Outp.tients with an acquired brain inj.ry(ABI)exp.rience p.ysical,mental,and social *** can be classified into two subgroup. based on mechanism of inj.ry:mild traumatic brain inj.ry(mTBI;e.g.,concussion)and other ABI(e.g.,stroke,brain aneurysm,encep.alitis).Our understanding of habitual activity levels within ABI p.p.lations is limited because they are often collected using self-rep.rt *** p.rp.se of this study was to,1)describe the habitual activity levels of outp.tients with ABI using obj.ctive and self-rep.rt monitoring,and 2)comp.re the activity levels of outp.tients with mTBI *** *** outp.tients with other ABI(mean±standard deviation:[58±13]years,9 females)and 12 outp.tients with mTBI([48±11]years,9 females)wore a thigh-worn activp.L 24 h/day(h/day)for *** with ABI averaged(6.0±2.3)h/day of up.ight time,(10.6±2.2)h/day of sedentary time,(5.6±2.7)h/day in p.olonged sedentary bouts>1 h,(5960±3037)step./day,and(11±13)minutes/day(min/day)of moderate-vigorous p.ysical activity(MVp.).There were no differences between activp.L-derived up.ight,sedentary,p.olonged sedentary time,and p.ysical activity between the mTBI and other ABI group.(all,p.0.31).Outp.tients with ABI overestimated their MVp. levels(t138 min/week)and underestimated sedentary time(-4.3 h/day)comp.red to self-rep.rt(all,p.0.001).Desp.te self-rep.rting high activity levels,outp.tients with ABI obj.ctively exhibit highly inactive and sedentary *** habitual movement behaviours of our samp.e did not differ by mechanism of inj.ry(i.e.,mTBI versus other ABI).Targeting reductions in obj.ctively measured sedentary time are needed to p.ogressively imp.ove the habitual movement behaviours of outp.tients with ABI.

This review discusses imp.rtant research develop.ents and arising challenges in the field of industrial crystallization with an emp.asis on recent p.oblems. The most relevant areas of research have been identified. These are the p.ediction of p.ase diagrams; the p.ediction of effects of imp.rities and additives; the design of fluid dynamics; the p.ocess control with p.ocess analytical technologies （p.T） tools; the p.lymorp. and solvate screening; the stabilization of non-stable p.ases; and the p.oduct design. The p.tential of industrial crystallization in various areas is outlined and discussed with p.rticular reference to the p.oduct quality, p.ocess design, and control. On this basis, p.ssible future directions for research and develop.ent have been p.inted out to highlight the imp.rtance of crystallization as an outstanding technique for sep.ration, p.rification as well as for p.oduct design.

Background: Early exp.oration of the semi constrained “Floating-Socket” total shoulder rep.acement (TSR) in 1974 led to a p.oliferation of various unconstrained designs that allowed resection or retention of the humeral head, dep.nding up.n the p.thological p.ocess involved. Degenerative glenohumeral arthritis with mild to moderate involvement of subchondral bone allowed for a resurfacing op.ion, while severe humeral head involvement required a p.rtial or full humeral head rep.acement attached to an intramedullary stem for fixation. All comp.nents evolved from cemented to cementless ap.lication by 1982. The p.rp.se of this p.p.r is to describe the p.ogression of Buechel-p.p.as (B-p. shoulder rep.acement develop.ent from the early 1970’s in both cemented and cement less ap.lications. Methods: Clinical evaluations of “Floating-Socket” TSR, followed by B-p.stem-typ., resurfacing typ.s, bip.lar-typ. and revision comp.nents, all of which comp.ise the B-p.Shoulder Rep.acement System, were p.rformed over a 49-year p.riod. Results: “Floating-Socket” imp.ants imp.oved the results of simp.e, constrained ball-in-socket designs, but generally failed by glenoid comp.nent loosening in both chimp.nzee and human ap.lications. Unconstrained resurfacing-typ. comp.nents, both anatomical humeral head and full p.oximal humeral comp.nents, were quite successful, with minimal failures observed in long-term studies. Bip.lar salvage imp.ants, used for severe p.oximal deficiencies, revisions and massive rotator cuff arthrop.thy, were also very successful;p.oviding overhead range of motion in many p.tients. Conclusions: Resurfacing hemiarthrop.asty, in p.tients with intact or rep.irable rotator cuff mechanisms, gave the most satisfactory results and were the least technically comp.icated to p.rform, requiring minimal instrumentation. Resurfacing of full p.oximal humeral deficiencies, using femoral resurfacing comp.nents, gave similar clinical results to more comp.ex semi-constrained devices,

The electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR) to controllable chemicals is considered as a p.omising p.thway to store intermittent renewable energy. Herein, a set of catalysts based on cop.er-nitrogendop.d carbon xerogel(Cu-N-C) are successfully develop.d varying the cop.er amount and the nature of the cop.er p.ecursor, for the efficient CO_(2)RR. The electrocatalytic p.rformance of Cu-N-C materials is assessed by a rotating ring-disc electrode(RRDE), technique still rarely exp.ored for CO_(2)RR. For comp.rison, p.oducts are also characterized by online gas chromatograp.y in a H-cell. The as-synthesized Cu-NC catalysts are found to be active and highly CO selective at low overp.tentials(from -0.6 to -0.8 V ***) in 0.1 M KHCO_(3), while H_(2) from the comp.titive water reduction ap.ears at larger overp.tentials(-0.9 V vs. RHE). The op.imum cop.er acetate-derived catalyst containing Cu-N_(4) moieties exhibits a CO_(2)-to-CO turnover frequency of 997 h^(-1) at -0.9 V vs. RHE with a H_(2)/CO ratio of 1.8. These results demonstrate that RRDE configuration can be used as a feasible ap.roach for identifying electrolysis p.oducts from CO_(2)RR.

Organic-inorganic hybrid p.rovskites have gained great attention as p.omising p.otocatalysts for hydrogen ***,due to their p.or stability in water,the use of aqueous hydrohalic acid solutions is sp.cifically required for an efficient hydrogen ***,three novel p.otoactive lead-free hybrid p.rovskites based on bismuth and triazolium cations(denoted as IEF-15,IEF-16,and IEF-17(IEF stands for IMDEA energy frameworks))were synthesized and fully characterized(structural,comp.sitional,op.ical,etc.).Further,these solids were p.op.sed as p.otocatalysts for the challenging gas p.ase overall water sp.itting(OWS)***,IEF-16 thin films exhibited a remarkable p.otocatalytic activity in both H_(2) and O_(2) evolution,as a consequence of its ap.rop.iate bandgap.and energy-band alignment,achieving hydrogen evolution rates ofμmol·g_(H_(2))^(-)1846 and 360 after 24 h under ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)irradiation or simulated solar irradiation,*** study additionally highlights the remarkable structural and p.otochemical stability of IEF-16 under different op.rational conditions(*** volume,irradiation and temp.rature),p.ving the way for green hydrogen p.oduction from OWS using p.rovskite-based p.otocatalysts.
