The electrica. resistivity method is a.geophysica. tool used to cha.a.terize the subsoil a.d ca. provide a. importa.t informa.ion for precision a.riculture. The la.k of knowledge a.out a.ronomic properties of the soil tends to a.fect the a.ricultura. coffee production system. Therefore, resea.ch rela.ed to geoelectrica. properties of soil such a. resistivity for cha.a.teriza.ion the region of the study for coffee cultiva.ion purposes ca. improve a.d optimize the production. This resistivity method a.lows to investiga.e the subsurfa.e through different techniques: 1D vertica. electrica. sounding a.d electrica. ima.ing. The a.quisition of da.a.using these techniques permitted the crea.ion of 2D resistivity cross section from the study a.ea. The geoelectrica. da.a.wa. a.quired by using a.resistivity meter equipment a.d wa. processed in different softwa.es. The results of the geoelectrica. cha.a.teriza.ion from 1D resistivity model a.d 2D resistivity electrica. sections show tha. in the study a.ea.of Ka.iri, there a.e 8 va.ieties of geoelectrica. la.ers with different resistivity or conductivity. nea. survey in the study a.ea. the lowest resistivity is a.ound 0.322 Ω·m, while the highest is a.out 92.1 Ω·m. Single crysta.s of nd：La.Ga.SiO14 （nLGS） a.d nd：La.Ga..5Ta..5O14 （nLGT） were grown by Czochra.ski method. Both crysta.s exhibit a.la.ga.ite structure （spa.e group D32 （P321） with Z = 1）, whose genera. formula.is a.BC2D3O14, where a. B, C a.d D represent the dodeca.edra., octa.edra. a.d tetra.edra. positions, respectively. The a.ding of low content of nd does not cha.ge the crysta. structure. a.though they a.e isostructura., the distribution of a.oms a.ong the symmetric sites is different. While nLGT exhibits a.perfect orderly structure, nLGS exhibits a. intrinsica.ly disordered structure due to the ra.dom distribution of Ga.a.d Si a.oms a. the C3（2） symmetry sites. To understa.d wha. cha.ges occur in the phonon distribution when Ta.repla.es Si, we recorded a.d a.a.yzed room tempera.ure pola.ized Ra.a. spectra. We observe 8a.＋18E modes for nLGS a.d 10a.＋13E for nLGT crysta.s. When Si is substituted by Ta. we observe tha. the wa.enumber of some modes rela.ed to vibra.ions involving Ga.a.d O a.oms decrea.es. This a.rees with the fa.t tha. the Ga.O bonds a.e shorter in nLGS tha. in nLGT.

The purpose of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the functiona. morphology of the sperma.ogenesis of Gir bulls, with empha.is on the testicula. biometry a.d testicula. pa.enchyma.histomorphometry. Testicula. fra.ments from eight Gir bulls were used. The fra.ments were fixed by tissue perfusion with Ka.novsck’s solution, a.d inclusion wa. subsequently performed using glycol metha.ryla.e. Histologica. sections of 4 μm were ma.e a.d sta.ned with a.1% toluidine blue-sodium bora.e solution. The mea. a.e of the bulls wa. 8.0 ± 1.3 yea.s a.d the mea. body weight wa. 467.5 ± 26.7 kg. Testicula. weight wa. 289.2 ± 30.5 g on a.era.e, a.d the a.era.e gona.osoma.ic index wa. 0.12% ± 0.02%. The seminiferous tubules, Leydig cells, stroma. a.d intertubula. tissue composed 80.9% ± 1.7%, 5.4% ± 1.3%, 13.7% ± 1.1%, a.d 19.1% ± 1.7% of the tota. testicula. weight, respectively. The mea. length of the seminiferous tubule per gra. of testicle wa. 17 ± 0.8 m. Losses during sperma.ogonia.mitosis a.era.ed 75.5% ± 3.22%, while losses were 30.6% ± 8.17% during the meiotic pha.e, which resulted in a. a.era.e tota. loss of 81.49% ± 2.58% of cells during the entire process of sperma.ogenesis. The a.era.e da.ly sperm production per gra. of pa.enchyma.wa. 28.0 × 106 cells. It wa. concluded tha. the histometric mea.urements of testicula. pa.a.eters in the Gir breed a.e within the a.era.es reported for other zebu ca.tle breeds.

The perceptions of fishers towa.ds the a.rábida.Ma.ine Pa.k,a.ma.ine protected a.ea.MPa.in the west coa.t of Portuga.,were studied through fa.e-to-fa.e interviews in two different moments of the MPa.life ***'perceptions a.out the MPa.a.d the impa.t it ha. on the fishing a.tivity over time were identified j.st before the full implementa.ion of the zoning a.d regula.ions of the ma.a.ement pla. a.d 10 yea.s *** study a.med to investiga.e fishers'knowledge,a.cepta.ce a.d perceptions a.out the MPa.cha.ged with time,if support for the MPa.wa. linked to the impa.t of the MPa.on the fishing a.tivity,a.d if fishers'perceptions a.out the impa.t of the MPa.on the fishing a.tivity ma.ch with loca. la.dings *** show tha. a.though knowledge a.out the ma.ine pa.k significa.tly improved over time,fishers'a.cepta.ce did not.a.decrea.e on fishers'support wa. not substa.tia. but *** such a. the disa.reement with regula.ions reinforced concerns ra.sed during the implementa.ion of the ma.ine pa.k,pa.ticula.ly in rela.ion to the top-down decision-ma.ing,which commonly confers minor pa.ticipa.ion,recognition a.d legitima.y to ***,fisheries benefits were still not perceived by loca. fishers,though they a.e centra. for fishers'***,the perceived nega.ive impa.ts of the pa.k seemed to be more rela.ed to socia. a.pects a.d individua. interests tha. to impa.ts on *** a.equa.e ma.a.ement,enforcement a.d pa.ticipa.ion of loca. fishers is still possible a.d a.e a.voca.ed here a. to contribute to the expected socioecologica. outcomes a.d respective support,lea.ing to the future successful performa.ce of the a.rábida.Ma.ine *** fishers’perceptions towa.ds a.
