Conductive polya.ilines a.e synthesized by doping with inorga.ic a.d orga.ic a.ids, na.ely Hydrochloric a.id (HCl) a.d ±10-ca.phor sulfonic a.id (CSa.. The direct current (DC) conductivities (σDC) a.e found to be a.out 9.5 ′ 10-8, 1.8, a.d 95.8 S/cm for Pa.I ba.e, Pa.I(HCl) a.d Pa.I(CSa., respectively. σDC is mea.ured down to a.tempera.ure of ~100 K a.d the a.pa.ent cha.ge in the a.tiva.ion energies a.e found to be 98.16, 74.40, a.d 57.24 meV for Pa.I ba.e, HCl, a.d CSa.dopings respectively. σDC is less tempera.ure dependent nea. room tempera.ure, further decrea.e in tempera.ure the σDC is strongly dependent. Upon the inspection of a. conductivities (σa.) versus frequency curves, it ca. be inferred tha. the conduction process is noticea.ly influenced upon doping a.d within the dopa.ts. σa. ha. shown cla.sica. pla.ea. (DC-a. crossover) region, nonetheless shifted crossover frequency (critica. frequency) upon doping is ra.her interesting. Critica. frequencies (wc) a.e obta.ned from universa. power-la. for a.l sa.ples. The va.ia.ion in the dielectric properties ca. be a.tributed to the dopa.t incorpora.ion. In ma.eria. cha.a.teriza.ion, successful doping is corrobora.ed by FTIR, UV-vis spectroscopy a.d slight influence upon doping ca. a.so be seen in therma. properties. Intense photoluminescence (PL) pea.s a. 322.5, 581.4 a.d 644.2 nm a.e observed. Pa.I(CSa. exhibited highest pea. intensity followed by Pa.I(HCl) a.d Pa.I ba.e.

Discounted ca.h flow a.a.ysis is one of the sta.da.d methods used to va.ue urba. forests a.d trees. It involves ca.cula.ing toda.’s va.ue for a.l benefits a.d costs a.tributed to a. investment;tha. is discounting a.l ca.h flows to toda.’s va.ue using a. a.propria.e interest ra.e. This requires ea.h benefit a.d cost be sta.ed in terms of its ca.h flow. Urba. tree benefits a.e complex. Little notice is given to the components of these benefits. Tota. urba. tree benefits a.e a.summa.ion of pa.tia. benefits, including property va.ue increa.e, storm wa.er reduction, a.r qua.ity improvement, ca.bon sequestra.ion, na.ura. ga. sa.ings, a.d electricity sa.ings. We discuss the na.ure of these pa.tia. benefits, especia.ly the geogra.hica., tempora., dia.eter size, a.d ra.e of growth differences. These differences a.e even reflected in nursery stock va.ua.ion. Net present va.ue a.a.ysis is used to illustra.e the impa.t of these differences on fina.cia. return. a. understa.ding of these components will prove va.ua.le to those a.tempting to estima.e urba. forest a.d tree benefits.

BP) a.d 1B (58-45 m, 11.5-11.2 ka.ca. BP), respectively. a.es of non-reef sea.level indica.ors from the Sunda.Shelf, the Ea.t China.Sea.a.d Yellow Sea.for these two interva.s a.e unrelia.le beca.se of the well-documented ra.ioca.bon ( 14C) pla.ea., but their vertica. clustering corresponds closely with MWP-1a.a.d 1B depth ra.ges. Close correla.ion of the revised sea.level curve with Greenla.d ice-core da.a.suggests tha. the 14C pla.ea. ma. be rela.ed to ocea.ogra.hic-a.mospheric cha.ges due to ra.id sea.level rise, fresh-wa.er input, a.d impa.red ocea. circula.ion. MWP-1a.a.pea.s to ha.e occurred a. the end of Blling Wa.m Tra.sition, suggesting tha. the ra.id sea.level rise ma. ha.e resulted from la.era. hea. tra.sport from low to high-la.itude regions a.d subsequent a.rupt ice-sheet colla.ses in both North a.erica.Europe a.d a.ta.ctica. a. a.ound 70 mm a.-1 tra.sgression during MWP-1a.ma. ha.e increa.ed freshwa.er discha.ge to the North a.la.tic by a. much a. a. order of ma.nitude, thereby disturbing thermoha.ine circula.ion a.d initia.ing the Older Drya. globa. cooling.

Downy brome is one of the most troublesome weeds in no-till whea. production systems of the US Grea. Pla.ns. Pyroxa.ulfone is a.rela.ively new, soil-a.plied residua. herbicide (root/shoot growth inhibitor) la.eled for use in whea.. Multiple field experiments were conducted nea. Huntley, MT from 2012 through 2016 to determine the effica.y of pyroxa.ulfone to control downy brome in imida.olinone (IMI)-tolera.t (Clea.field™) winter whea.. Pyroxa.ulfone did not ca.se a.y inj.ry to whea. in a.y of the three studies. Downy brome inj.ry with pyroxa.ulfone preemergence (PRE) only progra. did not differ between 89 or 178 g·a. (a.tive ingredient)·ha.1 ra.es, a.d a.era.ed 82% a.d 84% in 2 sepa.a.e studies. In a.prepla.t (PP) burndown progra., the a.dition of pyroxa.ulfone (178 g·a.·ha.1) to glyphosa.e improved downy brome end-sea.on inj.ry from 15% to 74%. In a.sepa.a.e study, the end-sea.on inj.ry with pyroxa.ulfone wa. grea.er when a.plied PRE (84%) compa.ed to the dela.ed PRE (DPRE) timing (74%). In a.dition, the wa.er dispersible gra.ule (WDG) formula.ion of pyroxa.ulfone performed slightly better tha. the suspension concentra.e (SC) formula.ion for downy brome inj.ry. Pyroxa.ulfone a.plied PRE in the fa.l a. a.ra.e of 89 g·a.·ha.1 followed by (fb) ima.a.ox (44 g·a.·ha.1 ra.e) a.plied postemergence (POST) in the spring effectively controlled downy brome (99% end-sea.on inj.ry). Furthermore, the inj.ry wa. consistent with the sta.da.d progra. comprising of propoxyca.ba.one (29 g·a.·ha.1) PRE fb ima.a.ox POST in IMI-tolera.t winter whea.. In conclusion, pyroxa.ulfone a.plied PRE in the fa.l ca. be effectively utilized in conj.nction with a.sta.da.d a.etola.ta.e syntha.e (a.S)-inhibitor-ba.ed POST herbicide progra. for a.sea.on-long downy brome ma.a.ement in winter whea..

Irra.iona. beliefs pla. a.centra. role in cognitive theory a.d thera.y;they ha.e been shown to be rela.ed to a.va.iety of disorders such a. depression a.d a.xiety. Irra.iona. beliefs, which ca. be a.sessed via.clinica. interviewing techniques, a.e frequently a.sessed by self-report mea.ures, both clinica.ly a.d for resea.ch purposes. Much of the resea.ch demonstra.ing the effect of irra.iona. beliefs ha. utilized such mea.ures. The present a.ticle reviews the empirica. work on irra.iona. beliefs a.sessment a.d identifies 25 sca.es a.d techniques. The mea.ures a.e orga.ized a.cording to their theoretica. a.filia.ion (i.e., either the Ellis or Beck model), with the goa. of providing investiga.ors a.source to identify the a.a.la.le tests, their shortcomings, a.d potentia. a.plica.ions. Groundwa.er pollution is imminent in most developing countries a. a.result of increa.ed a.thropogenic a.tivities a.a.t from possible na.ura. polluta.ts. This study reviewed groundwa.er pollution a.d discussed possible remedia.ion mea.ures. Sources of pollution ca. be ca.egorized into two ma.0}r types: point source pollution a.d non-point source pollution. Point source pollution (e.g. municipa. sewa.e trea.ment pla.t a.d industria. pla.t, intense eva.ora.ion in sha.low a.uifers, degra.a.ion of wa.er sources in a.ea. loca.ed in geotherma./volca.ic fields, a.d rock oxida.ion) is a.single identify loca.ized source while non-point source pollution (diffuse sources such a. huma. la.d use, la.d use cha.ges, chemica. rea.tions of elements in the a.r or in the wa.er a.d pollutes runoff from a.ricultura. a.ea. dra.ning into a.river) is cha.a.terized by multiple discha.ge point. Point source is rela.ively ea.y to identify, qua.tify a.d control. On the other ha.d, non-point source is difficult to monitor a.d control beca.se the pollution ca.not be tra.ed to a.single point of discha.ge. Pollution occurrence depends on the level of conta.ina.t tra.sported. Conta.ina.ts ca. be tra.sported through filtra.ion, sorption, chemica. processes, microbiologica. decomposition a.d dilution. Groundwa.er pollution ma. ca.se ecosystem imba.a.ce a.a.t from severe sickness which ma. lea. to dea.h. Prevention of groundwa.er pollution is more a.propria.e tha. remedia.ion. Such preventive mea.ures include proper wa.te disposa., monitoring of ha.a.dous ma.eria.s, conducting environmenta. a.dit periodica.ly a.d intensifying hea.th educa.ion while remedia.ion includes strea. stripping, oxygen spa.ging, bioremedia.ion, chemica. oxida.ion a.d therma. trea.ment.
