *** studies have been conducted to investigate the factors influencing the composition and diversity.of ***,the knowledge of AM with anthropogenic activities has not reach a *** this study.we took advantage of the dramatic decline of outdoor anthropogenic activities resulting from COVID-19 lockdown to reveal their *** collected airborne particulate matter before and during the lockdown period in two *** results showed that it was fungal diversity.and communities but not bacteria obviously.different between pre-lockdownand lockdown samples,suggesting that airborne fungiwere more susceptible to anthropogenic activities than ***,after the implementation of lockdown,the co-occurrence networks of both bacterial and fungal community.became more complex,whichmight be due to the variation of microbial ***,Mantel test and correlation analy.is showed that air pollutants also partly.contributed to microbial *** fungal community.was more affected by.air pollutants than bacterial ***,some human pathogens like Nigrospora and Arthrinium were negatively.correlated with air ***,our study.highlighted the more impacts of anthropogenic activities on airborne fungal community.than bacterial community.and advanced the understanding of associations between anthropogenic activities and AM.

NiTi alloy. fabricated by.laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)additive manufacturing technology.not only.address the compositional instability.resulting from complex processes but also solve the challenges of difficult machining of intricate aerospace ***,there are very.few reports on the wear behavior of LPBF-NiTi *** the present work,the effects of microstructure and thermal treatment,including heat treatment and frictional heat,on the wear behavior of LPBF-NiTi alloy.and 100Cr6 ball were analy.ed through a series of tribological experiments with different sliding *** the average sliding speed increases(0.079–0.216 m/s),the wear rate of the as-built and heat-treated samples tends to decrease in the range of 2.69×10^(-3)–0.97×10^(-3)mm^(3)/*** the heat-treated LPBF-NiTi alloy.is 46%harder than the as-built alloy.is,the latter has a higher toughness(505 Mj.m^(3))and greater transformation strain of SIM(0.097).This leads to a coupling effect of heat treatment and sliding speed on the wear *** addition,the wear track morphologies under different sliding speeds are asy.metric due to the 24% greater acceleration at the far end from the motor and the 2.15 mm deviation between the maximum speed position and the geometric center of the *** wear modes of the as-built and heat-treated samples included adhesive,abrasive and delamination ***,the wear morphologies and dominant wear modes change with the frictionally.caused heat release induced by.the sliding speed.

A 12-metal Zn（Ⅱ）-Nd（Ⅲ） cluster 1（sizes:1.8 nm×2.0 nm×2.0 nm） was sy.thesized from a long-chain ty.e Schiff base *** display. ratiometric fluorescence response to neopterin（Neo） with high selectivity.and sensitivity.which can be expressed by.the equation I545nm/I1060nm=A·[Neo]2+B·[Neo]+C.1 is used to quantitatively.test Neo concentrations in fetal calf serum（FCS） and urine,and the recovery.ranges are 98.57%-103.82% and 99.25%-103.50%,respectively.while the relative standard deviations（RSDs） are 7.89%-9.46% and 1.85%-4.16%,*** limits of detection of 1 to Neo in FCS and urine are 0.034 and 0.021 μmol/L,respectively.
