Cycloalkanes and cyclohexanols find diverse applications, including sustainable aviation fuel, fuel additives, and value-added chemicals. These compounds can be produced via complete or selective hydrodeoxygenation（HDO） of lignin-derived phenolic monomers. In this study, a urea-assisted method was employed to control the size of Ru nanoparticles（NPs） and tune the surfaceactive sites on Ru metal supported on CNx. By adjusting the Ru-to-urea molar ratio, both the size of Ru NPs and the metallic-tooxide ratio of Ru were controlled, along with the incorporation of N atoms into the RuO2surface coordination. In the absence of urea, the Ru/CNx（1:0） catalyst, containing 4.8 nm Ru NPs, achieved complete HDO of 4-propyl guaiacol to n-propyl cyclohexane through ring saturation, followed by hydro-demethoxylation of the C–OCH3group, and hydrogenolysis of the –OH group, with a 97.0% yield at an initial H2pressure of 1.5 MPa, 200 °C, and 20 h in water. The final hydrogenolysis step was inhibited over the urea-assisted catalysts. The Ru/CNx（1:8） catalyst, containing 3.1 nm Ru NPs, achieved a maximum selectivity of 67.6% for n-propyl cyclohexanol, along with complete conversion of 4-propyl guaiacol. Similar trends were observed in the product distribution when upgrading reductive catalytic fractionation bio-oil over Ru/CNx（1:0） and Ru/CNx（1:8）.

光催化技术在养殖水体净化方面具有很好的应用前景。然而,海水水产养殖水体组分复杂,造成光催化剂失活的机理鲜有研究。以典型近海养殖水体为研究对象,重点探讨以腐殖酸为典型天然有机物(NOM)组分,以细菌和真菌作为主要微生物,对光催化剂TiO_(2)纳米管杀菌失活的影响机制进行研究。发现在汕头海水养殖水体中,0-8 h细菌(k=0.23 h^(-1))和真菌(k=0.32 h^(-1))具有较高的杀菌效率,在8-24 h阶段细菌杀菌效率(k=0.03 h^(-1))开始下降,在湛江海水养殖水体中也观察到同样的趋势;在珠海海水养殖水体中,前0-8h对细菌(k=0.14h^(-1))有较高的杀灭效率,在0-6h内对真菌也具备较高的杀灭效率(k=0.24 h^(-1)),细菌和真菌分别在8 h和6 h时杀菌效率变化明显。并且3个地点的水样分别在杀菌48、48、8h后菌体数量呈现增长的现象,这可能与菌体的VBNC状态有关。同时,通过微生物多样性测定发现在海水养殖水体中假单胞菌为优势菌种;衣原体,支原体和军团菌3种细菌菌属在杀灭过程中细菌的占比减少程度最大。通过使用稳态瞬态荧光光谱仪结合PARAFAC和荧光区域积分法(FRI)得到3个不同地区水体样品的腐殖酸的降解程度均在40%以上;最后通过ATR-FTIR、SEM-EDS等实验表征,验证了在杀菌过程中,腐殖酸中间产物以及菌体破裂泄漏的生物分子附着在TiO_(2)纳米管表面并堵塞部分微孔,堵塞了催化剂表面的活性位点,致使光催化剂加速失活。对光催化技术应用于环境复杂水体处理中的失活现象和机理进行研究,可填补此领域的空白。

This study describes an automatic berthing system with mooring lines. It is designed to be berthed by using mooring device on the upper deck of a ship. It is to berth once maintaining parallel with the quay by controlling both forward and aft breast lines. Berthing method is used through length adjustment of mooring lines connected between ship and quay by controlling the angular velocity and the torque of hydraulic motor in mooring device. The study is conducted under three changing conditions of draft, such as even-keel, rise of the gravity center and trim to stern. Variables affecting berthing stability are determined based on the control performance of each condition. Bond graphs method is used to model the system. Controller is designed as PID control method of reference-model algorithm. The control program is composed of synchronous control system based on the equations derived with the numerical analysis. The tank test is conducted to verify the usefulness of the control program.

BACKgROUND The high prevalence of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)is well established,and p16 expression is a strong ***-related tumors exhibit unique mechanisms that target p16 and p53 ***,research on HPV prevalence and the combined predictive value of p16 and p53 expression in head and neck cutaneous SCC(HNCSCC),particularly in Asian populations,remains *** retrospective study surveyed 62 patients with HNSCC(2011-2020),excluding those with facial warts or other skin *** To explore the prevalence of HPV and the predictive value of p16 and p53 expression in HNCSCC in Asian *** All patients underwent wide excision and *** staining for HPV,p16,and p53 yielded positive and negative *** relevance of each marker was investigated by categorizing the tumor locations into high-risk and middle-risk zones based on recurrence *** Of the 62 patients,20(32.26%)were male,with an average age of 82.27 years(range 26-103 years).High-risk included 19 cases(30.65%),with the eyelid and lip being the most common sites(five cases,8.06%).Middle-risk included 43 cases(69.35%),with the cheek being the most common(29 cases,46.77%).The p16 expression was detected in 24 patients(38.71%),p53 expression in 42 patients(72.58%),and HPV in five patients(8.06%).No significant association was found between p16 expression and the presence of HPV(P>0.99),with a positive predictive value of 8.33%.CONCLUSION This study revealed that p16,a surrogate HPV marker in oropharyngeal SCC,is not reliable in HNCSCC,providing valuable insights for further research in Asian populations.

Mnga films were grown by magnetron sputtering on thermally oxidized Si（Si/SiO2） and glass substrates. Films grown on single-crystal Si（100） substrate with different underlayers were prepared for comparison. It is found that the Si/SiO2 substrate is more suitable for growing high-coercivity Mnga films than the glass substrate, which is the result of the isolated-island-like growth. A coercivity of 9.7 kOe can be achieved for the 10 nm Mnga films grown on Si/SiO2 substrate at substrate temperature TS of 450 °*** experimental conditions are specified by changing the thickness of the Mnga films and the temperature of the substrates.
