Purpose: To explore the possibility of estimating the prevalenc. of open-angle glauc.ma (OAG) on the west c.ast of Ic.land using a c.inic.l retrospec.ive material, and to c.mpare that estimate with the results from a rec.nt prospec.ive Ic.landic.study. Methods: The c.mpulsory ophthalmologic.l examination for the presc.iption of eye glasses in c.mbination with information obtained from Statistic. Ic.land were used to establish the prevalenc. of glauc.ma in Akranes and to estimate the minimum prevalenc. for the greater west c.ast area. A rec.nt prospec.ive study from Ic.land was used as referenc.. Results: In all, 79% of 1443 Akranes inhabitants aged 50 years or more had visited the eye c.inic.at least onc. between 1996 and 2001. The prevalenc. of OAG was 4.8% (95% c. 3.6- 6.1). The minimum prevalenc. for the west c.ast was 3.8% (95% c. 3.2- 4.4). The prevalenc. inc.eased with age (pc. was similar to that of rec.ntly published prospec.ive data but the prevalenc. of normal tension glauc.ma (NTG) was lower. c.nc.usion: The results from the two studies are similar in many respec.s, whic. indic.tes that retrospec.ive data may supply meaningful information on glauc.ma prevalenc.. Important sourc.s of error are the selec.ion and attendanc. of patients, sc.eening methods and diagnostic.c.iteria. If routine examination does not inc.ude fundus photography and/or perimetry, the prevalenc. of NTG will be underestimated.

E3 ubiquitin ligases are a large family of proteins that c.talyze the ubiquitination of many protein substrates for targeted degradation by the 26S ***,E3 ubiquitin ligases play an essential role in a variety of biologic.l proc.sses inc.uding c.ll c.c.e regulation,proliferation and apoptosis.E3 ubiquitin ligases are often found overexpressed in human c.nc.rs,inc.uding lung c.nc.r,and their deregulation has been shown to c.ntribute to c.nc.r ***,the lac. of spec.fic.inhibitors in c.inic.l trials is a maj.r issue in targeting E3 ubiquitin ligases with c.rrently only one E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor being tested in the c.inic.l *** this review,we foc.s on E3 ubiquitin ligases that have been found deregulated in lung ***,we disc.ss the proc.sses in whic. they are involved and evaluate them as potential anti-c.nc.r *** better understanding the mec.anisms by whic. E3 ubiquitin ligases regulate biologic.l proc.sses and their exac. role in c.rc.nogenesis,we c.n improve the development of spec.fic.E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitors and pave the way for novel treatment strategies for c.nc.r patients.

Minc.d pork paste was mixed with c.oked ric. and noodle resulted in very popular traditional gourmet meal in Taiwan. The 100 ℃, 4 h was normally c.oking c.ndition for c.mmerc.al business. However, the pressure c.oker with higher c.oking temperature （106 ℃, 116 ℃ and 121 ℃） and different c.oking time were under studied in order to improving effic.enc., quality and even c.st down. The samples of nec. pork substitute, c.oking at 106℃, 100 rain; 116℃, 75 min; 121 ℃, 45 min with different pressure were perfomed the result as well as traditional 20% fat in ordinary formulation and c.oking at 100℃ for 4 h. During storage, the produc.s were taste ac.eptable for 4 weeks at 4 ℃, 4 months at - 18 ℃ and better than 1 day at 25 ℃ storage.

了解不同粒径泥沙迁移运动规律,有助于深入理解侵蚀条件下碳、氮、磷等元素的生物地球化学过程。土壤营养元素的迁移转化与泥沙颗粒的运动规律密切相关,而泥沙的运动规律由颗粒大小、性状、孔隙度和密度等因素共同决定。依据泥沙颗粒沉降速度分选的原理,针对中国两种典型侵蚀土壤(红壤和黄绵土),分别进行了土壤机械组成(矿质土粒分选)和沉降速度分选测定。结果表明,土壤颗粒的沉降粒级可有效区分红壤和黄绵土中不同粒径团聚体的沉降速度,能够更加准确地反映出同一粒径颗粒因性状、密度和孔隙度的差异而形成的不同沉降速度。相对于质地疏松的黄绵土,红壤的机械组成显示,有86.9%的有机碳与≤32μm的矿物颗粒相结合,很有可能随悬移过程汇入下游水体。但土壤颗粒沉降速度分布表明,约有90.5%的红壤有机碳与等效石英粒径≥63μm的团聚体相结合,易在经历较短的迁移过程后,快速沉积于下坡面。这表明,现有的土壤侵蚀模型大多利用土壤机械组成(即矿质粒径大小)在反映泥沙运动或元素迁移规律方面存在片面性。土壤的团聚过程可有效缩减有机碳和无机碳的迁移距离,从而使其更易沉积于陆生环境。土壤颗粒的沉降速度分级对认识泥沙颗粒和养分元素在侵蚀—迁移—沉积过程中的生物地球化学过程提供了新的途径和视角。

在行人遭受汽车碰撞的事故中,下肢通常是最先被接触的区域,很容易遭受严重损伤。最初的行人碰撞安全的胫骨弯曲极限主要是通过在胫骨中段进行三点弯曲试验得来。对其他部位的胫骨耐受性仍然没有足够的研究。另外,胫骨在汽车碰撞下的加载条件应该与三点弯曲进行比较。这样做的目的在于结合实验数据和数值仿真研究胫骨骨折的损伤极限。刚刚被发表出来的11个的胫骨中段准静态弯曲试验,以及另外11个动态弯曲试验得验证了先前文献记载的用来定义损伤风险函数的结论。此外,为了研究弯曲耐受性对胫骨部位的影响,根据三点弯曲和行人碰撞条件进行下肢模型的有限单元仿真。胫骨弯曲极限的回归曲线是通过对不同冲击部位的仿真得来的,并且指出由于汽车碰撞的冲击部位,胫骨骨折耐受性变化很大。本文基于HyperWorks软件平台,以及在RADIOSS求解器下开发的LLMS(Lower Limb Model for Safety)生物力学腿部模型,对交通事故过程中的行人腿部损伤极限进行了深入研究。

费尔瑟坝是一座坝高５２ｍ的土石坝，两个泄水底孔（直径＝８００ｍｍ）可作为装机容量４００ｋＷ水电站的压力管道。１９９６年和１９９７年将对这两个泄水底孔进行改建。该建筑物原设计未设置紧急闸门。因此，必须拆除截流闸门，在水深３９ｍ处安装检修闸门新支撑，在压力管道廊道内安装新的蝶形阀。一个专门研制的、带有减压箱和一条９ｍ深进水管的潜水平台为潜水员提供了安全而有效的工作条件。预计费用为３５０万马克，改建工程在降低库水位的情况下。
