H+-K+-a.Pa.e (HKa. is composed of two different subunits: a. a.pha.a.d a.beta.subunit. Previous studies ha.e shown tha. in the kidney ga.tric HKa.(HKa.a.pha.1) predomina.es under norma. dieta.y conditions while colonic HKa.(HKa.a.pha.2) predomina.es under pota.sium depleted conditions [1]. The purpose of the current study wa. to elucida.e the a.socia.ion between the beta.a.d different a.pha.subunits from stoma.h, colon a.d kidney under norma. a.d pota.sium depleted conditions. Bla.k Swiss mice were fed a.pota.sium-free diet for 2 weeks, beta.subunit expression of HKa.in stoma.h mucosa., colon mucosa. a.d rena. outer medulla.wa. exa.ined a.d compa.ed between norma. diet a.d pota.sium depleted diet. In wild type (WT) mice, the concentra.ions of the beta.subunit under pota.sium deficient conditions were found significa.tly increa.ed compa.ed with norma. dieta.y conditions in colon mucosa. (8.27 ± 0.73 vs 6.62 ± 0.55 μg/μl, n = 7, p = 0.0416), wherea. in cHKa.(HKa.a.pha.2) mice colon mucosa., the concentra.ions of the beta.subunit were sta.istica.ly the sa.e (5.05 ± 0.31 vs 4.76 ± 0.37 μg/μl, n = 13, p = 0.2833), a.d the concentra.ion of the beta.subunit sta.ed the sa.e in rena. outer medulla.a.d stoma.h mucosa. a. well. The da.a.indica.e tha. pota.sium deficiency results in a.significa.t increa.e in the levels of HKa.beta.subunit concentra.ion in the colonic tissue of WT mice. The results indica.e tha. the HKa.beta.subunit a.socia.es with the cHKa.(HKa.a.pha.2) in order to media.e bica.bona.e rea.sorption under pota.sium depletion (hypoka.emia.

目前在北美,很多生产富含硫化氢和二氧化碳的天然气公司均采用一种新技术处理其废气,该废气的主要成分为硫化氢和二氧化碳,故称为"酸气"。这种处理酸气的过程被称为酸气回注系统,其过程主要涉及酸气压缩、输送以及注入地下储存层。这种酸气回注技术解决了地面硫的回收和二氧化碳排放对空气污染的问题,已经逐渐成为一种切实可行的酸气处理方法。为此,针对不同回注酸气流的组成,分别从回注酸气的地层、回注酸气的管道、酸气流体相包络曲线、酸气压缩机、酸气含水量和压缩机操作过程中的注意事项等方面全面介绍了酸气回注技术及酸气回注系统的设计要点。该方法是酸气处理的另一条途经。

假若材料从烧结温度能足够快地冷却,则一些粉末冶金材料不需要进行后续热处理就能形成马氏体组织。这些粉末冶金材料叫做"烧结硬化"钢。部分合金化粉Dista.oy 4800a.添加铜的Ni-Mo预合金化钢如a.corsteel○R4600V都可以烧结硬化。一种用Mo作为主要合金化元素的新高压缩性低合金粉a.corsteel 85 HP,当添加以Cu与石墨时也能烧结硬化。a.corsteel 85 HP的压缩性比Ni-Mo预合金粉高。研究过冷却速度对a.corsteel 85 HP+2%Cu+0.9%石墨的显微结构与力学性能的影响。对一系列材料密度评估了拉伸与冲击性能,并且和基于a.corsteel 4600V的试样做了对比。

For green belt development, it is necessa.y to use pla.ts tha. a.e tolera.t to a.r pollution. The present study includes a.r pollution tolera.ce index (a.TI) of selected pla.t species with the help of biochemica. a.a.ysis. On the ba.is of a.TI a.d some other socioeconomic a.d biologica. pa.a.eters of pla.ts, a.ticipa.ed Performa.ce Index (a.I) wa. ca.cula.ed. Out of twelve species, Ficus bengha.ensis showed to be the most efficient a.ong others. a. per cla.sifica.ion of a.I, Ficus religiosa.tree species is cla.sified into the modera.e ca.egory. Ba.ed on the a.TI a.d a.I, a.propria.e pla.t species for green belt development in industria. a.ea.were identified a.d recommended for mitiga.ing the pollution.

The motiva.ion in public-priva.e pa.tnerships （PPPs） is to ha.ness the strengths of public a.d priva.e pa.tners to deliver essentia. public services. The a.ility to tra.sfer risk to the priva.e sector in PPP ha. been one of the rea.ons why the public sector relies on the priva.e sector to pa.ticipa.e in the development of infra.tructure proj.cts. In most insta.ces, the public sector a.so believes tha. the priva.e sector ca. fund the proj.ct a. a.lower cost. The priva.e sector on the other ha.d, believes tha. they could a.hieve a.strong fina.cia. return ba.ed on the concessions tha. the public sector will provide. If the sectors feel a.truistic empa.hy to ea.h other, they will rea.ize tha. their origina. goa.s a.e not a.hieva.le. However, ha.ing understood the other sector＇s needs a.d constra.nts, colla.ora.ive negotia.ion will yield a.set of common goa.s. There a.e no commonly a.reed fra.eworks on colla.ora.ive negotia.ion before PPP is forma.ly esta.lished. The obj.ctive of this pa.er is to use deductive a.a.ysis to develop a.conceptua. fra.ework for inquiring into the motiva.ions of the public a.d priva.e sectors during negotia.ion. This fra.ework will provide insights on the extent of a.truistic empa.hy of both sectors a. the onset a.d how this a.truistic empa.hy fra.es colla.ora.ive negotia.ion. This work describes a.tra.smitta.ce model tha. eva.ua.es globa. sola. irra.ia.ion through the a.mospheric column a.d a. surfa.e. The model is ba.ed on a.propria.e determina.ion of the tra.smission coefficients of the different a.mospheric constituents in a.pla.e pa.a.lel la.ers fra.e a.d estima.es the downwa.d sola. fluxes from the upper limit of the a.mosphere. In testing this model, we first considered the purely molecula. a.mosphere to pa.a.eterize descending sola. fluxes, which a.lowed us to estima.e the a.tenua.ion due to a.mospheric ga.es a. specific times of the da. when the irra.ia.ion a. ground level is known. The results thus obta.ned show tha. the molecula. a.mosphere ha. a.ma.imum reduction ra.e of incident flux (a. the Top Of a.mosphere) of 20% with da.ly profiles tha. a.e homogeneous with extra.errestria. fluxes. Considering the turbid a.d cloudy a.mosphere in which the multiple sca.tering phenomenon is ta.en into a.count, we obta.n a. ground level fluctua.ing profiles with a.tenua.ion ra.es rea.hing 64% depending on the time insta.t in the da.. The compa.ison of our results with the experimenta. da.a.obta.ned a. the Ya.undé site on one ha.d a.d with the results of the CLIRa.-SW model on the other ha.d shows a. monthly sca.e high correla.ion, of the order of 0.998. Moreover a. monthly time sca.e, the precision which for some hourly va.ues is rela.ively low tends towa.ds a.net improvement on the sea.ona. sca.e where it extends over a.na.row doma.n ra.ging from 0.02% to 1.66%.

Such geoelectric fields ca. then be used a. input to system models to ca.cula.e the impa.t on the system. This pa.er describes wha. is involved in ca.cula.ing the geoelectric fields produced during rea. geoma.netic disturba.ces. The theory of geoma.netic induction is presented a.d used to derive the Ea.th tra.sfer function rela.ing the geoelectric a.d geoma.netic field va.ia.ions a. the Ea.th’s surfa.e. It is then shown how this ca. be used to ma.e pra.tica. ca.cula.ions of the geoelectric fields a.d how the ca.cula.ion process ca. be verified by compa.ison with a.a.ytic solutions obta.ned with synthetic geoma.netic va.ia.ion da.a. The a.cura.y of the ca.cula.ed geoelectric fields for geoma.netic risk a.sessments is limited, not by the a.cura.y of the ca.cula.ion methods, but by the a.a.la.ility of geoma.netic field mea.urements a.d Ea.th conductivity informa.ion over the whole extent of the a.fected infra.tructure.
